The room is large and clean. There is a shopping mall downstairs, with snacks and supermarkets. Parking is also very convenient. It is not too far from the ancient city.
The front desk is also very friendly. There are not many varieties of breakfast, mainly Chinese. When you come to the small town, you have to eat local breakfast, such as seafood noodles.

When I came to Putuo Mountain, I chose Xilei Xiaozhuang as always. A pleasant stay. The room was clean and hygienic; the housekeeper Xiao Xue's attentive, timely service was great! The snow fungus and red dates soup was delivered at the right time, very warm!

Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person.
I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver).
Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

The air conditioner in each room is like opening a blind box, the cooling effect is different. I changed several rooms, and the problems were handled in a timely manner, and the remedial measures were particularly sincere ❤️. The hotel's services are still very good 👍🏻👍🏻! Beautiful environment, wide view, it's a pity that the balcony door can't be opened. The three-separation design of the bathroom with double sinks is very convenient. There are too few tables in the room, and there is a lack of a chest of drawers in front of the TV, and there is no place to put things. Overall satisfaction, full marks for software, hardware needs to be improved. The location is a little far from Zhujiajian Wharf and Putuo Airport.

I booked a twin room in advance, and the front desk helped me upgrade it to a deluxe room after I arrived. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, the sanitary environment was very good, after all, it was a high-end hotel on the island, the breakfast was good, with a wide variety, and I will continue to choose to stay in Liuheng next time. I went to Putuo Mountain with my family and booked their hotel in advance. The room was clean and tidy. It was not only close to the pier, but also very comfortable to walk on the sea downstairs. I was not familiar with the local area, so I consulted the store owner. The store owner enthusiastically introduced to us how to get to Putuo Mountain and which pier was more convenient. He also recommended delicious food to us and where to take the children to play. Thanks to this hotel. The children also like the smart facilities of this store. My children and I had a great vacation.

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

SSharpPutoshan is well off the foreigner travel path and information in English is limited. That the nearest train station is a few hours away in Ningbo only makes it more complicated. That’s why I was happy to find this homestay/hotel with its helpful English speaking owner “良筑”. I called and he added me on WeChat to give me advice and drop me pins (hint:the “south” bus station in Ningbo is adjacent to the train station, next to the taxi queue). He explained where the four main sightseeing spots on the island were and gave me advice about how to tackle them in a day. As for the hotel itself, perfectly fine: clean and comfortable and affordable. Only disadvantage is it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the ferry building, about an hour walk. But it’s easy to catch taxis to the hotel and then 良筑 will drive you back to town (about 20 rmb each way). Also, immediately across the street is an enormous new Buddhist temple with a really beautiful interior that I would have missed seeing if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel. It needs at least an hour. The nearby town is small but has many seafood restaurants. All in all, if you’re a foreigner with limited Chinese ability hoping to visit Putoshan, then this is probably the right hotel for you as 良筑 will help you to plan and organize your visit. Plan to arrive by midday and stay for two nights. You can see it all in that time.

曾曾1. The location of the homestay is good. You can see the first-line sea view from the room and the door, and you can also see the sunrise and sunset. It is also close to the surrounding attractions, about 15-20 minutes by car.

3. The service is good, because the B&B is on a hillside, so at the entrance of the mountain, the boss specially designed a rail car to help us transport our luggage directly to the B&B
4. The boss is very kind. If I have any questions on WeChat, he will answer them quickly, and patiently help with itinerary recommendations. After arriving at the store, he will also provide patient service at any time.

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

QQingqiuruhuatuikeaiThe boss is very nice, and there are two lovely volunteer sisters. It's fun like a dream. The boss and the two lovely volunteer sisters live a loving life by the sea. I like their atmosphere very much. I want to give my cat to the boss sister so that the cat can live a good life. Although it is a youth hostel, it is no worse than a hotel. (The hotels on the island are of varying quality. Instead of spending five or six hundred to find a so-so one, it is better to have the boss sister's youth hostel.) The house is warm and romantic, and there is a breath of life everywhere. It's so romantic to face the sea and watch them paint.

CCheungAmandaWe love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

KKelkooI stayed there for 3 nights in 2 different rooms - the queen bed garden view (no pictures) and Queen Bed sea view (pictures provided).
This accommodation is located on the east side of the island close to the bridge going to Shengshan Island. I liked it’s location because it allowed me to hike around both islands. However, there’s a bus stop just next to the hostel if you like.
The owners and their 2 dogs are adorable. They also own a small ice cream shop in the center which I recommend.
The view from then restaurant area is just perfect. They serve good food - mix of local seafood dishes and non-seafood. There’s also a small beach area just in front with no entry fee.
Overall I would highly recommend this place for the view, location and price. My only negative point is that the sea view room is located above their kitchen. The room gets the kitchen smells anytime they cook. If that does not bother you, this room has a very nice view. I personally would pick the garden view which is located separately from the main house if I would book again.

This is what I liked:
- buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min)
- they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure
- hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant
- everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening
- good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot
- there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early
- hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services!
- hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai
- small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;)
- other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China?

I booked the All Seasons because I stayed there before and it was very clean. There are not many chain hotels on the island. The price is a little expensive, about 1,500.
