The hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the 27th floor tower. It is on the first line - across the road from the embankment. Near the shopping mall, bus stops - very convenient. Water is only given when settled. One minus - absolutely no place for drying things.

Old, shabby hotel. For that kind of money, I think everything should be perfect. Baseboards taped to the floor in the hallway, minimal accessories in the bathroom, poor coffee set - they could have put a coffee machine in the rooms, for example, margarine instead of butter at breakfast! (how is that even possible), the outdoor pool is 100 meters from the hotel, and the indoor one was not working. Disappointed

酒店位置不錯，距離海邊很近，就在老城中心，到巴統廣場和歐洲廣場都衹幾分鐘的路程。是一幢有年紀的歷史建築。房間不錯，很大，安放兩個行李箱綽綽有餘，還有舒服的躺椅。好幾扇窗，可惜窗外有廢墟，對面老房子被拆得衹剩框架，倒是沒有裝修聲音的打擾——沒看到在裝修。和賭場相連，兩三點鐘時還能隱約聽到外面遊客的喧鬧聲，但不影響睡眠。 吃了一次早餐，30拉里一人，品種不算多——外面的早餐，或者説格魯吉亞的早餐，本來就不算豐富吧。 問題：空調出風口正對着床，而不管怎麼調試，空調的風都很大。 服務不錯。

Great hotel, good rooms, good service, and delicious food in the restaurant. Ana, the girl at the front desk, is pretty and enthusiastic. She answered all questions. The hotel room card gives you free pass to the museum. There is a curly-haired guy at the front desk named Rajdany who explained this to me enthusiastically. Everyone is very enthusiastic. I didn't eat breakfast here because I heard that the breakfast in the nearby restaurant is delicious, so I went to another restaurant. But if everyone's room doesn't include breakfast, you can also buy one here for an additional 17 dollars.

We arrived at the Hotel General in Batui, which we had booked on Trip.com, by taxi, but the hotel was closed and locked. It was absurd. Fortunately, we contacted Trip.com and found a replacement hotel. The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly.

It was realy great pleasure to stay in Courtyard by Marriott Batumi during 1 week in February. Courtyard by Marriott Batumi was a wonderful experience for our family. The the location is great very easy walk to Boulevard and lovely Old City, with stunning sea and fountains view. The hotel is immaculate, Brand new, room is comfortable, cosy, well equiped and nice decorated. We thank you for kindest and helpful greeting by Mariam, Eka, Tamar and all the great staff always happy to help! Housekeeping staff should be complemented! We would happily stay here again.

AABMD US INCExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

ККатерина24The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room. Price-quality ratio.

GGuest UserIt's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center. It was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, but I was satisfied with the sauna facilities and the variety of breakfast options.
