Overall experience at the hotel was good. The room is ample for a solo traveller, although no kettle to warm water for drinks and the hand soap dispenser is in the shower cubicle. The shower itself is good, the bed is comfy. I was on the ground floor, unfortunately next to the staff and switchboard room, noisy at times. The breakfast isn’t great, not much variety. Don’t expect to have a conversation with the other foreigners, they are not interested. The staff themselves are lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The immediate area itself is a bit of a ghost town, businesses in the vicinity have gone bust, so you see a lot of derelict buildings. If you walk around to the left of the hotel, there’s a few nice places to eat, have a coffee and enjoy some deserts.

I stayed at Aksari Resort from April 30 to May 2 with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a memorable experience that I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Ayu Diah assisted us with great professionalism and warmth. She kindly guided us through everything during our stay—from check-in to check-out. Although the resort was fully booked and we weren’t able to receive an upgrade, she was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our requests, including spa and restaurant reservations. Her service made a big difference in our overall experience. The resort itself is stunning, the breakfast was excellent, and we were also impressed by Ms. Lovi at the restaurant, whose friendly attitude and warm smile added to our positive memories. If we have the chance to visit Bali again, we will definitely choose Aksari Resort without hesitation. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special, especially thanks to both, Ms. Ayu Diah and Ms. Lovi!

The hotel is very close to the airport, but I wouldn't recommend walking there because it's a bit dangerous. I tried walking once and had to cross a busy road... A taxi to the airport only costs about 36k (likely Indonesian Rupiah, so 36,000 IDR). The room was spacious and the hygiene was perfectly fine.

A Wonderful Stay at HARD ROCK Hotel! This was our second trip to Bali, and we chose HARD ROCK Hotel and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and familiarity. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with bright smiles and genuine friendliness, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Our kids absolutely loved the hotel’s swimming pool and the nearby beach. They spent hours playing and having a great time! The breakfast was also fantastic, with a delicious variety of options to satisfy the whole family. What’s more, the hotel’s photo booth service was such a lovely touch, it allowed us to capture precious memories of our stay that we’ll cherish forever. The location is unbeatable too, walking to kuta’s city center and all its attractions was quick and convenient. We can’t wait to come back on our next Bali trip! Thank you to the amazing team at HARD ROCK Hotel for creating such a memorable experience for our family. Highly recommended!

Hotel was actually a brewery which was interesting! It’s in a decent area with a far bit to do around but mostly popular as it’s so close to the airport. Would advise doing day trips etc as apart from shopping and markets there’s not loads to do. The hotel was lovely the staff were extremely polite helping us with bags and opening doors for us. There was WiFi in the lobby and the room and there were free refreshments like iced tea in the lobby! The room was very clean and spacious and we also had a balcony which was nice to dry some clothes. Nothing bad to say, overall a lovely experience.

Ayodya Resort Bali is located in the most prestigious area of South Kuta in Nusa Dua. It is the most Balinese of all Bali hotels. The Ramayana epic permeates both the architecture and the interior design. In the center stands a magnificent statue of Dewi Shinta, Rama's wife. Ayodya is the ancient Indian city where Rama was born. The hotel grounds are vast, immersed in gardens and greenery. All essential amenities outside the hotel are within walking distance. The beach is magnificent, with a gentle slope into the ocean. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel management is updating the walls of the hallways and corridors. The furniture, while not new, is vintage.

Stayed as a couple at Legian Beach Hotel. We were initially assigned a really poor room. It was located at the rear of the hotel block on the bottom floor. There was no natural light at all! It was totally enclosed. So we complained and suddenly there was a last minute cancellation and we got a great room (the room we booked) on the third floor with a balcony and great views over the bungalows. So make sure you request not to get the bottom, rear rooms! The resort is generally really nice. Great breakfast so worth doing this option. The adults pool is really nice and relaxing and the pool bar has great reasonably priced cocktails. It is located right on the beach. If you want a relaxing drink on the beach head out front and walk to the right along the beach bars. About 200m to the right is Egg's bar. He is a great bloke so have a drink with him while watching the surfers or sunset. We would stay again as long as we didn't get those terrible rooms.

Great little hotel if you want close to airport. Yes it is in a busy noisy location but if that's a a problem just tell staff and a quiet room can be found. I was on 5th floor and it was perfect. Pool and restaurant also good . Room simple but clean

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at Holiday Inn, it’s a great quality and price ratio. The hotel pool was very clean and kept in an excellent condition. It’s safe for kids to play as it’s not very deep. We also loved our breakfasts, they were delicious. The beach could be a bit cleaner but that might have been due to the rains that were happening before. Overall, we loved our stay.

