We reached the hotel about 1:30pm. And asking for keeping luggage the staff here very gentle taking care of us also giving very nice informations. The room is very nice and clean also comfortable. Good location. Easy to go to Hankyu line subway. And bus stops just right in front of the hotel to Nijo–Jo. In conclusion, I like this hotel.👍🥰

Contrary to the name of this hotel, we were certainly not greeted with smiles by any of the 3 front desk staff when we checked in. That was certainly unusual given we had already been in Japan for the better part of two weeks. It did get better for the next few days, though. Hotel primary market seems to be single business travellers on very short term stays (1-2d?) who may not mind the cramped rooms, in contrast with the photos on the booking site. Tourists on longer term stays, with large suit cases will find it a real challenge to unpack and pack. The 'wardrobe' is miniscule, just enough for a business suit perhaps. Toilets lack grab bars and the wc flush button is HORRIBLY awkward to reach. Room and toilet were very clean, fresh towels were provided daily, as were self pick-up PJs. TV channel selection were quite good.

The hotel location is very close to USJ, USJ train station and to the USJ shopping center(5 min walk or less). Very easy to find places to eat and shop. The hotel staff is hit or miss, with some going out their way to help and others who avoid helping. They do not allow pre-check in, so all guests must wait until the 3p to check-in, creating a huge line from 3p-4p. They do not bring your bags to your room either. The room itself was big but the bath had hair under the soaps prior tonus using the bathroom, meaning the cleaning was not done properly. The toilet did not flush properly The trundle bed underneath was stained in multiple spots. The AC doesn't work properly it's hot in the room during the day, even with AC on full blast. and the AC caused my entire family to have allergies. The pillows are uncomfortable and have seeds/beans in them instead of foam or feathers. The onsen and spa facilities were nice but could get crowded after USJ closing. hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating and should be 3 stars if that. I would recommend staying at another hotel near by with better ratings and facilities.

The hotel location was nearby Namba, Dotonburi, and Nipponbashi. It was very strategic because there are many train stations nearby. The room size was big, so adjusting the luggage was easy. In summary, it was a good choice for a hotel!

The hotel offers great amenities, including complimentary snacks and drinks, which were a lovely touch and much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features is the option to extend your stay until 14:00 for a very reasonable price—perfect for a relaxed departure. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Japanese hotels are known for its high hospitality but based on the charge the actual service provided may differ which is a fair argument considering the amount paid. But this is the first one at least for me it feels really worth it. The size the facilities it doesnt feel like i need to compromise with my satisfaction. Love it.

Best hotel we stayed in Japan (includes Kyoto and Tokyo). This hotel is the cleanest with best water filter that makes our skin super smooth! No specks of dusts on any surface and the pajamas were clean and good quality for my sensitive skin. The breakfast were great too! Great location that’s so near to the subway - will definitely book again next time.

Very convenient location - just by the metro station and not far from Namba area and a zoo. The room was also nice, very small, but I really liked that it had futons. The hall on the 1st floor had several tables where you could have dinner, and also I liked that there was a free coffee/tea vending machine, it was very tasty! Also a microwave. I totally loved the place and will stay here again when I go to Osaka.

From osaka station walk about 19 min , a bit confusing , but Busy area to stay lots of food and shopping area. Nice matcha latte , washing machine is 200 yen , but check out if you need to keep luggage 500 yen per piece 😥which note of hotel doing that . Hotel Got 2 new buildings which is confy and clean

we stayed 3 nights and every day there was no bed It had been tidied and cleaned but all the towels were replaced by the house keeping staff. Breakfast at the hotel doesn't have much variety and isn't very tasty. The hotel doesn't provide coffee and tea and you have to take it down to the lobby and it's very inconvenient and there aren't enough towels in the room because we have to take towels to the public bath. the hotel room is very small and the bathroom is very small also the hotel looks old.

This hotel is perfect either for a quick stop or longer stay. It is easy to get to from the Osaka airport and it takes less than 10mins to get there by JR train. It’s within walking distance to Osaka Bay, Marble Beach, Rinku park, Rinku premier outlets and Seacle mall/plaza. The hotel check in is at 3pm. Upon arrival you use the self checkin system in the lobby (there are staff available to assist you if needed). The process is easy and fast. If you need any amenities such as toothpaste m, toothbrush etc, you pick them up from the lobby before you head on up to your room. The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath. Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window. This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely! The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Kansai Airport Washington Hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room was spacious, which was a plus, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning well, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature. Keeping the window open wasn’t much of an option either, as it was quite noisy outside. On the bright side, the free airport shuttle was very convenient, especially for those catching early flights. The location is great—just a short walk to Rinku Town Premium Outlets for shopping, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab anything you need. Would recommend for short stays, especially for those needing quick airport access, but the air conditioning issue could be improved.

Had an early flight out so decided to just stay at the airport the night before. It was a great choice, exceptional and clean. There were not many people on the day that I stayed and I had no issues with sounds made by the other guests. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again. 

