The hotel is nice, but it needs a few things, such as better cleaning of the bedding and towels. I thank Ms. Yasmine and Mr. Abdulrahman at the reception, who did a great job. They treated us with high standards and manners. I wish the smoking area was outside the lobby, not in the café inside.
The breakfast is good.
Thank you for your hospitality.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Safir Hotel for a second time. While the rooms were a bit different from the last time, it was still a lovely experience. The breakfasts were delicious, and the daily cleanings by Rehab and her colleague were really appreciated. Thank you, Rehab, and to all the friendly staff!
This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.
The Mövenpick Hotel Cairo Media City is truly amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete and considerate facilities. The staff here are warm-hearted and friendly, providing meticulous and responsive service. The food is rich and delicious, catering to different tastes. Besides, its location is superior and it's convenient for traveling. Here, you can fully enjoy comfort and coziness. It's highly recommended to travelers coming to Cairo!
Room 495 faced the petrol station which was quite noisy. The hotel is a bit old, but it has a lot of history. Next to the Giza pyramid, the hotel overlooks the pyramid. No extra charge to go to the pyramid room. The 139 restaurant has great food and service. The breakfast is rich. Alfredo's restaurant is peaceful and cozy. The family enjoyed a pleasant stay at the hotel. The spa service was average, a bit disappointing.
One of the best hotels we have been in!! , the best attention from all the team, we felt like kings, breakfast was great every day we could select the menu we wanted, the room was very good very comfortable and renovated, The hotel was very clean, the room was very pleasant, generally 10 out of 10 the girls and boys of the team were very careful and friendly, we loved the stay at the hotel Nefertari Piramids view Inn.
From check-in to departure
The whole experience was very good
Excellent location
Staff are quite friendly
The disadvantage is that the workmanship in the bathroom is a bit rough
Drainage is not good
The bath products provided are not easy to use. It is recommended to bring your own.
First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the pyramids. The view is also great, blue sky and white clouds, really great.
Let's talk about the service, slow speed, language barrier, the first night I arrived at night, it was difficult to buy a sanitary napkin, I finally made it to the morning, made countless calls and received countless calls but still couldn't solve the problem. Finally, I called the room cleaning staff to solve the problem. I basically didn't sleep all night.
Let's talk about the second night, the sound insulation was really drunk, there was no sound insulation at all, snoring, the sound of the waiter pushing the cart, talking, walking, I woke up countless times in the night and countless times in the morning.
The conditions are just like that.

GGuest UserThe shower head only has a few strong streams of water, and the rest of the water is too weak, which makes the skin hurt when those few streams hit it, and I dare not stand forward. But in fact, I didn't get much water on it. I couldn't adjust the water flow, and the water that came out had an earthy smell. The carpet in the room was not very clean, and the quilt was always damp. The coffee capsules I drank on the first day were not replenished on the second day. The small bottle of water was charged and I didn't have to pay first, I had to pay by card. The front desk finally told me hope to see you again, and it was the only time I said no you will not in all the hotels I have stayed in🥶🥶🥶🥶By the way, I caught a cold on the second day of staying in the hotel🤒I didn't even turn on the air conditioner in the hotel. This hotel is a bit unlucky for me🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️
MmcpoThe following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. The room I stayed in that day was on the 4th floor. Hotel location: Convenient transportation in Cairo. Hotel facilities: Please see the pictures for yourself. They were taken when I checked in that day. The bedding and linens can be seen in the pictures. The bed is quite comfortable, but I had goosebumps on my body the next day. It may be caused by insect bites. It took 3 days to heal. Hotel decoration: Please see the pictures for yourself. Bathroom: You can also see the pyramids. I had lunch at his house in the afternoon. When I left in the morning, I gave the boy 250 Egyptian pounds for lunch. He said he couldn't make the change and took me outside to find the change. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded. They were quite considerate during my stay. They served me a glass of juice as soon as I arrived. They were very enthusiastic. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in. You can see the pyramids outside the window, which is very convenient

GGuest UserIf you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

AAnonymous UserDidn’t stay in the room that was booked. Bedroom wasn’t clean, there was urine on the toilet seat and internet barely worked. Also a lot of appliances ie phone was in the room but didn’t work… good view from roof but got very very hot as there is no shelter or wind protection.

GGuest UserVery new hotel, rich breakfast, like the freshly made pitta cake. The bed was very comfortable and it was about 30 minutes drive from the pyramid scenic spot. Hotel security is strict. . . .
