Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

Good locations, near to airport. Furniture a bit old due to old hotel. But overall still good for short stay.

Nice hotel, well positioned for the Girnar mountain rope way & Junagadh fort. Cavernous dining hall with good buffet. Public areas cleaning could be a bit better

The main reason, and as a consequence, the main advantage of this hotel was its location. It’s not a very long drive from the airport, and already in the direction of the next city to which you had to go by car (more than 5 hours). The noisy street below the window was upsetting, where cars and motorcycles constantly hummed until late at night.

This is probably the best hotel in Surat . Excellent food, very clean & safe . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

Friendly staff and good service. Restaurant had great food, wonderful couce and varity to choose from and tasty. Peaceful environment and well organised .
