Hotels With Spa in Iwate Prefecture, Japan

The location is good for the family ski holiday with all facilities available for this ski-in/ski-out hotel. The breakfast has a good variety while the dinner options are good especially the Teppanyaki restaurant with the local beef and abalone. The Japanese restaurant was also good with various dishes to choose from. The outdoor onsen at 白樺之湯 really worth the visit after the ski and I’d recommend to enjoy at day time. We have also tried the hotel massage services and it was really good and relaxing! The only thing for improvement is that the room themselves are a bit old and maybe should consider renovations in coming years. The shops have many food and drinks and souvenirs. We also got a big pack of fireworks that we can pay together with kids just outside the hotel on the snow slope. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the slopes and ski school are magnificent!

Stayed on the 11th floor, and had a beautiful view of Mt. Iwate and Lake Gosho as soon as I entered the room. The name is written on the door of the room, which is considerate. The food is delicious, the room is clean and comfortable, very satisfied!

Good for those who love a strong shower after an exhausting day. There is an outdoor onsen which is open overnight.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

Experience full marks. The hot spring is very good. There are few people and quiet. It is also convenient to ski. The flexible refund and change price in advance is also a little advantage compared with other platforms. Go again next snow season Disadvantages: The public area is small, and the dining still has to go to the crown to choose a lot. But there's a connection to the crown. Slide in and out of position a little further from the crown (from the high-end cable car)

Stayed for one night before heading to Geto Kogen ski resort. Right opposite the train station with restaurants and Lawson within walking distance. The breakfast was quite nice too and the price was very reasonable. Had an enjoyable stay overall.

It was a bit expensive because it was during the holidays, but the buffet was great. Both children and adults were very satisfied. The hot spring was spacious and relaxing.

This hotel is cheap among hot spring hotels and Hua Ski Hotel. Everything else is good, but the lunch here is very unpalatable, much worse than Family Mart. It is recommended that if you ski here, you can buy lunch in advance and put it in the small refrigerator. The dinner buffet is OK, although the price is high, but it is acceptable. The breakfast is still good. You need to go early or late for dinner, and you need to queue in the middle of the time.

The hotel facilities are new and very clean. The room is very large, with a small living room and a large window looking out at the scenery. There is a private bath in the room, which is convenient and comfortable. The dinner was delicious, but the only drawback was that there was no replenishment of food in the buffet breakfast. We made a last reservation, but many of the food plates were already empty! Even so, the hotel overall is great and I will come back again.
