Although the hotel is a bit old, all the facilities and equipment are well maintained. The only thing is that the power sockets and door and window locks are a bit old. The service is perfect. No matter where you are, the service staff can accurately call your name. You don't need to sign any bills for all consumption, and it will be automatically charged to the room account. And the service staff will always know when you are not in the room, and will take the opportunity to clean the room. They clean 10 times a day. It is a paradise for detail control. I will definitely bring my family back.
Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around.
Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

I asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room.
And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time.
I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

The staff is very friendly.
But there are many things to improve. First, the bedding needs to be exchanged for a new one. Third, the hygiene of the room should be improved. Third, we must maintain a fair room sales policy. When we chose a worldwide brand, we are expecting to get a worldwide standard, which is a fair value for money and knowing what we can get, no more, not less because we have a well known and accepted standard ... that we can trust. The rooms at 2nd level were definitely out-of-date not to say anything else and not the standing of a Novotel.
AAamir KadirGood location in central Wonosobo. Cleanliness was terrible, rooms are small, cramped & filthy. Bathroom was not great either. It really needs a refurb! The restaurant was the best part of the hotel & really looked nice but sadly the room was terrible.
VVHLovely stay at Padma. The staffs seem to love their job and genuinely helpful. The facility is also nice with its swimming pool, archery, playground, kids club. All these are included with your stay, no extra fee regardless the room type you choose. There is no need to choose room with package cos it is free for hotel guest. Check the activities schedules on their website. We chose flower decorating, which is quite fun.
Breakfast is amazing. A big spread of Indonesian culinary, make sure you spend enough time to enjoy them. Kids do not eat free, the room only includes 2 breakfast. Kids pay about rmb 60, which is still great as they hv very good menu & quality.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early.
The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom.
2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am.
Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.
KKevin JohanesHad a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing
