We really enjoyed the Paradise in this hotel. Very cozy and the room is clean even though you see some dents in the room as the place is old. My family enjoyed the pool especially the slide. The staff are friendly. They even welcome us with complimentary drinks and the breakfast buffet is superb! We loved the bacon!!! We enjoyed having breakfast in front of the beach. The hotel restaurant is in a perfect place to eat. , đđđ thank you Paradise Garden. We'll surely come back to this hotel. đđđđ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„° Thank you....
The hotel has great location. It is beside a shopping mall and along the highway for convenience.
We stayed in their family suite. The room was very spacious for 5 people. However, the room was not 100% soundproof so you can hear the vehicles outside especially at night. Itâs good tho that the hotel provides earplugs upon request to compensate.
They have very good breakfast buffet as well. There is a variety of choices - from Filipino to Western.
The rooftop pool and bar is nice, especially at night. The gym is also accessible.
Service was okay. Some requests to front desk just took a while to be brought to our room.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Bang for the buck!

We had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands! The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach and it was easy to get to restaurant, shops, and everything else we needed. The staff were super friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were also great - very clean and comfortable. Special shoutout to Ronald and Robert from Sapphire Restaurant - they were absolutely fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if youâre planning a trip to Boracay! đđđđ»đđ»

Boracay Ocean Beach Club exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and efficiency set a welcoming tone. The resort itself is a stunning oasis, beautifully landscaped and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking ocean views â waking up to that vista each morning was truly special. The pool area was a highlight, providing a relaxing escape with comfortable loungers and attentive service. We enjoyed the delicious food at the resort's restaurants, with fresh, flavorful dishes and a range of options to suit every taste. The location is perfect, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Overall, our stay at Boracay Ocean Beach Club was an unforgettable experience, a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing Boracay getaway.

Very accommodating staffs, also friendly and easy to communicate with. We also got a free room upgrade which was totally unexpected. Amenities were superb, breakfast was filling. Over all our stay was very memorable, and weâll surely comeback.
Overall a disappointing stay with Crimson. It started off bad and really never improved sadly.
Our flight into Caticlan was delayed 5 hours, arriving at 19:30. I was in communication with Crimson throughout the delay updating them on our progress and estimated arrival time. They had warned me that they donât organise transfers after 8pm. However, upon arrival they had left us to transit to the hotel via a third party provider. This provider was fine, and did their job, but it was a transfer that involved stopping at 3 other hotels - very much not the private 5 star experience we had been promised, taking 1 hour and a half. The fact they did not wait until 8pm, when other resorts were prepared and waiting, was a big disappointment. The transfer was eventually provided for free after our experience - which to be honest is the bare minimum. Itâs insane I even had to pay for the transfer considering most 5 star hotels would provide this for free.
Whilst the rooms were fine, the service was extremely disappointing throughout. Check-in took ages, and for some reason there is no aircon in anywhere outside the restaurants and rooms, so we were stuck sweating after an 8 hour journey whilst waiting the 30 minutes to check in. Additionally, every single request we made was either ignored or took ages. I had requested decorations in the room to celebrate my girlfriendâs birthday, but received nothing. I managed to get things organised whilst there, but after requesting matches to light a candle, these never arrived. Add on the fact we would have to request water multiple times before any showed up and it was all just very frustrating.
We had booked a sea view room, but were unable to fully enjoy it as it was located directly in front of the infinity pool, with guests able to see directly into the privacy of our bedroom due to the lack of any noticeable tinting on the windows. The rooms were also not soundproofed, and we had to wake up early every day to the sounds of screaming children using the pool in front of our room.
No amenities were on offer - no access to water bottles without requesting or paying, no access to coffee without paying, no welcome or departure drinks, no free water on the beach (which is seriously just dangerous).
Crimson certainly has a 5 star beach and sea. The access to the beach is superb and the sand and sea were typically excellent, but itâs not as if Crimson has control over these things. In fact despite the environmental fee, I regularly saw some litter in the sea and on the beach.
It felt very budget in the way they treat you. There are shuttles to the centre but these run almost every 3 hours and are often packed, offered on a first come first serve basis. Every little thing is charged too. For a check out at 12pm instead of 11am, itâs 2000PHP. Thereâs no way to charge anything to rooms to pay upon check out (like every other hotel) if you do not have a credit card. Debit cards are no good for the deposit apparently.
We just stayed at Piece Lio in El Nido, which was far far far superior.
Itâs a real shame because Crimson does not do service to a terrific sea and stunning location. It may be the most modern 5 star hotel on the island but honestly just pay the extra and go to the Shangri-La.
Itâs almost as if they knew how bad it was. We werenât even asked how our stay was upon checking out, as if they were dreading the answer. It felt like an American diner leaving, where they just wanted us out the room as quickly as possible to make space for their next cash cow. We even arrived at the airport 3 hours early for a domestic flight for some reason.

