I had a fantastic stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel whenever I visit Oxford twice a year! All the members on the reception are very helpful friendly professional and efficient! Especially thanks to Lina Tiffany Amanda and Asian managers! The room is nice and clean, spacious, good to open the window to get some fresh air! Beautiful place in the midst of town. Very quiet and quaint, blends into the atmosphere of Oxford town. Running route behind hotel connects beautifully to the river and there are horses on the estate.

A special thanks to Emily for her excellent service. She responded to my emails quickly and handled my requests with great care. We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel has a charming, castle-like vintage style, and the surroundings are lovely. The breakfast and dinner and lunch were also great—highly recommended! Thanks again, Emily! We love staying at Voco! My 2nd time, love it!

TtigasIt was nice stay. The location was not that great. Breakfast was not buffet but with nice view though the weather was bad that time. The kettle has leftover water and has a lot of scales. The changing room and the showers in the pool was freezing.
