Hotel and facilities were good and perfect for families, beds comfortable. However disappointed of the cleanliness of shared areas such as pool area, it was not cleaned regularly, empty dirty plates and glasses were left for long periods of time, sometimes sitting over night. A empty cocktail glass and plate sat dirty outside. Our room from other quests for 3 days.

Location wise it is excellent as it is close to beach, Bangla road and night market. Room size is good but the sink is in the middle of the room that may make floor wet sometimes. This hotel consists 3 or more buildings connected together. Most of the rooms (except some with balcony) do not have view (not even street view) and there is no natural light comes into the room that is not good. The housekeeping is ok but sometimes they come quite late such as 4 pm. That staffs at front desk is good and they responded to the problems that I reported quite fast. The amenities are very good too.

Enjoyed our stay at OZO Phuket. It’s a very family-friendly resort within walkable distance from Kata Beach. Lots of mini markets and restaurants as well as the Kata walking street and night market just across the street. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They met most of my baby’s needs during our stay, including loaning us a baby bath tub. No regrets staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great and very convenient. The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained, making it a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly, especially the one good male staff member who was very helpful. There was no deposit required, which was a nice surprise. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staff—only one man and the rest were women, so service was a bit limited at times. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement in staffing. Ps Free shuttle bus go to the Kata beach and good welcome drink

For me the only advantage of the hotel was its location. It is on walking distance from Kata amd Kata Noi beaches, though both places were nice but mostly for some activities, like surfing, parasailing , the sea was wavy. It was a little far from Phuket international airport, the traffic was heavy and it took 2 hours to get airport. I am not very satisfied with breakfast, we stayed with family ( 3 people and paid more than 900 Baht for breakfast) with that money it was possible to eat better food in nearby restaurants, and mainly it was the same food during 4 days. Every day had to remind to make up the room, take out or empty the wastebasket accordingly we had lack of water, toilet paper, tissue paper, there wasn't tooth brush and paste at all. Second time will not go for sure.

This hotel is extraordinary. Very beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, we just slept contentedly all day. Our room has no view, but we are still satisfied. This place is instagrammable and quiet new. Suitable for shooting beautiful dresses. 2 stars for the restaurant not so yummy food, The waitress was very slow and rude. Give us different bills from our family. Crazy my sister was shocked. 🙊Even if you don't tell them, they know how to separate the bills. 😅 AA

Decent enough hotel. Room fairly spacious for a family of 4. Basic room, shower had no curtain! Internet not great. Pool was ok and clean but only 6 sun loungers. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Location right on main road but fine with a bike and close to main front in Rawai with lots of bars and restaurants. Taxis also come quickly here. Overall a pleasant stay

The room was big enough, clean and tidy. Check-in service was just okay. The hotel lobby has stairs going to the desk so you would need to carry your luggages. The hotel staff does not assist you. Didn’t really get to see the amenities as I was only there for the night before my flight early in the morning the next day. There was a supermarket and massage parlour right across, and restaurants all around. It’s also just 5 mins from the airport so it’s convenient.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions, shops, restaurants and the beach. I particularly want to point out the GM of the hotel Mr Glenn Ferrer. He went above and beyond with his hospitality, and we truly appreciated it. His professionalism made a big difference. He made our experience memorable. He turned a regular day into something special with his kindness and effort.—We'll definitely be back because of him and will definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staffs are friendly and prompt. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We love the beach, it is quiet and less crowded as compared to other beaches.