Villa Caemilla is an excellent hotel â cozy, stylish, with a true love for details and little touches. In the room, there were fresh flowers and branches, hand cream and soap in glass bottles, wine glasses and a corkscrew, and a minibar.
Itâs just a two-minute walk to the beach, practically on the first line. The staff are always friendly and ready to help â everyone smiles and greets guests, and you truly feel like a valued guest, surrounded by care.
We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and everything was perfect â fresh food, clean, and delicious. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and please keep your unique atmosphere that makes us want to come back.
We stayed in August and everything was wonderful â we swam and enjoyed the sun!
With lovely greetings,
Ms Marina and family
Excellent private beachfront resort, clean shoreline, perfect for snorkeling and lots of sunbeds to relax. Large pool and have 3 restaurants inside the resort. Has free shuttle service going to Dâmall. Cleanliness of the resort including restrooms near the pool is excellent. Buffet breakfast is good with lots of choices to choose from. My daughter love the chocolate hour too. Excellent service from airport pickup until checkout. All staffs are friendly. Thank you Mövenpick for the wonderful stay!

YYson VlogThey upgraded us to a villa room near the pool area, as Im with my Senior parents,
The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.

GGuest UserMy husband and I really loved our stay at Belmont Hotel Boracay. As introverts, we appreciated the quiet and exclusivity of the Newcoast areaâit felt like our own little peaceful corner of the island. We even started calling it âthe pretty part of Boracay.â
It was my husbandâs first time visiting, and Iâm so glad I chose Belmont. The whole experience was just wonderful. The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, there werenât tons of options, but everything they served was fresh and tasty. We definitely went back for seconds!
What stood out the most was how clean and calm the beach was. Compared to White Beach, Newcoast felt way more relaxed and less crowded, which we especially appreciated since the weather wasnât the best during our trip. It was still such a lovely place to unwind.
Leaving Belmont was honestly a little sad, we felt so at home there. Hopefully weâll get the chance to come back again someday. Big thanks to the entire Belmont team for making our stay so special!

AAlexey P.A.Rating: 9/10 â Great value on a discounted rate
We loved our stay at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay. The resort is gorgeous: multiple pools, a clean private beach cove, lots of greenery, and a generally calm, upscale vibe away from the crowds. Huge thanks to the staffâwhen we didnât like our first (older) room, they were understanding and promptly moved us to a newer room. That flexibility really made our stay.
What we loved
Spacious, modern room after the move; comfy bed and strong A/C.
Beautiful pools and a well-kept private beach area.
Peaceful grounds ideal for relaxing after island activities.
Friendly, helpful team (front desk, housekeeping, and drivers).
What could be better
The resort is very spread out. You often need a buggy/shuttle to get around, and at busy times you may wait a bit.
Location is far from White Beach/DâMall, so quick trips to town take planning (shuttle or taxi).
Older rooms (the first one we saw) show wear and could use refreshing.
Wi-Fi can be patchy in some buildings.
Breakfast is fine, but the variety gets repetitive on longer stays.
On-site food and services are convenient but priced higher than in town.
Bottom line
On a discounted rate, Fairways & Bluewater is excellent value if you want space, a private beach, and a quieter setting. Tip: request a newer room near the pool/restaurant youâll use most to reduce shuttle time. Big thanks to the staff for going the extra mileâweâd happily return.
GGuest UserWe had a hassle-free stay! Hotel staff knows their stuff, they have all necessary skills and understanding to perform their roles effectively. Always happy to help without expecting anything in return. Thanks for making our trip extra special.
GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel had many positive aspects, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory. Let me start with the good points: the rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilitiesâsuch as the gym, kids' club, spa, and swimming poolsâwere impressive. The location is also amazing.
However, two major issues overshadowed these positives and would prevent me from returning.
Events and Weddings: During our 3-night stay, events disrupted our experience on 2 nights. On the first day, the rooftop infinity pool was closed to all hotel guests due to a private event. It felt unfairâhaving a beautiful pool but being unable to use it because it was rented out to someone else. On the third day, half of the beach area was occupied by a wedding setup, and loud music could be heard from our room until 10 PM. This made it impossible to relax on the balcony or enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a 5-star resort. Instead, it felt like being at a nightclub.
The noise was particularly frustrating because we were traveling with a 2.5-year-old child who usually goes to bed at 8:30 PM but couldnât sleep until 10 PM due to the loud music. After the wedding ended at 10 PM, the staff began cleaning and moving equipment back to the building, creating significant noise until 11:45 PM. This happened repeatedly, with loud sounds every 15 minutes (Unfortunately, I cannot upload videos to give an idea of the noise experience due to size limitations, but Iâve included screenshots below). For a hotel charging over $300 per night, this level of disturbance is unacceptable.
Service Speed and Quality: The service was consistently slow and inconsistent. Simple requests, like asking for ice to be delivered to our room, took up to an hour. At the beach restaurant, it took 15-20 minutes just to receive a menu, even after asking multiple times. There were also mix-ups, such as being brought a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc instead of the Chardonnay we ordered.
While the hotel has many great features, the lack of consideration for guests during events and the poor service quality significantly impacted our experience. For the price paid, we expected much better.
