We had a great stay! The hotel kindly upgraded our room for free and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the buffet was good, and the location is excellent — just steps away from the beach. The only downsides were that the room was a bit dark, we saw a cockroach, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Still, overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Great value for money! Had really wife options for breakfast buffet; attentive and accommodating staff especially the housekeeping and engineering team; clean room, functional aircon and showers, has gym din. 200m away from SM City Iloilo, very convenient!

The location is good for the travellers, especially if you are couping for the next flight ✈️, the food offered to us is somehow suitable for breakfast but not for the aged.

Booked to stay near the airport due to paralysis of the control tower.. At least, I thought it was the best place and it had a swimming pool. When I entered the room... I don't know if they gave me a room I didn't use, but it was worse than a motel. The shower facility is in a state where you can't take a shower Cobwebs in the corner of the room are basic, the air in the room is acrid I made a reservation through trip.com, but they said they would pay on the spot after canceling, but they didn't cancel.... I contacted treat.com, explained the situation, and canceled it myself. If you do it wrong, you could end up paying double. It just wasn't supposed to be near Kalibo, I'd never go

This is the second time me and my kid booked this hotel. I'm from Negros Occ and I've heard good things about this hotel. This may seem like a classic hotel look inside, but the staff is doing great. Cant complain on both our stays here.

one of the best hotels in Boracay. Very cozy clean. The Staff are friendly. The food is okay. It's just far from the beach. No beach view but the place itself is okay. There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed.The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. Located in Station 2 right on the famous White Beach. The resort’s prime location means you’re just steps away from the soft white sands and turquoise waters, yet close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife. was spacious, elegantly furnished, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided a lovely view of the pool or partial ocean. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional.

We booked the Premier Grand Connecting Rooms with Pool Access located in the Augusta Building. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. One great feature is that the pool opens at 10 AM, which means we were able to enjoy a peaceful morning without noise from early swimmers. Plus, there are several other pools throughout the Fairways property if you want to explore different areas. The resort also boasts its own private beach, and getting around was a breeze thanks to the 24-hour shuttle service. We never had to wait long, and the staff were always friendly and efficient. We dined at all of the resort’s restaurants and were thoroughly impressed. Every dish we tried was delicious—we genuinely loved everything! Most of all, the service stood out. From the hotel staff to restaurant crews and security personnel, everyone was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. My children said this was their best stay in Boracay yet—and I wholeheartedly agree. We can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible. A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal! Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!
