Hotels With Spa in Quintana Roo, Mexico

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

It is a hotel with a different concept than others all included, here it is to enjoy nature and perform the excellent activities that are included with friendly and trained staff, as well as food is of quality.

The place is really good with an incredible private beach, But what really stood out to me is the quality of the service, the employees of the hotel really take care of you in the most professional and friendly way possible ! I recommend !

Hotel con un mare e una spiaggia fantastici il migliore probabilmente di Cozumel. Personale gentilissimo, ci ha consentito di restare negli spazi comuni e utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check out.  Spiaggia privata con lettini sufficienti per tutti, E in ottima posizione, viste le ridotte dimensioni dell’hotel. Lo consiglio senz’altro a tutti

We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

You can have an eco stay. There is no pot, refrigerator, TV. The outlet is only １ in the room, and the electric capacity is low, so you can't use it even if you bring a dryer, and you can only use it for charging your smartphone or tablet. The location by the sea is good, but there is a club in front and it is noisy until midnight every day depending on the room. If you close the window, you won't hear it a little, but there is no air conditioner in the room, so if you don't open the window, it's hot and you can't sleep. So it may not be suitable for those who want to relax quietly.

Hotel has a good location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket; close to ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres. Room is simple, a bit old but spacious. Our room doesn’t hav a view unfortunately. Overall a gd stay and value for money.

Our stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.

I like the hotel very much. It takes 5 minutes to go to the mall and the restaurant street. The only drawback is that there is a bar next to it. We stayed for 7 nights and one night was very noisy...Breakfast was eaten in the restaurant next to the hotel. The option of not including breakfast, it is recommended to choose the package early ~ not far from the beach. We went to the cave and were not in the hotel during the day, so we did not choose the all-inclusive resort. We stayed in a double room for 2 nights. , The house is very large, it is a suite, there is a living room and bedroom, and a small garden at the entrance~ I booked a three-story 3-bedroom suite for the next 5 nights. Friends live together, there is a terrace on the roof, and a large living room on the second floor. There is an open kitchen~Of course we didn’t cook, but it feels great, and the microwave ovens are all~~The hotel also cooperates with some restaurants. Take the card given by the hotel and get a 15% discount.
