TTuna dollyClean hotel, a variety of food, very delicious, close to Stavanger airport. By walking through the connecting walkway for just 2 minutes. It's a hotel next to the airport.
BBurgessBreakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to the old town and busy streets. The bus to Pulpit Rock and the airport stops right outside the hotel. The location is truly great!
The restaurant's food is also good, and the taste is highly recommended. It felt like the most Nordic meal I've had recently. Definitely recommend!
Regarding service, except for the front desk staff on the morning of my arrival who were very rude, the check-in and check-out services (from 3 PM onwards) were professional and excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
JJoo TeckBreakfast was the best so far out of all the hotels we had stayed in Norway(Stavanger, Lofoten, Narvik, Tromsø)
Location was good as well. Short walk out and there will be a lake and park.
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is convenient and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. It only takes a short time to take a bus to other attractions. The hotel's breakfast is very diverse and delicious. It is highly recommended. The room is also very spacious and has a bathtub, but the room may be quite old , but also considered clean and comfortable.
GGuest UserThe hotel provided great service, I particularly like the delicious Norwegian food it catered for the guests, and I wish to extend my compliment to the staff Miss Pen, a sweet lady from Thailand for her friendliness and warm service. Perhaps the room for improvement is the hotel house keeping in term of cleanliness and tidiness. Thank you.
LLanyingyinggetianThe room was a perfect size, and the bedding was very comfortable, including the duvet and pillows. The front desk was very attentive and patiently answered my numerous questions, especially regarding transportation to attractions and the airport shuttle bus pick-up location. Besides the room and attentive service, the hotel's overall appeal was its generous breakfast and prime location. The bus to Preikestolen and the airport shuttle are both within easy reach. You can ask the front desk for detailed ticket purchase and boarding instructions; they were very friendly and patient. I also forgot to mention that they offer a 24-hour coffee machine and complimentary soda water. Turn right after the front desk, and of course, there's no coffee machine or kettle in the room.
GGuest UserGreat location for me from friend’s house and otw to the airport. Good breakfast daily and with dinner provided. Mew building and fully furnished comfortably. Not to forget to mention the scenic balcony view pf the ocean! Happy stay with family so far!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very large and is located outside of Stavanger. Compared to parking in the city center, it is much cheaper and more convenient. There is a large supermarket next to it. It is very comfortable to buy a midnight snack and go back to the room for a drink. It is also very convenient to go out of the city to the Pulpit Rock and the Miracle Stone.
LLvyouquguo127geguojia950 yuan, high cost performance. It only takes 37 minutes to get to Pulpit Rock because it passes through the world's longest Subsea Road tunnel, which is 14.4 km long and opened in 2019. Before that, you had to take a ferry.
