Very good, the hotel is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is only 30 minutes away from the airport. There is a slightly older lady at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and friendly. Except that the hotel price is a bit expensive during the exhibition, everything else is satisfactory!
Went down for business conferences. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. It was in a central location of downtown. We had no issues while we were there. Will book here again.
I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree.
Very nice hotel, conveniently located and the staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will stay again!! A+
The breakfast was great, very good, forgot to take pictures, but remind everyone, don't forget to save a little money and not want breakfast, this breakfast is delicious and delicious, a room with breakfast can be consumed at the restaurant 75 dollars, we are three people, basically can not finish, go to dinner only need to tip. The second floor of the hotel can go directly to the mall, then the first floor is the food city. The food inside the restaurant is really not as good as the hotel's breakfast, even worse than the hotel's lunch dinner. I can only eat some shack shack (it seems like this) ) So reminder, the domestic time difference has not come, wake up very early in the morning, hungry, must eat breakfast
Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!
Started out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.
Super great! At the lake, the lake is outside the window! Very close to the city center, free parking, rich breakfast, walk in the morning by the lake, very good mood! come back next time!
We stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.

SSamantha Jo 030823This hotel was underwhelming. It was Valentine's Day weekend. The pictures make this place look big and clean. The original room that we got SMELLED like **** BAD and it looked like someone was just in there because it wasn't clean. Water in the bathtub and hair on the sink. Gross. So I called and asked for a different room. They were nice and moved us right away. Still, a very small room for too much money. Also, best western PLUS Kelly inn.... I didn't understand the name until we arrived. It's like they are 2 hotels squished together.
CColleen NelsonThis would have been PERFECT except that on our last night, it sounded as if there was a track meet going on in the room above us. Ground floor room had a great view of the the lake and just steps to the boardwalk. We were.there to watch big ships come & go (husband thing) and couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was large and very clean...with new flooring, great windows that opened, and a comfortable bed.
GGuest UserIt was a good hotel for the price. Good rooms, in good state, and clean. Only the pool wasn't working, which was a bummer. Breakfast is good. Nothing is really warm already though, despite the description at the entrance of the breakfast area. Everything that you end up eating warm, you had to heat it in the microwave. But they have good and tasty options.

PPaulaIt was a lot of fun to see a concert there and before hand we ate at the steak house and it was spendy but well worth the taste of the food! Service was great, people were friendly! The place is huge, but very clean!