I saw many great reviews about this hotel from service to location and I can say, I have no complaints except for compliments! The location is fantastic and you can literally walk into the hotel from the station. In addition, the view from my 41st floor is great! Located next to the hotel, there is a huge Cosme store where you can load up your beauty products before flying. In less than 8 min walk, you'll reached Rinkyu Premium outlet. Shop till you drop! I highly recommend this hotel. Despite it being a bit old, the cleanliness is top notch too.

The experience at this hotel is extremely interesting. The concierge were AI dragons which provide an automated check in for residents. However it is a bit far from the train station, and there is not any shuttle bus to the outlet nearby and Kansai airport, which is the only point that I think this hotel is not good enough. Overall the accommodation experience is good.

Really enjoyed this little hotel. Loved the free lotions that they provided. Relly really close to the airport too. Big problem I have is regarding the noise. Since it's so close to the JR it was super noisy. The onsen I also think is not natural onsen, big smell of chlorine. Smells more like I'm sitting inside of a hot swimming pool. But other than this given the price and it's location it's still a wonderful choice for travellers who arrive late to the airport or wishes to catch a plane in the morning.

This is a return stay, and I appreciated a quiet room that didn’t face the main road. Stay was comfortable in a spacious room, used the hot bath and had a decent breakfast there too.

Old and rundown hotel with stains in the toilet and a musty smell in the small room. But we were just staying the night before catching our flight so it was bearable. Location is great, short walk away from train station and shops. Also, pyjamas were provided to our pleasant surprise.

The location is about a 5-minute walk from Izumisano Station on the Nankai Railway. The access is very good. It's in a quiet residential area, so I was able to relax. The hotel is new and clean. All amenities are provided. Room wear is not provided. I would like to return to this hotel if I have the opportunity.

Easy access between KIX airport by train or car, the room cleaning crew is very friendly and thoughtful.  The bakery store has really good stuff but buffet breakfast was not good, supposed to close by 10am but when I arrived there 9:15, most food trays were empty.

I really liked the hotel, new, stylish and modern. The room is clean, there are cozy pajamas. Everything is done for comfort. The view from the window is stunning. The staff is polite and friendly. Beautifully furnished lobby, you can drink tea and sit and admire the orchids. Downstairs there is an embankment where you can walk and a park nearby. Also nearby is a large shopping center with all kinds of cafes and shops, there is a station nearby. We stayed for a day to get closer to Kansai airport, and would gladly stay again. There are a couple of minuses, this is the smell of construction materials has not yet disappeared and at night you can not open the window to air out, outside the window is a port, it is noisy and the smell of diesel.

The room is large and nice, it had everything you need down to the smallest detail, except for earplugs, and I need them, it's good that I took them with me - something was buzzing outside the window all night, I couldn't fall asleep. There is poor soundproofing from the street and the air in the room was not fresh. I ordered a non-smoking room, but there was only an air purifier, I could smell cigarettes, on the second day the air was cleaner. It's a pity the windows don't open. At 12 o'clock I was woken up and scared by a talking machine in the room 😅 But the room itself is great, the bathtub is a jacuzzi and no one bothered us in the hotel. The hotel is located near the train station, it is very convenient, but it is dark at night and I myself could not find it. In general, for such a price, a great room! Thank you!

A very pleasant stay in Comfort Hotel Sakai. It’s just 3 min walk to the Sakai station. It was a business trip for me. The room is standard Japanese hotel room size. The bed was bigger than expected. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed here to attend a conference nearby. This time it was for business so I wasn't able to sightsee, but I'll definitely stay here again next time. The only thing I would like to request regarding service is that amenities be installed on each floor if possible. I found it a bit of a hassle to go to the front desk to get them. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I recently stayed at the Roynet Hotel in Sakai, Osaka and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very conveniently located near Sakai's main transportation hub, making it very easy for us to travel to central Osaka and surrounding attractions. The hotel lobby design is modern and stylish, and when checking in, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, getting us into our room quickly. The room is spacious and comfortable, with simple yet elegant decoration and complete facilities. The bed in particular is very comfortable, allowing us to get a good rest.

It was my first time staying in an adult hotel. It was like Liu Laolao entering the Grand View Garden. This hotel is next to Hotel Fine, which is connected and easy to get lost. There is usually no one at the front desk. There is a landline to call someone to check in. It is really nice in Sakai City, a suburb of Osaka. There is no extra charge for two people, and the price is much lower than in downtown Osaka.

This was my first time using this hotel. The rooms were clean, and a welcome drink and breakfast were included, so I was satisfied with the price. It was right in front of the station, so it was very convenient. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The bath shower turned to cold water halfway through and didn't get warm, which was a problem. After waiting a little while, the hot water started to come out again and it got warm, but it turned to cold water again and it was cold by the time I got out of the bath. The amenities were plentiful and nice, and the front desk was very helpful, so the only disappointing thing was the temperature of the shower.

I slipped into 24:00 with a sudden stay I didn't think there was a parking lot, but I stopped at an outside parking lot. It was 600 yen a day, so it's a bad thing. I can't review because I didn't have a meal. It was a non-smoking room, but the moment I entered, I smelled cigarettes. I was surprised because I didn't have a sleeping roll. and the dryer in the room was weak. and then it was almost within range.
