Hotels With Spa in Shimane Prefecture, Japan

Everything was perfect! The staff was kind, helpful, and extremely efficient, as always in Japan. I loved the delicious ramen served in the evening, the relaxing onsen, the peaceful atmosphere, the impeccable cleanliness, and all the extra services included. The location is also very convenient, just next to the station. I would have loved to stay more nights, but unfortunately, there was no availability. I really hope to come back!

As the room rate is cheaper than the surrounding hotels, so as to book. Arrived to find a hotel with a period, the receptionist in the evening was very friendly and enthusiastic, and the friendly smile was very patient to introduce the facilities in the store. When we entered the room, we had placed the tatami bedding for us. Although the facilities are slightly old, but the items and facilities are hygienic and tidy. Everyone sleeps very comfortably and the room is air-conditioned! And the large bath is in good size, an open-air bath, it must be good in winter, and you must come to soak and relax for two nights! The parking fee is only 300yen a night, very reasonable! 🙏 Very suitable for families!

The hotel is located by Lake Shinji. Some rooms have lake views. The hotel lobby is very large, the facilities are new and clean, the staff have good service, the parking lot is large, and the twin rooms have enough space. However, the wash basin is located in the corridor, which makes it noisy. Wake up the family. There is also room for improvement in breakfast.

The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

We checked in on the night of December 6, 2023, and then went out for a late-night snack. The service of the two front desk grandfathers was very, very good. They patiently gave us directions, booked a car, and left a night check-in. Finally, because we stayed elsewhere the next day but left early in the morning to play, we stored our luggage at this hotel. We came back very late in the evening and went directly to the hotel we booked separately because we had a dinner appointment at the second hotel. time. The grandpa actually helped us deliver our luggage to this new hotel. We had five pieces of luggage in three rooms. Thank you so much. We didn't miss the meals and activities we booked at the hotel later. I am really grateful and feel the Japanese service spirit. But not all hotels have this feeling, so I would like to comment on this one. Thank you to the grandfathers on duty!

Clean and quiet Japanese-style hotel, the room is not small, the public soup pool is very clean. Seven minutes walk from JR Sapporo, there are many izakayas nearby, everything is very convenient.

very nice! There is a Family Mart nearby and it is a short walk to Izumo Taisha Shrine and the Izumo Historical Museum! The receptionist was very nice. Dinner and breakfast were all buffets. They were delicious. The hot springs were very comfortable. However, there were too many people and I didn’t have the chance to soak in a private hot spring. There were also free ramen and kimono rentals. It was a good choice to go to Izumo Taisha Shrine~ It’s close to the Izumo tram station. It’s a little far away from the main shrine but the road is quite easy to walk!
