Putting aside the price, when talking about the one-island-one-hotel model in the Maldives, every hotel has a five-star rating! ...Central Grande’s seaplane ✈️ experience, deep snorkeling to observe the underwater world and fish schools, large buffet restaurant service, and full transfer to and from the island are all very satisfying! I hope Ctrip will pay attention to solving a small problem: why is the three-day all-inclusive package for hotels booked directly through Ctrip less free items than the four-day all-inclusive package booked through other agencies? The hotel explained that there are differences in services between the two all-inclusive packages.

Amazing 9 day break in December 2024. Stayed at the villa with a private pool. We used it every day and enjoyed spending time sunbathing and relaxing on the beach. The food was excellent with a good variety. Although there could be a greater choice of soft drinks for the full board package at lunch and dinner time. A special thank you to Duryodhan, Rasheed, and Anju in the resteraunt for their exceptional service. If you want to relax with beautiful scenery and quality food and a modern and comfortable villa with a bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. With housecleaning twice per day, this resort will not disappoint.

It is a very well-kept resort with various environmental sustainability certifications, very quiet (there are no noisy activities, apart from some music after dinner in the bar area). The strong points are the services and care of both the common areas and the rooms, an excellent restaurant which varies the menu daily with ”themed” ideas. On the island there is an excellent diving center professionally managed by Euro-divers, perhaps just a little expensive in prices, especially in the case of family packages or other combinations that include a certain number of dives. The island's reef has a good variety of corals and fish and is easily accessible from several points.

The staff are super nice and the service is very attentive. They help me prepare breakfast every morning because I will be out to sea at 6:30. I personally think that the chef is also good for eating, and it is good for people who can eat Western food. They will actively help deal with any problems and coordinate to meet all customer needs! The room is clean and the view is great, especially the hammock in the room is a bonus, so you can lie on the balcony and bask in the sun!

The rooms at Moofushi are not luxurious, but everything is very comfortable, the food is very good, the view, the water and the service are really good, it can be regarded as a hexagonal fighter, snorkeling is highly recommended, Alizee's dishes are great, the red and white wines provided by the all-inclusive package are very well selected 👍, a perfect holiday

It was my first time to visit Lux Maldives. Although it was an all-inclusive package, I was asked to pay an extra 500+ USD for lunch without any notice from the hotel or the housekeeper. The seaplane time we were notified before going to the island was 15:30, but when we arrived at the Lux seaplane lounge, we were notified that we could only fly at 17:00. After arriving on the island, the butler told us that the first two days were all-inclusive. We could enjoy any restaurant except Italian and Japanese restaurants for free, including bars and cafes, etc. Since we arrived on the island at more than 6 o'clock in the evening, dinner was included that night, and the next day's breakfast, lunch and dinner were all included in the all-inclusive package, and the day after that was breakfast and lunch. Since the children got up late the next day, they went swimming after breakfast, and went back to the room for a nap when they were tired of swimming. When they woke up at about three o'clock, they packed up and went to beach rouge for lunch. Because the butler would send the business hours of various restaurants for the next day the day before, we saw that beach rouge's business hours were 12:00-17:00, but when we paid the bill, we were told that we had to pay more than 500 US dollars at our own expense. I asked the butler myself and was told that lunch after 14:00 in the afternoon would be at our own expense. OK, no problem, if the hotel or butler informed us in advance when checking in, we would definitely pay attention to control the lunch time before 14:00. However, without any notice and without our room rate including lunch, and the restaurant's lunch hours clearly stated 12:00-17:00, you insisted on asking us to pay for it ourselves. Of course I couldn't agree. This is clearly your dereliction of duty. Why should I pay for it? It's too deceptive. It feels so bad 👎 The experience was very bad, and you didn't let us leave without signing the bill. Obviously, you didn't inform us during our stay, and we strictly abided by the lunch hours issued by the housekeeper. When checking in, it was also clearly stated that lunch was included in the room rate that day. I can't stand it 😓 I will defend my rights to the end! Another thing is that we experienced a storm the night before leaving the island. The room we stayed in was a romantic water pool villa, which required us to walk a long way every day. Buggy was not responsible for picking up guests from the water villa, so we had to walk or ride a bicycle by ourselves. That night, it was stormy and windy. We waited in the restaurant for a long time but it didn't get better, so we decided to go back to the room with an umbrella. On the way, my child and I were almost blown off the pier and fell into the sea, and there were no protective measures on both sides of the pier. Thinking about it afterwards, I was really scared. If I couldn't hold the umbrella and was blown into the sea by the wind, I would never come back. Because the wind and waves are huge, those who want to book a water villa must be cautious!!!

And it is a full atoll! If you have not been to Maldives, you will not understand, which means that the water villas are calm! You can even walk to see the coral reefs in the distance when the tide is low! The service is professional and efficient! Buggy always comes quickly! I only saw one mosquito the whole time! I was not bitten! All of these, there is no harm without comparison! Later, I changed to a certain brand resort, and it plummeted! One suggestion is that it is recommended to contact the hotel more than three days before check-in and book a restaurant! Because it is not bad to eat in a certain restaurant, but it is not enjoyable! The restaurants that need to be booked are a real gourmet experience! The Italian restaurant is great! The Chinese restaurant is very authentic! The only comment is that the fried beef noodles need to be wide noodles. Hahaha, a small flaw! Very delicious! The breakfast is also great! Experienced all kinds of climates! Very interesting. The fish look is OK, not as good as some famous ones, but those are either very expensive or old. Conrad is still the best overall.

The room equipment is super complete, the drinks are beyond your imagination, it is clean and quiet, the scenery is so beautiful that no words can express it, the snorkeling environment is amazing, the service is also in place, there are Chinese and multi-lingual butlers, very considerate👍👍👍👍 👍👍

An extra bed is possible, but there is a charge, I booked directly for 3 people. There are 50 sand houses and 40 water houses built on both sides of the island. I booked the largest high-end water house on the island with a first-class environment. Breakfast is Western-style, with steak spaghetti and so on for dinner.

Very good. My daughter and I both think this is the best hotel on this trip. The price-performance ratio is also very high. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The only downside is that there is a waiter in the restaurant who has been courteous and does not want tips, but asks us to buy him a hookah. After we refused, he went to buy it himself and signed our room. When we checked out, we found this matter and communicated with the hotel. The hotel will refund the money to us.