GGuest UserThe Hilton Resort Bali is quite simply heaven. There is nothing the staff cant and won't do for guests, and their service attitude is outstanding. The resort itself has many different sides, quiet beach areas, family areas, poolside bars, so no matter what kind of person you are,you can have a wonderful time here.I visited the Executive Lounge Grain, Elara and The Shore across my stay, and the food was beyond amazing. I would not hesitate to come here again.

NNat who travelsThe hotel is okay, location is quite good and has shuttle to the restaurant and shops area. In the room the bed was old and making squishy sound whenever you move slightly. The pipes smell not nicely and flush would be quite weak. Did not swim in the pool as it was not as appealing, but the beach access is very nice. There are a lot of random people and boats on the beach, which makes the air polluted and hard to breath.

CCikMawarIReview Title: Serious Safety Concerns – Money Lost in My Room I have stayed at Diprima Hotel Petitenget Seminyak four times, but this last visit was very disappointing and worrying. During my stay, money disappeared from my own room. This has never happened before, but it has completely ruined my trust in the hotel. Room safety and security should be the top priority, yet I felt unprotected as a guest. After this incident, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and unfortunately, I will not be returning again.'m concerned about room safety. My money was

GGuest UserThe 100 Sunset Hotel in Kuta has impressed us time and again during our stays over seven weeks. We stayed there four times in total and felt warmly welcomed every time. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, friendliness, and top-notch service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The extremely friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, always striving to meet our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel is ideal—central yet quiet. You can quickly reach the main attractions in Kuta while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The pool area is another highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The 100 Sunset Hotel is definitely a place we are happy to return to. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next stay!

AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

VVictorAh, ”Eden Hotel” in Bali! It seems you're likely referring to one of the Grandmas Plus Hotels in Bali, specifically Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak or Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport. They are popular budget-friendly options in Bali. To give you a good review, I can summarize what people generally say about them, but if you stayed at a specific Grandmas Plus Hotel, let me know which one (e.g., Seminyak, Airport, Legian), and I can tailor the review even more. Here's a general overview of what people often say about Grandmas Plus Hotels in Bali, combining common feedback: Grandmas Plus Hotels, Bali (General Review) Overall Impression: Generally, Grandmas Plus Hotels are well-regarded as excellent value-for-money options, especially for budget travelers, solo travelers, and those looking for a convenient location. They often receive high ratings for their service and cleanliness. What people like most: * Excellent Location: This is a consistent highlight. * Seminyak: Very close to Seminyak Beach (often cited as a 5-minute walk) and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. This makes it ideal for those wanting to explore the vibrant Seminyak area. * Airport: Convenient for early flights or quick stopovers due to its proximity to the airport. * Friendly and Helpful Staff: Many guests praise the staff for being amicable, attentive, and going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. They often mention the staff's smiles and willingness to help. * Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas are consistently described as sparkling clean and well-maintained. * Value for Money: Guests frequently mention that the price paid for the amenities and location is a great deal. * Breakfast: Often receives positive remarks for being good, and sometimes even offering a ”different gourmet food selection” daily. * Amenities: While generally basic, they offer essential amenities. Some locations have a pool, and many have a connected restaurant/bar. In-house spas are also mentioned as a plus. * Comfort Rooms (after checkout): Some hotels in the chain offer a ”comfort room” which is a nice touch for guests with later flights. What people like least (or areas for improvement): * Room Size: A very common comment is that the rooms can be ”compact,” ”small,” or ”cramped,” especially for families. While well-designed and clean, they might feel a bit tight for some. * Noise: Depending on the room location, street noise, music, or bar noises can be audible, especially in Seminyak, which is a lively area. * Bathroom Ventilation/Issues: Some reviews mention a lack of exhaust fans in bathrooms, or occasional issues like drainage smells or spots on tiles. * Pool Size/Quality: For the Seminyak location, the pool is sometimes described as ”tiny” or ”very poor” and can get crowded. * Limited Amenities: While good for the price, some guests might miss certain features like mini-fridges or electric kettles in the rooms (though free mineral water is usually provided). Would I recommend this hotel? Based on common reviews, yes, I would recommend Grandmas Plus Hotels, especially if you are: * A budget-conscious traveler. * Looking for a hotel with an excellent, central location (Seminyak) or close to the airport. * Prioritizing friendly service and cleanliness over spacious rooms or extensive luxury amenities. * Traveling solo or as a couple (larger groups or families might find rooms a bit small). They are often described as a great base for exploring Bali, offering a comfortable and practical stay without a hefty price tag.
