The hotel is in a good location and has 1,000 rooms. It is a resort hotel for many tourists. The central area is a swimming pool. There are various performances or parent-child programs every night. It is very suitable for bringing children or traveling at home.
Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique.
Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.
The hotel excels in every respect
The food in particular is varied every day and top quality service in the hotel also excels in friendly staff and clean rooms. All in all, a hotel that I can recommend to everyone.
It's great to have a big bed room in Tunisia with the money for a normal room in Turkey! There are floor-to-ceiling windows! And a swimming pool! You can also watch the sunset.
Great staff, polite and non-introduced, animation show super cool. The room with sea view arranged us. Dinner is delicious and varied, but breakfasts I didn't like very much, for 5* little choice. Absolute cleanliness, convenient bed, bed linen and towels as new, neats and slippers branded in a separate packaging, the present from the hotel in the form of fruit was also very enjoyable. It is strange that there are no cheeslons (!) in the free pool!
The location is very good, with the beach right in front of the hotel, less than a 10-minute walk from Sousse train station, and less than 15 minutes to the Medina.
However, the building and rooms are old, much of the equipment is falling apart, and the service quality is low. The view is great, but be aware that the beachside is noisy even at night in summer.
Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms, and although it is available in the lobby, it is very slow. The price is relatively low, so you need to be prepared to accept this.
Very friendly staff.
The room was good but it was seen that bed bugs had been present a while ago.
Unfortunately, the meal menu was very limited.
The cost a little overpriced for the room.
The pool (/inside and outside) was very well lit and hygienists.
The view from the hotel room was very nice.
Good

GGuest UserThis is a standard all-inclusive hotel in Sousse. It’s a little dated in places but very clean and you can’t go wrong for the price. The staff are very helpful and I love how they include lots of Tunisian dishes at breakfast and dinner. I had a great stay.
LLaety MOusra and Aymen 🥰ont was at the listening and arranged, for my late exit from the hotel, Beautiful location all comfort to recommend strongly 👍
MMuhammed MuzammelA professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great.
Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening.
Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.
MMOHAMED RAMIThe hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?
FFelice CossoloConsidering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't
AAnonymous UserDisappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel.
Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..
