"Location: Straight out from Yuda Onsen Station, it's about 600-700 meters. There are convenience stores, several small restaurants, a park with a foot bath, and a direct bus to Akiyoshido Cave nearby. However, it's about 3 kilometers from the main commercial area around Yamaguchi Station, and there's not much to see or do on the way.
Facilities: The rooms are generally quite new, and the bathroom is spacious, though I didn't use the shower. The onsen area isn't huge, but it's well-equipped with indoor, outdoor, private, cold water baths, and a sauna. For women, the sauna is replaced with a hot stone spa.
Cleanliness: No issues.
Service: You can drop off your luggage before check-in, but they won't bring it to your room. Also, while not the hotel's fault, their courier service (Takkyubin) only offers cash-on-delivery. So, if you plan to send luggage, be sure to confirm this beforehand."

"The building looked old, but the room and the large communal bath were clean and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was clean and the number of items was reasonably good and delicious. The bath is a little small, but I used it for a time when it was not crowded, so it was good to be able to relax.
I bring a towel for the bath from the room, so I think it would have been better if I could get a new one when I entered twice.
It was convenient because it was located in the hot spring town and the location was good, there were many shops around and the parking lot was large."

"I stayed for the first time. I was a little worried about amenities and facilities. However, it was the same as an ordinary hotel and I was able to spend comfortably.

"The location was convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station.
There were restaurants and convenience stores near the station, which was very handy.
The room was clean and it was a shoe-free room (*´∀｀*).
While there were few cosmetic amenities, there was tea and coffee in the room, and two bottles of water.
Breakfast was a buffet, and there was a wide variety of delicious food.
The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful ･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+"

Excellent location for transit passengers. On the opposite of Shin-Yamaguchi Shinkansen station, across the road. Breakfast is excellent, in the room too everything is, cozy and clean. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are also. There is water in the cooler downstairs.

SuraneeMy flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.

The dinner is served by a dedicated person, with a menu, and indoor dining, with a family taste.
The hot spring facilities are good, and the hot spring pools inside and outside are not crowded and clean.
The location is good, five minutes away from the bus station, you can go to Xinshankou Station.

Guest UserThe ryokan was large and easy to find as it was located near a bus stop. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess show was nice, but the floor in the hot spring bathroom was broken and the blankets were stained, so it seemed like a little investment in the facilities was needed.

It’s a older hotel. They have smoking rooms / non-smoking rooms. It’s really cheap, so can’t complain too much.. outside air conditioning unit was quite loud during the night. Don’t expect luxury when going to this hotel. It will do for the night.
The staff was very friendly.

Guest UserI was looking forward to the hot springs, but I was a little disappointed because it was a time setting that was difficult to take a bath on my schedule. I wanted to enter twice a day. There was a slippery part and a okay part in the bathtub, so it was dangerous if you didn't care not to fall. The hot water was very pleasant.
The staff was very kind. The car was stopped by muryo, but I was grateful for always being careful so that it could be parked safely.
The room was non-smoking and I didn't mind the smell, but the elevator was spicy with the smell of cigarettes and perfume. I was hypersensitive, and I was stuck with a towel to block my nose and mouth.

Sapphire Shadow VampireVery good for the price and the room was lovely though bathtub curtain was a little dirty otherwise very clean. The breakfast was good but not a lot of options compared to other buffet breakfasts, though it was nice, very happy. A good place a but a little far from the train station. Very nice Onsen and massage chair available good size room was really good 😌 and the staff were very friendly and helpful to get me to where i wanted
