The room is very big and clean. There is washing machine in the room that is very convenient for my trip. The location is good, walking distance to Namba and Nipponbashi station. Downstairs has family mart, very convenient for daily shopping. Highly recommend this hotel for all friends to Osaka!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this serviced apartment hotel. The room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards) and came fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay - all advertised amenities matched the description, including a fully-fitted kitchen with complete cookware and utensils. - Ample supply of bath and face towels - (Minor oversight) Could have provided clearer instructions for towel replacement - Impeccable cleanliness, all appliances and accessories like new - Prime location: just 7-10 minutes walk to two different subway stations - Quiet residential area - Convenient neighborhood amenities: • Lawson convenience store - 200m to the left • FamilyMart convenience store - only 100m to the right. - Received all check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival - The support team stood out for: • Exceptional friendliness and responsiveness • Availability from early morning until late evening • Always provided prompt assistance with any queries. We confidently recommend this apartment hotel and would certainly consider staying here again during our future visits to Osaka. Cleanliness was good and the bathroom was really spacious for Japanese hotels standard. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and quick. It was really close to shinsaibasi shopping street with a few convenieve stores nearby. It is about 6 minutes walk to the Shinsaibasi metro station and about 15 minutes walk to dotonbori which might be a bit far if you are travelling with kids or the elderly.

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Osaka, providing easy access to popular tourist attractions. The apartment is adequately sized for a couple, and there are numerous dining options in the vicinity. However, the apartment can be somewhat noisy at night, with the sound of traffic audible. This may be a disadvantage for individuals who require light sleep. Nevertheless, the overall amenities and location are satisfactory. I anticipate returning to this apartment, but I recommend requesting a higher floor to minimize noise from the street.

The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV! Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.

Location-wise, it’s conveniently situated, with cafes and shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Apartment 11 for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay. The space was decent, though not particularly large — if you're traveling with very large luggage, it might feel a bit tight and tricky to move around comfortably. Still, for solo travelers or couples with moderate luggage, it’s just fine Anyhow, the room and toilet were clean. And it's nice to have YouTube and Nexflix in the room

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is very clean. I left something behind after checking out. After contacting customer service, the feedback was very timely. I found it before going to the airport. There is a big supermarket nearby, which sells meat and other things. You can take it back to the B&B to eat. It is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is a big challenge to walk back after a day of citywalk. There is another hotel nearby. You can choose the one that is closer.

We stayed four nights at Kuromon. Overall, the experience was positive. The owner was very responsive to our enquiries and accommodating for families. The apartment is close to everything!  Location is great, and the apartment is clean! The only downside is the sensor street light just outside the apartment. Whenever people walk by or there’s noise, the light turns on and makes the whole room very bright at night after the lights are off. It would be great to have curtains to block it out.

The price including tax is cheap, the location is good, and the room is spacious with two beds, so I think I made a good choice. I knew about the construction because of the reviews, so it was easy to find the building. I thought the construction would be finished by the second week of April, but it was still in progress. It was very noisy around 9-11 in the morning, but fortunately I was up, so I wasn't annoyed. However, I could hear the construction noise all the way to my room, and at night or in the evening, I could hear mumbling from the next room?, so I don't think the soundproofing is good. There was no mirror except for the bathroom sink, so it was a bit inconvenient to put on makeup. The floor in the room was carpeted, not wooden or plank, so after washing up and walking around a few times, there was a lot of dust and hair on my feet. I was told that there would be an additional fee for requesting room cleaning, so I kept that in mind, but I think it would be good to bring indoor slippers. Aside from that, everything was good! It was nice that it was close to Kuromon Market, the station, and Dotonbori. The facilities were not outdated and were large, so I will visit again when I go to Osaka again!
