Hotels With Parking in Jeollabuk-do, South Korea

((No links in this one, Tripadvisor!)) The most recent English review for this hotel/resort is 5 years old, so I will add a new one. (Just a bit of background: I'm a world-traveller that has stayed in everything from 5-star hotels to shoddy Airbnb's.) Check-in (1) This process went pretty smoothly, although the front desk staff's English seemed to be a bit lacking. Make sure that you ”get a number” at the electronic panel in front of the front desk when you want to check-in or check-out (left side of panel is check-in and right side is check-out). (2) Our booking did not include breakfast, but during check-in you are given coupons to save a bit of money if you plan on paying for breakfast anyways. (3) During check-in, the staff will give you some other details about opening hours for the facilities at the resort. My wife and I booked a room here for a 3-night July staycation. Originally, we booked ”Cloud9 Ocean View Family Room with Double bed”. What is missing from many of the booking websites is a picture of the bathroom. It's actually a jacuzzi with a corded showerhead instead of a bathtub. The layout of the room is kind of moon-shaped, and my wife and I both didn't find it very cozy. We didn't like our Double bedroom's layout or its quite worn-down furniture (room #733), so we went back downstairs to ask about other rooms. We were invited to take a look at a ”Cloud9 Ocean View Family Room with 2 Single beds”. The front desk called up to the housekeeping staff, and let them know that we were coming up to check out that replacement room, so apparently this is a common request or adjustment to bookings. The layout of this latter room was more to our liking -- definitely a more standard hotel room layout. The ”single” beds were both pretty big, each maybe halfway in size between a full and a queen. The furniture was also far less worn. Since my wife and I aren't big people, and could easily fit on one bed, we took the replacement room. (If I were to give advice, I would go ahead and book the Double bedroom and see if you like it. If not, I think the staff is happy to move you to the other layout.) Both Ocean View's were good enough, with plenty of light. (Six more comments: (a) The lobby is nice enough. All-marble as the pictures show, gives the hotel a slightly more upscale feel compared to all the other hotels/resorts within a 30-minute driving radius. (b) Each floor of the hotel apparently has one microwave. So you can buy stuff in the supermarket and warm it up. Each room also has a kettle. (c) All rooms are equipped with a can of bug spray. If my wife and I go back to this hotel, since we live in Korea, we may bring our bug zapper. However, the patio screen doors are in great shape and we had no bug problem during our 3 night stay. (d) In July 2020, wifi was free and available in all the rooms. The signal was strong enough for me to hold a video Zoom meeting. (e) We didn't have any room temperature p

🏨✨ Shilla Stay Jeonju Review ✨🏨 1️⃣ It is a perfect place for sightseeing as it is located a 15-minute walk from Jeonju Hanok Village and Gaekridan-gil! It was convenient because it was close to City Hall and Pungpaejigwan. 🚶♀️🌸 2️⃣ It is a newly built hotel, so the exterior is really clean and modern. It was great from the first impression! 😍🏢 3️⃣ Free wireless internet and concierge service are basic! In particular, I was able to enjoy delicious drinks and snacks at the rooftop bar. 🍽️🍹 4️⃣ The neat room, modern bathroom, and bidet were impressive with their meticulous attention to detail. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel front desk service is warm and patient. They help to call a taxi in the morning. The breakfast is very good, with fresh fruits and a variety of vegetables, including squid, salmon, and fresh and clean vegetables. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel location is superb - right smack in the middle of all those short hanok houses, giving a wonderful and fabulous hanok view as promised by the room. Why go to expensive rooftop cafes to get the view when you can just wake up to it?? An excellent and cost-effective place to stay if you want to be near all the hanok attractions but don't want to sleep on thin tatami mats on the hard wooden floors!

I came to Gunsan for a trip and I really liked the accommodation. It was clean and warm because it was heated. It felt good. The windows were big so it felt open. Good, good.

An acquaintance of mine in Japan wanted to go to Jeonju Village, so he made a reservation and went. He said that the hotel condition and staff service were all good. However, it is only about 18 minutes from Jeonju Village, so it would be nice to walk there on a clear day, but he said that this weekend was difficult because of the snow and strong wind.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was well prepared. Coffee is delicious, bottled water can be used without limitation, and if you go to the toothbrush toothpaste sampurin lotion, everything is prepared carefully. I came after a good day off.

There was a kimbap restaurant, convenience store, and Pungnyeon Bakery near the hotel, so it was good. - In particular, the coffee taste of 'Coffee of Joe' near the hotel was truly a work of art. 3. There was a styler in the room, so it was easy to manage clothes during the trip. - There was a drum washing machine and induction, but I didn't use them. 4. The breakfast was also the best value for money, and I personally don't eat the small bulgogi that comes with breakfast, but it was so delicious that I ate it twice. - I made a reservation for breakfast when I checked in, and it was 16,900 won per person. 5. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste, but shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/slippers/dryer/tea and coffee/2 bottles of water were provided. - It's a smart TV, so Miracast is possible.

There is also a kids pool, so I had fun playing with my nephew. There are various events such as review events and coffee coupons. It was even better! The room was clean and comfortable. Next time I come to Jeonju, I think I will choose to stay here.

