This hotel is really very beautiful and The hotel has all kinds of facilities and the breakfast here is also very good and the hotel staff is also very cooperative and this staff knows English and is completely helpful and the hotel is also cleaned very well so it is a very well maintained hotel I am happy with the whole staff because they are very nice, thank you, see you again

It is located in Surat, Gujarat, India, and for those who are a little picky, there is no place to sleep other than here. Other places in Surat are a bit worse. There are food, cleanliness, and alcohol stands exclusively for foreigners. Even the sauna and gym spa are great in Surat.

The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

the staff is the best so far i have seen in India... Hyatt really trained and hopefully are paying them well enough to be way above the rest of Indian's hospitality industry... one staff even went all his way to help me with my taxi booking... which is much appreciated unlike Accor group's staff who keep using the word ”NO” first time travelers to india should only book Hyatt!!!

I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

Fabulous property with fantastic staff. Gives the Taj hotels in Ahmedabad a real run for the money. Lovely restaurants and extremely attentive staff with top of the world hospitality. Should be the No 1 choice for all travelers to Ahmedabad.

A great front office team. Abhilasha was excellent in making the stay comfortable and checking in process very very stress free. Equally good are the bell boys and F&B team. Devender in Inroom dining was immaculate in food preparation and taking notes on my taste. Very few hotels come up to this level of service.
