GGuest UserThe room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was reliable, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day.
Breakfast offered a good variety of food, and items were replenished quickly by attentive staff.
Unfortunately, there were numerous flies around the dining area and on the uncovered food, which significantly detracted from the experience.
Room service was generally acceptable, although the quality did not reflect the prices charged. It felt expensive for what was provided and fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel.
The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach was a welcome benefit.
Unfortunately, my positive impression of the hotel changed dramatically midway through our stay.
Shortly after room service had delivered our meal, I received a phone call asking me to come to reception. I was informed that because my room service bill was approaching £100, I needed to settle it immediately as I was considered a “high-risk” guest. I found this surprising and inappropriate, particularly as I had already paid for my accommodation in full before arriving.
When I attempted to pay by card, I was told twice that my payment had failed. I was then asked to use another card, which I did.
When I returned to my room to eat my now cold meal, I checked my banking app to understand why my first card had supposedly failed. To my surprise, I discovered that all three payment attempts had actually been processed, meaning I had been charged three times.
I immediately returned to reception and showed staff the transactions on my banking app. Despite the evidence, I was initially told the payments had not gone through, that I was mistaken, and that everything would automatically correct itself once they balanced the accounts at the end of the day.
The refund did not happen.
The following day I returned to reception with the same evidence. Staff apologised and acknowledged that I had indeed been charged multiple times, assuring me that a refund would be processed. However, I was repeatedly told that the matter would be dealt with by the accounts department and that it could take up to 21 days for my money to be returned.
As I was checking out today, four days after the duplicate charges were made, I had still not received the promised refund or the written confirmation that I had repeatedly requested. In an effort to resolve the matter privately before leaving, I also sent a polite WhatsApp message to the hotel outlining my concerns and requesting assistance. That message received no response.
Most concerning of all, during the checkout process the same member of reception staff attempted to charge me again for the very same room service bill that had already been paid and had resulted in the duplicate charges. Had I not been paying close attention, I could easily have been charged yet again.
If I had been travelling on a tighter budget, having hundreds of pounds tied up because of the hotel’s mistake could have had a serious impact on the remainder of my trip. What disappointed me most was not that an error occurred—mistakes happen in every business—but the lack of urgency, accountability and communication in resolving it.
Overall, there were aspects of the hotel that we genuinely enjoyed. The reception team were friendly, housekeeping was reliable, and breakfast staff worked hard. Unfortunately, the handling of this financial issue completely overshadowed those positives.
I have retained screenshots of the duplicate transactions, my banking records and my communications with the hotel. This review is an accurate account of my experience. If my refund is received promptly after my departure, I will happily update this review to reflect that. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until it improves both its payment procedures and its handling of customer complaints.

AAnonymous UserIf there's any resort that will break your traditional perception of what a resort should be, then this hotel is sure to offer a novel experience! From the moment you step in, the dominant 'white' aesthetic greets your eyes, continuing into the front desk area with its 'white' theme... then, as you move through the sea-view elevators and into your room, the design flow is simply novel and marvelous!
Upon entering the room, the first thing you notice is the unbeatable sea view. What's even more surprising is how the room, thanks to two strategically placed mirrors, visually appears three times larger! Plus, the double sofa bed on the balcony is a thoughtful and perfect touch. Sunbathing, enjoying the sea breeze, and having a little drink – it doesn't get more relaxing than that!
The hotel boasts its own private access to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Just swipe your room card, use the back exit, cross the road, and you're there – no need to even go out the main entrance! Super convenient!
If you're planning a trip to Antalya, you absolutely must experience this hotel, even if it's just for a day. You'll fall in love with it!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location was nice, but even though we stayed in a sea-view room, the windows were covered in mud. Despite telling them every morning and evening during our three-day stay, they still didn't clean them. Furthermore, they gave me the ridiculous explanation that they would clean them when the rainy season was over. It was a mediocre place, lacking quality; we weren't satisfied except for the view.

CClaraRMy wife and I moved to the Concorde De Luxe Resort after a terrible experience at another hotel, and it completely saved our honeymoon! This is a genuine 5-star resort in every way. A huge thank you to Mehmet at reception and the amazing Guest Relations team for their incredibly warm welcome and flawless service.
The rooms are spotless with excellent soundproofing, and the facilities (spa, pools, and private beach) are beautifully maintained. The food is absolutely incredible—fresh, high-quality, and they serve premium brand-name beverages. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel special. If you want a stress-free, luxury holiday with staff who genuinely care, do not hesitate to book this hotel. We are already planning to come back!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Selin Hotel for the weekend. We stayed in a cute single-story room very close to the beach. The food was really good. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The pool at the Selin Hotel was quiet and clean. Spending time in the aqua park was fun for my son. We are definitely considering staying again.

Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

HHülya AtesThe City Live Hotel is in front of the large shopping centre Terracity, super for one night and a shopping mall in Antalya. The taxi stand is in front of the hotel and there is a restaurant, a exchange office is located right on the side street. Breakfast is in the form of a buffet and in summer you can even go to the pool and sun. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the room there is a sofa and enough room for 3 people, as there is still one single bed and a double bed available. The windows are just kippable and there is no balcony except in the Junior Suite. However, you can book a smoking room. A air conditioning is also in the room and the beds and kittens are comfortable. What was hard was that you had to wait very long for the lifts, although there are two. This hotel is ideal for a short trip, it would recommend if you have no big ideas and want it clean and comfortable and is only for shopping in Antalya.
