Like a little club med in Nagasaki. Excellent dinner and breakfast and lots of activities and great onsens. I would recommend for families.

The hotel is very nice, our room was a deluxe twin with a sofa and coffee table. The hotel is very convenient, located above the bus station. We arrived on the bus from Nagasaki and walked right out the door to go into the elevator up to the reception. Across the street is the JR train station and the harbor which was beautiful to see at dusk.

The location was very good and the room was spacious. It was great that tourist spots like the port for Gunkanjima, Chinatown, and Glover Garden were all within walking distance. The bus stop was only a minute's walk away, so it was easy to go to Inasayama Park at night. The entrance can be exited in two directions, so it was convenient to choose the one closer to Chinatown or the bus stop. There was a convenience store next door, and the gyoza restaurant nearby was delicious. The bathroom was tiled, but there was a bathmat so it didn't bother me. The bed was large and comfortable. It seemed like they were thorough about hygiene, and the staff were polite and pleasant to serve. This hotel made my trip a fulfilling one. I would highly recommend this hotel.

No frills, simple yet fully functional amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread & quality of food served. Onsen quality is better than some branded hotels found in the main city area. Our first time trying Dormy Inn and w are looking forward to the next!

Has a communal microwave, ice machine and coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The room has a fridge and kettle. You can book a free night-time shuttle bus from the hotel to the ropeway and observation point.

This is a very nice hotel very close to the station (just cross the bridge - there are elevators, if you have luggage or small children). Everything is simple in this hotel, but clean and thoughtful. The air conditioner worked great in winter, was conveniently located for a comfortable sleep. The room with two beds is large for a business hotel in Japan. The laundry room has enough washing machines for guests. You can borrow an iron and a trouser press, as well as a humidifier. Everything is very nice, we liked it. Thank you.

My second best hotel in my trip for the south of Japan, just little too shinny and golden, but it is ok. Great service and attention

When I checked in only the reception told me their air conditioning was under maintenance from Oct till Dec 2023. Some rooms will have issue, but luckily my room was not affected.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

I stayed here with my daughter who is an elementary school student. I had checked the reviews for the good location, but when I actually went there, it was so spacious, and it was raining and cold on the day, so it was very convenient to be close to the main square. Apart from a short walk from the entrance, none of the attractions felt very far away. There were many restaurants in the area, so it was convenient to eat. Also, some people pointed out that the facilities were old, but that didn't bother me. The room was 45m2, spacious, clean, and relaxing. (The amenities were also MIKIMOTO COSMETICS 🎵) For baths, I recommend the hot springs, where the bus leaves every 20 minutes! And when I told them that I forgot to make a reservation for the bus to Nagasaki Airport by 6pm the day before, there was a vacancy and they let me on. The staff was very conscious and very kind. I will use this again when I go to Huis Ten Bosch!

This hotel was value for money. It's the cheapest among all Huis Ten Bosch hotels but provides me with adequate living quality. Though quite far from railway stations, the hotel room was only 5 minutes walking distance to the park. I topped up for the breakfast and it's rich and yummy. I've been there in winter and it's very cold to wait outside for shuttle bus to take me to onsen place.

The hotel is in a good location. You can take the Shima Railway Bus to Unzen Station. The main reason for staying here is to see the scenery. You can go to the various springs on the mountain to see them. It is more spectacular in the morning, which is a rare view. The hotel's dinner and breakfast are quite delicious, but the dinner time is a bit longer. The large bathhouse has indoor and outdoor areas. We went there in the morning and there were few people. There are some snack shops and set meal restaurants around, but I didn't go there. I bought pancakes in the shops. Unzen is on the mountain. If you take the bus, you must pay attention to the time. It's my first time to take the bus on the winding mountain road😅

Hygiene: very clean Facilities: The entire hotel is very hot. The air conditioner is central air-conditioning. It is also very hot when turned on to the lowest setting. There wasn't even a fan in the area where I took a shower and put on my clothes after soaking in the hot springs, so I was sweating again after getting dressed. The dining area is so stuffy that eating a meal feels like a sauna. Service: The front desk service is good, but the check-out time is very early, so please book with caution. Hot spring hotel restaurants in Japan don’t even have Japanese menus. I asked the waiter if they had Japanese menus, and they said they were all in English. With the level of English that Japanese people have, can they understand it?

The environment is so good, the sulfur hot springs here♨️are definitely real hot springs♨️! The hotel is located in Unzen City, which is a resort for Kyushu people. The Unzen Hell Scenic Area is right next to the main road. It is very large and feels more shocking than the Hell Valley in Hakone. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are gorgeous, but to be honest, the meat is a bit thin. The open-air bath and large bath are both good, especially the open-air bath facing the forest landscape and open for a long time. The best thing is the service. Although some service staff don't speak English very well, they are very enthusiastic. Knowing that we didn't drive by ourselves, they sent us to another city a hundred kilometers away in a commercial vehicle. In fact, the transportation of the hotel itself is also very convenient. If you come from Shimabara, you can arrive directly at the hotel door. If you come from Isahaya or Nagasaki, the bus will go to the city center and you need to transfer or walk to the hotel in about 15 minutes. The only drawback is that the room does not have a bathroom, which is more like a traditional Japanese hotel.

It was right next to ”Unzen Jigoku” and the hot spring source was directly raised, so the hot water was very good and the satisfaction was high. The meal was also rich in local ingredients, and I learned to talk.

The service staff is very friendly. Although it is a bit troublesome to communicate with the mother-in-law who does not speak Japanese, it is still possible to communicate through the translation software. The room is quite big compared to the urban area, the open-air bath on the roof is amazing, and the meals for one stay and two meals are very delicious. Next to the hotel is a convenience store with everything you need, you can pay by WeChat, and there are fireworks in the store.

고민하고 계시다면 고민하실 필요 없다고 말씀드리고 싶네요 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다 모든직원이 매우 친절하시고 상냥했으며 시설은 오래된 느낌이나 관리가 잘되어 있어 오히려 좋았습니다 객실은 다다미방이었는데로 옛날느낌이 살아 있고 바다를 바로 바라볼 수 있어서 근사했습니다 온천 또한 1층도 좋았지만 5층 옥상의 온천은 19:30이후부터 30분 간격으로 객실당 프라이빗하게 이용할 수 있었고 그 이전에는 자유롭게 이용 가능한데 파란하늘과 바다를 바라보며 온천을 하는것이 너무 기분이 좋았네요 식사 또한 석식은 물론 조식도 아주 정갈하고 하나하나 다 맛있어서 싹 비우게 되었네요 여행와서 제대로 대접받는 느낌을 받고 왔네요 강력하게 추천해요
