In the city center, the famous lake, it will take about 10 minutes to walk to the concert hall. Lived on the third floor spire. The room is big in Iceland. There is a small balcony. The Italian restaurant downstairs is quite delicious.

I was slightly disappointed by the hygiene as I found pieces of hair and stains on the bedding, although the front desk staff was quick to respond to my request with changing a new set of bedding sheets, I still found a small piece of hair after new set was changed. Besides from that, the location was great and hotel staff were friendly.

Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. hotel is tidy . I was staying with my wife just for 2 nights and we both are satisfied. Location was great . Hotel window view was amazing .only 8-10 minutes walking distance from bus station. The room is spacious and clean. The gym is also quite big. The breakfast is delicious but a bit expensive. The service is average. It was midnight when we arrived. The front desk didn't hear us ringing the bell and opened the door for us after a long time. It felt like minus ten degrees outside. It was freezing. Other than this, everything else was pretty good

Breakfast was varied and excellent. Staff were very helpful. Bus stop 13 outside the door a big asset.

The room was very small with only two 0.8-meter beds. We checked out after entering the room but did not check in because the room type was not what we booked and the hotel did not have it. Later, Ctrip's customer service Baichuan helped us change to a new hotel. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service Baichuan, we have experienced the high-quality service of a large company in cold Iceland. Ctrip is still reliable when you are away from home!

For East Asians, a true ”hotel” with complete services and equipment is still very good. Parking is right at the door, which is more convenient. It is some distance from the city center attractions, so it is not convenient for self-driving tourists.
