Guest UserThis is by far the best ocean-view hotel I've ever stayed in. In one word: amazing, in two words: perfect, in three words: absolutely unbeatable! You definitely get what you pay for, and it's totally worth it! The infinity pool and the incredible coastline perfectly capture the essence of this island 🏝️. It's such a chill vacation vibe!

Anonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

Suzie W -文珍Hotel is quite nice! Restaurants downstairs are pretty good!
Almost a perfect stay till the last night (25 Apr) we went into the Jaju store at the basement, one of the lady shop assistant was the only rude person i have met in my whole jeju trip, she's showing a poker face, maybe because its almost closing time, we started to take clothes to fitting room, totally no clue even we tried our best to speak to her, she seems not able to understand English at all. Even when we were at cashier, she was still keeping her poker face poker, quite upset for this part 🥲
Other than that, hotel service and room equipment are pretty good, love it 👍🎉🎉🎉

Guest UserYou can watch the sunset, and the scenery is beautiful. There's a convenience store, Starbucks, and a gift shop nearby, which is very convenient.

Guest UserBased on the price, I thought it was just a budget accommodation, but the complex and interior were clean, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the management was friendly and excellent. Plus, they even had a private whirlpool. I am 100% willing to visit again and highly recommend it. Yomangjin Meat Restaurant is also a total gem, and they even gave us a 10% discount as guests. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful trip during my two-night stay.

Mikiya_0217Located in Seogwipo city center, the transportation isn't very convenient. The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away, and it's uphill and downhill.
Facilities: The hotel environment is good, clean, not damp, and odor-free.
Service: A 50,000 won deposit is required.
Environment: The sea view includes a harbor, which is nice if the weather is good. The key thing is that the price is under 300, making it very worthwhile.

ZuikeaidekeaioaI stayed for a total of five nights. The first three nights were booked through a Trip.com partner via a live stream, and the last two nights were booked directly on Trip.com. I'm really glad I had the Trip.com concierge helping me, otherwise, it would have been incredibly frustrating. We repeatedly asked for firmer pillows, but guests were told they had to speak to the front desk themselves. We were then told they could only be provided after 6 PM, but after waiting several days, they never appeared.
The dirty coffee cups weren't cleaned, and the bathroom trash wasn't emptied. The bath towels from the previous night were refolded and given back to us the next day. How do I know? My husband had a shaving cut and used the towel to wash his face, and the next day, it was placed back in the supposedly clean spot.
When we called hotel services, someone just spoke a few words on the phone, and no one came to check on the situation. For a hotel of this size, it's considered quite good in Jeju, but the service is truly terrible, and it's not just a little bit off. They want to attract Chinese customers, but their service is far from adequate. I probably won't stay there again, but I hope your service becomes less rigid and more up-to-date.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, the room was spacious, and the shower had good water pressure. I highly recommend the front desk's car rental service. The service was superb, and the person renting out the cars was reasonable and didn't overcharge. You can rent a bike with peace of mind! Highly recommended!!!!

Guest UserAs someone who is always picky about hotel rooms, I specifically came to leave a review because this place is truly worth it. The hotel is very large, and the service is incredibly welcoming. As soon as I got out of the car, someone greeted me, explained the check-in time for the afternoon, and helped store my luggage. If you arrive early, you store your luggage first and then check in, which is different from the Parnas next door. The Louis Vuitton store was quite crowded, so reservations were needed. This is a garden-style hotel, with beautiful sights at every turn, showcasing its former luxury everywhere. Although the facilities aren't the most modern, the cleanliness is exceptional. Every corner, including the balcony, was clearly meticulously cleaned, which deserves a big thumbs up! 👍 All items in the mini bar are chargeable, unlike the Parnas where they are free. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is also excellent.
Exiting the hotel to the right, towards the Louis Vuitton store, there's a brunch spot I highly recommend. Their coffee and bagel set is substantial and delicious. They have self-ordering kiosks inside, and you definitely need to get a bell pager in advance. The tofu salad is great for a nutritional boost. Next door is a 7-Eleven, across the street there's Thai food (didn't try it), and diagonally opposite there's a BBQ place (didn't try it). Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find the Teddy Bear Museum, a castle-themed Starbucks, and O'Sulloc Tea Museum. Walking for a maximum of 30 minutes from there gets you to the Jusangjeolli Cliff. It's truly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Oh, and behind the windmill is Olle Trail Route 8, and walking down from there leads you to Jungmun Beach, perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing.

Guest UserVery spacious and big, gym was great, everything was great. Facilities at hotel side. Didn’t eat there except for the bakery which was quite yummy (10% off for guests). Just a bit pricey for Jeju.