Xinsang Hotel. Room condition is the best. It is close to Jeonju Nanjiang, Hanok Village and Fengnian Festival and the main store, so it is the best location to enjoy Jeonju Hanok Village. There is an air dresser in the room, so there was no problem even if I went to the delicacy ~ The boss of the mupo gold clock who recommended the flower heart ~ Thank you ^^ 👍

The Enbridge Hotel, just next to Hanok Village, Jeonju, is a new hotel opened last year and looks out from the room with a balcony and you can see a pretty bridge. You can overlook the bridge from the room above the third floor, and we were assigned to the second floor and the maple tree kindly covered the bridge. Unnecessary kindness...There is a small road in front of the hotel, but it is quiet because there are not many traffic. Overall, the hotel is very tidy and seems to have been very concerned with ventilation. Also, parking is small, but you don't have to worry about parking because the staff comes down to the underground parking lot at the same time as the guests arrive and solves the parking problem smoothly and quickly.

The facilities are neat and clean. The family room had 2 queens, so 5 people could sleep comfortably. There was also an air dresser so I could put my clothes back together! There is no bathtub in the bathroom, but it is very spacious and comfortable! I also loved that it was a non-smoking room! I didn't know because I bought dinner from the night market, but the room service was very good, so I think it would be convenient and nice to come right away and get room service next time. There is GS25 right next to the accommodation.

It's a 'hotel', not a motel! Maybe that's why the room condition and bedding were definitely different from motels! These days, many lodging establishments lack parking spaces, but this was nice because there was plenty of parking space. Famous restaurants, Olive Young, theaters, Hanok Village, etc. are all within walking distance! 100% intention to visit again! ah! The staff were also friendly!

It was clean and everything was good, but it was disappointing that the location was too close to an industrial complex and there weren't many nearby amenities. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly, so it was a pleasant business trip.

This was a hotel I really wanted to introduce to everyone. I went with my family and I am very satisfied from top to bottom. If I go to Gunsan, I want to go again. My family all raved about it. Everyone knew why the reviews were so good. Usually, even if the reviews are good, they can vary, but the Groove Hotel was really the same. These are solid reviews. You can make a reservation with confidence. It's awesome.

I visited Gunsan to meet a friend... and it seemed like a great place to stay. It was a non-smoking room (I am a non-smoker) and the room was clean... I think the 12 o'clock check-out was very nice.

Overall, it's a motel class and not a hotel class The price is too expensive. Breakfast is also instant and coffee cups are not good. If you compare the price, you won't stay at all next time

외관부터 너무 예쁘게 되어있어서 기분좋았는데 들어가자마자 사진찍는 이벤트 코너?도있고 향도 좋아서 더 기분 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ 방안내 받고 들어갔는데 제가 위생에 예민한데 기대이상으로 깨끗하고 잘되어있어서 👍👍 오랜만에 정말 푹쉬었어요!!!! 1층에 카페테리아도 넘잘되어있고 라면도 짱 ㅠㅠ 잘쉬다갑니당 😘

It is a suitable location about 10 to 15 minutes by car from downtown Gunsan. But it's in a bit out of the way. Unattended check-in and check-out. The room and overall facilities were well maintained. If you wish, you can order toast for breakfast if you order in advance. right price. There is an unmanned convenience store on the first floor. Overall, I'm satisfied, but the room I stayed in had no door to the bathroom and only had curtains, so I was a bit embarrassed. Other than that, I think it's a great place for a great price. Willing to book again.

The rooms are not very clean, but not bad. If you are sensitive to cleanliness, consider it. The staff is friendly and hard working but lacking. I feel like I'm short of staff compared to work. Breakfast is too simple and a bit empty. It's about bread and juice, so it's not suitable for those who have a lot of breakfast. The surrounding scenery is good, there are many places to walk, and the environment is good. There are fewer parking spaces, so if you arrive late in the peak season, you have to park illegally around.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean I was frustrated, and I opened the window. Near the intercity bus terminal, the sound of the bus from dawn I woke up because it was big. I think you can eat ramen on the first floor. I ate Korean beef at a nearby restaurant and went to the mart.

It's a quiet hotel The view is very good ~ That's a wide valley and a nazmak mountain house Rooms are clean I especially liked the clean sheet Price is also reasonable ~ ㅋㅎ

해질무렵에 노을을 즐겨보세요. 멋진뷰. 신축이라 깨끗해요. 샴푸,바디워시, 비누,치약,칫솔, 생수, 음료, 차, 전기주전자, 헤어드라이어 비치되어있고 1층로비에 커피머신, 정수기 있음. 근처에 횟집들도 있음. 변산토박이 라는 가게에서 해물칼국수(15000원)먹었는데 백합과 새우가 아주 신선했어요. 변산물회해물국밥집이라는데는 음식이 싱겁고 들어간 해물과 국물이 따로 노는 느낌이라 별로 였음.

The hotel is equipped with the latest technology. Clean, comfortable bed. Can be washed. Convenient for those with a car. The room has a machine for drying and freshening clothes. The hot and cold water in the shower are mixed up and the slope for draining the water is not maintained. Therefore, when you wash, almost the entire floor floods. And everything is fine. The owner explained and showed everything.

채석강과 적벽강을 사이에 두고 탐방안내소 바로 뒷에 있는 뒤쪽으로는 횟집이 있는 조용하지만 접근성 좋은 펜션입니다. 1층에 마트 있어 더 편리했답니다.
