The hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.

The location is very convenient with a great view of the palace of culture and science. Only 10 min on foot from the main train station. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is clean. The waiters all speak English. You can borrow a socket adapter from the front desk, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and has a variety of choices.
The size of the room is unprecedented anywhere else, a lot of space, a comfortable bed. Near the airport, the only small minus is the bathroom door, and exactly the mechanism of their automatic closure, the door closes at such a speed that if you don't run into the toilet you can be hit by the bulbs or the bulb 😉 what I say is Small minus as in general the door can be found forcing to exercise, they take care of the guests' conditions 🙂
Excellent location, just across the street from the airport entrance. Beautiful aesthetics. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious beautiful modern room.
hotel is clean, some of the staff are not very helpful, the most important thing is they asked me to pay the room fee when i check out , and I told that I was paid to trip.com. they said they have not received ? I asked them contact trip.com as I had already debit by them in my credit card. horrible.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.
Very nice hotel with large and clean rooms, plus good breakfast in the morning. No other restaurants near by but the one at the hotel is quite nice. Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, although it is hard to notice where to wait for it. Trip by taxi would cost around PLN35 or so.
Great room. Excellent location and staff were friendly and helpful.
We used Ubers to taxi us about and saved a load of money.
Hotel taxi to the airport was 400 and an Uber was 100.

The experience was pretty good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt spacious and bright, and the decoration style was simple and generous, which made people feel comfortable.
When checking in, the staff had a good attitude, answered all questions, and was relatively fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedding had no odor, so people could sleep peacefully. The bathroom facilities were also complete, the hot water supply was stable, and the bath was very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is not bad, and it is convenient to eat and buy things around. Although there is nothing particularly amazing, it is generally satisfactory and comfortable to stay here. I will consider staying here next time.

Cching ching.chingThe hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout.
The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time..
Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper....
The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open...
The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason....
It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

GGuest UserConvenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day. In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

RRuby8383The best hotel I've stayed in Poland.
I like its design style. The hotel is new and high-end, very female-friendly, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The hotel location page is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Royal Palace!
