I came to this hotel with my daughter, only because there is access to the pool and they let people in under 18, and there is also parking. Total: parking is paid, access to the pool is by appointment and for money. The unpleasant thing is the smell of chemicals in the room, although it was a suite. But good breakfasts and a view of Aurora and all of St. Petersburg from the Neva. Overall rating 3/10

This hotel's value for money is average. We booked a family room, which was just two connected rooms. The facilities were old, and the breakfast was average. It cost 2,500 yuan per night. It's 900 meters from the train station, and there are buses and trams right outside, both of which connect to Nevsky Prospekt. There are plenty of small supermarkets and snack bars near the hotel.

Overall, not bad, but: 1. Soundproofing of the risers is terrible (we stayed in room 320). This means that at any time of the day or night you can hear your neighbors upstairs flushing the toilet and/or taking a shower. As for me, this is a flaw in the renovation (saving on soundproofing) 2. We didn't find out right away that the breakfast included scrambled eggs, and not from the staff at breakfast, but from another guest who ordered it and it was prepared for him. There is no information about this, it is not written anywhere. Otherwise, everything is fine, friendly staff, comfortable mattresses, new plumbing. But the above-mentioned shortcomings, especially the first one, are unlikely to prompt us to stay here again.

Прибывали в этом отеле с 07/10/24 по 11/10/24. Очень отзывчивые только некоторые сотрудники, дядя Нодар носильщик, прекрасный рассказчик истории о СПб в одном лице, отзывчивые портер Аюбжон, ресепшн Дарья, в СПА салоне Катерина, массажистка Анастасия, все прекрасные работники, дай Бог им здоровья, что нельзя сказать о ресепшн Елене, похоже она своим холодом весь Питер охлаждает, 20 лет путешествую, побывал в более чем 20 ти странах, а во многих по 2-3 раза а такой сотрудницы ресепшн встретил в первый раз, для которой сделать своё дело как будто корабль в космос запустить, ни сдачи у неё нет, позвонить менеджеру низзя, заказать трансфер бизнес класса за сутки уже поздно, вообщем в Питер я никогда в жизни не вернусь, кроме этой Елены много холодных женщин в городе встретил, не хочется вспоминать противные моменты, быстрее хотелось свалить-улететь с этого холодного города, хотя город имеет многогранную и многовековую историю, Прощай Питер.

Very good, very good, very good! Everything is good! This is the most satisfactory hotel in my entire trip to Russia! Breakfast: There are many food options and white wine is provided! Orange juice is also very delicious! (The picture shows part of the breakfast on one day) Service: Excellent, at least we didn’t get the reply of ”wait!” and then nothing happened (because it appeared several times during the trip). Location: Very convenient, there is a supermarket about 5-8 minutes walk Facilities: Like the general Indigo hotel, it has everything, swimming pool, gym Conclusion, I will stay here again if I return to St. Petersburg!

Facilities: Traditional five-star hotel with constant temperature toilet, floor heating and bathtub. Service: The front desk can speak English, it is already better to experience in Russia, the service is in place, and the attitude is better. It is worth mentioning that their bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioner in the room does not know how to adjust it, but it does not affect the warmth of sleeping. Environment: There is a fruit shop nearby for a few minutes walk. The fruit is very cheap and the door is very convenient for taxis. Very recommended, the area is more prosperous, but not as noisy as Knead Street.
