The receptionist service is very friendly... the hotel room is quite spacious and clean... the location is close to the beach and famous culinary... the breakfast variety is quite extensive, but please maintain the freshness of the fruit...
There are a lot of ants in the hotel, and there are coffee residues on the coffee spoons in the hotel bar. It is obvious that the staff is lazy and did not replace them. Other services are very good.
Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.
Five minutes walking distance from the airport, a bit old hotel. I was prompted twice to order, but it didn't take two hours. In the end, I was given free of charge for the meal, which was a sign of etiquette. But no loss.

Great
AAslam KaderLocation was good. Next to a mall. Mall was pretty much empty tho. Room was okay as I stayed only for one night. Might have to give a little bit attention on the floor carpet. There's some strangr smell once you reach your floor. Breakfast option was good. Overall for the price I paid, it was a good choice for business travellers.
GGuest UserIt's okay for a hotel in Class 8 in Bali. You can't ask for too much. There's nothing major wrong with it. The view outside the window is nice. Generally speaking, the room is older. The towels are not dirty, but they feel like they can't be washed out.
TtuotuokumalaThe hotel I stayed in again, with complete facilities, delicious breakfast and many choices. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Samarinda. It has a view of the Mahakam River. You can watch the sunset at the lobby door. You can watch the sunrise at breakfast on the 6th floor ~ very good!
MMira AnanthaThis is my second time staying here. Actually, the service is good, but I feel bad for the staff member who welcomed us at the restaurant for breakfast. She had a triple workload; she welcomed guests and checked their room numbers, cleaned up messes and dirty dishes, checked if food was running low, and even prepared breakfast in bed for other guests. The breakfast was so-so; there wasn't even an egg station. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough, maybe because I had a corner room. But the corner room felt a little bigger. I loved the soap and shampoo; I think they use Lifebuoy. Also, the toothbrushes were much better than in other hotels.
AAnonymous UserSmall room but just nice for 1 person. Location is great, and there is a designated parking for midtown too. The only downside was that the AC is old so it made a lot of noise.
