This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!

Location of this hotel is amazing 🤩 and I booked double room with the view to airport — excellent for plain watching. Bed was good. Breakfast was edible — nothing special. But definitely book for the location.

Great price point! Traveled last minute with my daughter for a college visit. Room was fine except for the fan/ heating unit kept making a loud clacking noise every time it turned on. I appreciated that the hotel gave us a room away from the elevator. Great water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Parking nearby was quite pricey even with the hotel discount.
I recently closed on some property in Evanston and needed a place to stay. I knew this hotel for years from the outside and was very happy with the room once I got in. It’s modern and clean and overall very nice. The only problem I had was the sheer size of the complex and the maze of hallways in order to find my room.
A typical leisure resort hotel, located in the suburbs, next to the golf course, tree-lined, many foreigners hold engagement ceremonies, weddings, party parties, weddings that meet elite Indians, wonderful, National Day holiday and It’s really good to have a synchronized flower garden in Washington and New York. The atmosphere and cooking of the restaurant are superb, the key is the price, the price is very affordable, great.
It is not very good, and business travel is recommended. The hotel’s Christmas setting has a snack, and a carriage ride around the hotel, unlike other hotels that have a whole tree. The most comfortable place is that you can easily see large forests and Illinois skylines by the window, beautiful!

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.
WWilsonwwwwThis is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures).
I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago
GGuest UserSearched for a motel that was 'pet friendly' and had other features that included a reasonable price for the night. This motel came up and I booked it. There was NOTHING online related to there being any 'pet fee'. Upon check-in, the attendant asked if I had dogs and I responded, 'yes, I have 2...a 40# and an 8#. She then went on to tell me $35/each. I questioned this and she said 'policy'. I asked for a manger, was informed she would be there at 7, and when I came back at 7:30, I was told, 7 the next morning. I spoke with manager in the morning and the manager also stated 'policy'. I asked if we could split it ($35 would still have been too much). I asked if it was their policy to have happy guests and she replied 'yes', then I said she violated policy. My Reasonable $109 room, ended up costing me almost $200 when $70 pet fee was added. I have in the past paid $20 for my dogs, but this is ridiculous! I will NOT be staying with this chain going forward. I should have brought my dogs to the breakfast buffet so I could at least have gotten something for my money.
KKaylaGreat location great view loved the breakfast the down falls that my jetty tub didn't work were supposed to send someone the next day never showed to fix and the bed was comfortable but whatever you have the bed on is a bad idea cause it makes so much noise just when you sit on the bed and need more grip on the porch and in by the pool I fell as it was wet outside on the porch and my son and including other children I had seen fallen by the pool area which kids are gonna get hurt I never recipient the extra stuff I requested when booking my room and false advertisement because the pics did not match up correctly when they showed me for when I booked my room the bedroom was different and was supposed to have couch in room and wasn't and my fireplace didn't work in my room so overall I would stay again if emenities got fixed I was partially satisfied with my stay...
GGuest UserWe absolutely ADORED our stay at the Goldmoor Inn! What an incredible weekend! No detail went unnoticed, the room was sparkling clean, the staff and owners were kind and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge two of our three nights, and we dined at the Goldmoor Restaurant on our final night -- and it was spectacular! The food, service, ambiance, everything was amazing! The setting of the Goldmoor had fantastic views and the peaceful tranquility of the grounds was so enjoyable. We stayed in the Irish Cottage that had a rockwall waterfall shower...delightful! The breakfast each morning outdid itself, and we always looked forward to the next day's. Just WOW; I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere so quaint and perfect.
GGuest UserI have stayed at this place several times over last 2 years and I see improvement. The common areas no longer have an odd food smell. My room smelled clean and had nothing wrong with it. 2 years ago that was not the case. This is a fair price for a convenient location. Its not as fresh as the new hotels in the area but if you are on a travel budget then this place works. There is nothing for kids to do in the area so I wouldn't bring a family here. The new management team is doing a good job and I will stay here again.
AAngela.AGreat location in the city centre. Clean and spacious room with an amazing view (34th floor). Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the room only if part of the loyalty program.
GGuest UserVery dissatisfied, the whole room smelled like a kitchen. The front desk staff was very discriminatory towards Asians. They first said that the room was ready and we could check in early for $40. We said we could wait, and then they told us that we could check in for free after 3 o'clock. When we returned to the hotel, they told us that we could not. When we were waiting in line to check out, the front desk staff served the white people who cut in line first. However, the valet parking service of Rommel Baltazar was very good and friendly.
