Great location within walking distance to the airport and reachable from all terminals. A little bit dated rooms but it was clean and had everything you need for a one night stay. Definitely would book again when I am in need of staying close to the airport.

Great price point! Traveled last minute with my daughter for a college visit. Room was fine except for the fan/ heating unit kept making a loud clacking noise every time it turned on. I appreciated that the hotel gave us a room away from the elevator. Great water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Parking nearby was quite pricey even with the hotel discount.

The location is excellent, and it is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking; the room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with a relatively complete range of toiletries and slippers.

The breakfast level is very poor, typical American Motel breakfast level. Everything else is good, the location is particularly good, facing the magnificent mile section of the Chicago River, and the night view is magnificent.

The facilities are first-rate, the public security is good, and the circuit load of the newly built hotel is good. The day before, a hotel next door with the same price had unstable voltage when a hair dryer was plugged in. The price is several hundred yuan more expensive than the same five-star hotel. The room area is much larger, and it is equipped with a microwave oven, induction cooker, and oven. If I come to Chicago again, I will vote for Trump.

Great location in the city centre. Clean and spacious room with an amazing view (34th floor). Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the room only if part of the loyalty program.

This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!

The room is large, apartment-style for cooking, and the equipment is complete. It's very cost-effective for a large number of people. There are people cleaning the room every day. It feels suitable for family travel. There is a lot of breakfast provided, and you can pack it as you like, which feels very good.

i enjoyed my stay in hilton chicago northbrook. room is clean, foods are good specially their pizza is so good. staffs are great except one particular person the male manager is rude didnt want to tell me anything looking at me angry bla2. otherwise everything good

Location was great. It was rainy but they do offer a free shuttle to take you anywhere which was wonderful. No free house coffee but there was a coffee maker in the room and front desk gave us a couple more packets as you only get 2 regular packets in the room. Pizza place across the street, Hoops, was great. They shuttled us down to Blue Duck restaurant. Awesome! Close to many places you can walk to.
