The hotel is only across the road from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The surrounding office buildings are relatively concentrated and the environment is better! The hotel service staff are very polite. Highly recommended for short-term business trips.

The room was very clean. There's a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, and the food was excellent. The hotel environment is nice, and the layout is comfortable. The transparent elevator is a unique feature. A more varied breakfast would have been nice.

Very convenient location. The check in process went well and it was possible to take coffee very early in the morning just before taking my flight. The water pressure of the shower was too low. Very convenient hotel altogether. Will definitely come back.

A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.

The hotel is a bit old, but overall well-maintained. The rooms are quite large and spacious, and the bathrooms have separate bathtubs and showers. The guests next door were a bit boisterous at night, which slightly disturbed my rest. The breakfast restaurant is large, with good service and a decent variety of food. The location is about three kilometers from the city center, and it takes about twenty minutes to get to the airport without traffic. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel is very clean, stylish and in a good safe area that's easily walkable. Having the gym was great and there is a circle K opposite of the hotel. The daily breakfast was delicious and healthy located on the rooftop restaurant

MMonaFionaAMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

I booked room, for my sister and me. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and amazing. I spent 10 days there, a week for a conference and 4 days to explore Mexico City. Loved it, highly recommend it, the place is in a very good location. A little thing about us, we are two Arab hijabi girls, so if you are a hijabi, don’t worry you won’t face racial discrimination against you.

GGuest UserThis hotel is situated in the Coyoacán Centro area. What a great area for so many reasons, coffee shops, restaurants and small cafes. This hotel, tho, is all you really need. Very beautiful, with high quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our suite was gorgeous and well appointed. We didn’t have time to try out the breakfast menu but it looked very tasty. I would definitely return for another stay without hesitation !

GGuest UserThe location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient. The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough I would stay here again for an early/late flight.
