We were lucky to be greeted by the guest services manager on arrival and friendly reception staff.
The room was extremely spacious and the view over the city and Hallasan was fantastic.
It was a shame we were only staying for a night. Location was really good and free parking in the basement for hotel guests.
It was just a short walk away from restaurants and shops.
I would highly recommend staying here.
The environment and the pictures are exactly the same, and the facilities aren't old. The indoor pool is a bit of a walk from our building. The free airport shuttle is spacious and comfortable, and it departs on time. The check-out policy isn't very user-friendly. We told the front desk in advance that we wanted a 2 PM check-out so our child could nap, but they started calling us at 1 PM, and by 1:30 PM, a staff member came to our door to urge us to leave. The nap was completely disturbed, and my child didn't get to sleep. The children's section of the buffet only offered chocolate ice cream and desserts. Our child, who is under two, could only eat some seaweed rice balls and red bean buns. If you go late, the red bean buns are sometimes gone for the day. For the adults' food, we could only eat some rice noodles, braised beef with carrots, and boiled eggs. Most of the other dishes had a strong pepper and garlic flavor, and our child complained they were spicy and wouldn't eat them. We really didn't see many vegetables. Occasionally there were some mushrooms, but they were either sweet or spicy. It's not very convenient for young children to eat there. There are also limited restaurant options nearby. The grilled pork was too thick and not tender enough to eat. The pool was fun, and the children's area was large and great to play in. The balcony door in our room kept the noise out at night. We stayed on the 7th floor. We didn't even go to the beach because it was too far to walk with a child. We took a taxi to a different bathhouse.
Our second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a popular fried chicken spot where there's usually no wait! It also features a convenience store where you can pick out and cook your own instant noodles, offering a unique chance to experience the local instant noodle culture. Three hotels are interconnected, with an outlet mall downstairs offering a wide range of outdoor leisure and golf apparel brands – a definite plus for golf enthusiasts. Below ground, there's a casino, and outside, you'll find two theme parks: a water park and a Larva-themed amusement park. A heads-up for the water park: bring your own towels and water shoes, otherwise you'll have to buy them there. They don't accept Alipay or WeChat, so make sure to bring a credit card. Even life vests are only available for rent. It feels like money is being spent at every turn – quite the commercialized setup! However, seeing the kids happy made it all worthwhile!

This hotel is super convenient, with a great location right across from the duty-free shop. Just one street over, there's a popular sandwich shop with delicious food, and two streets away, you'll find the保健路 (Baojianlu) food street and sports goods street, where the black pork BBQ is amazing. There's also an Asian pharmacy downstairs, making shopping easy. There are 2-3 Olive Young stores nearby, and a BHC fried chicken place about a 15-minute walk away. I'm very satisfied! The front desk staff all speak Chinese. You can take a free shuttle bus from the airport and store your luggage until the afternoon. There's a GS25 convenience store in the lobby, and another supermarket across the street with even more variety. Paying the deposit with 300,000 KRW in cash is more convenient than using a credit card, as it's returned upon check-out. I recommend booking a local day tour; a mini-bus will pick you up at the hotel. The itinerary to Udo Island was great. Room prices were a bit high in August, but usually, a round-trip flight and room would probably be a few hundred [currency]. Lastly, Jeju Island in August was incredibly hot, and the air conditioning in Korean cars idling was really not effective enough.
The hotel has a modern, trendy aesthetic, making it very photogenic. Our ocean-facing room was a bit small and dated; there wasn't enough space to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. The hotel pool is free before 11 AM; after that, reservations are required, with two time slots available. It's best to avoid weekends as it gets very crowded with local visitors. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff. Room service is managed via a self-service QR code system, which is quite convenient and hands-off. There's a convenience store to the left of the hotel, convenient for picking up breakfast. Jungmun Beach is within walking distance, though its sand quality isn't as fine as Woljeongri's, and there are hardly any shells. Both the Teddy Bear Museum and BHC Fried Chicken are conveniently within walking distance from the hotel. Directions to the pool are a bit unclear. For nearly 2500, the value for money feels a bit low. The ”most beautiful Starbucks” (Starbucks The Wave) is also nearby.

The decoration of the hotel is very design, check-in is also very convenient, the most important thing is that the hotel mattress is really comfortable to sleep, the front desk brother is also very handsome, next time you come to Jeju Island, you will choose this one.
The location is a paradise on Jeju Island, with its own forest oxygen bar. It should be a resort hotel where people come to recuperate. There was a real person playing the piano in the lobby at night, which was so comfortable. Then the swimming pool was very comfortable, and I also made an appointment for a rehabilitation course with the coach, which was very healing. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There is also a shuttle bus to go to the bustling area for dinner. Because there are no restaurants around the hotel.

QQFQFQFClean and spacious room. Nearby there's convenience stores and live music. One thing I have an issue with was that they didn't allow food deliveries which was a shame

HHong YiThe hotel is located 20mins away from Mt Hallasan. A good place to stay at after a long day of hiking, where we can soak in the jacuzzi that fits two pax. Kitchenware was provided for those who wishes to cook, and towels were hung outside the door if staying for more than one night.
GGuest UserThe hotel is wonderful, it exceeded my expectations, it is nice, very clean, the staff is very very friendly, always very worried because we were well and help us in whatever we needed, very well located... I would return without a doubt.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful time here. Staff was super riendly and co-operative. Only drawback is the location as its not very lively but a great option for a budget friendly trip. We had early morning flight so they arranged a taxi for us too which was nice. Its about 1 hr from Jeju airport and is a good spot if you want calm holidays and want to visit Odo island.
