At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

The hotel was ok. It has good facilities but the quality of staff and other guests make the experiences miserable. The room was dirty and not very practical. It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center. A great hotel located in the middle of Old Town Batumi. It’s very close to great bars and restaurants as well as the water front. The addition of Milton Brown products in the room was amazing, but breakfast could have been a bit better.

Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.
