Overwhelming service standards, absolutely value for money in terms of the luxurious experience you’ll receive. Enjoyed the bathtub, and absolutely loved the bath robe that they provided - so cute and comfortable! The staff also gave great advice on the nearby amenities (supermarket). Only complain that we have was that the aircon felt a little warm during our visit.

It’s a great hotel, offers a lot more than expected. Most likely coming here you are picked up by tour buses or taxi in any case so location less important. Great coffee with a real barista. Hotel is almost new and everything is modern. Breakfast is more than OK.

Easy to find, convenient location, big carpark, so so breakfast. Price is highest in town though.

Hotel booked is a taxi and confirmed we could pay by card . In return the taxi said we can’t pay by card . The hotel didn’t replenish drinks in the mini bar and then tried to charge us for them . The pool is not in the hotel but in the hotel next door . No sun beds and when we found two there were no cushions so very hard. The staff were friendly though .

Accommodation n*** next to Dong Ha market and main square is very convenient for moving, spacious, affordable.

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ, lễ phép, nhẹ nhàng, nhiệt tình. Ks đẹp, phòng rộng và sạch sẽ. Điểm trừ: các cửa kính k được sạch sẽ nên view ngắm cảnh không thật sự thoải mái. Nền phòng tắm khá trơn, tôi sút trượt ngã khi tắm.

The hotel is located on the river with beautiful views and you have the market, shops and restaurants nearby. The city centre is to reach foot. Our deluxe room with river view was beautifully large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom with shower was not very suitable for bigger people, but okay. Breakfast is unfortunately not mentionable. You can get a lot with an ovarian station, but that's it too. The coffee is Vietnamese syrup to be mixed. The hotel has good 3 stars for us, since it is already very convenient. For 3 nights it was ok.

Dong Hoi is quiet and has little traffic, and unlike other Vietnamese cities, it is a nice place where you can walk around leisurely. This hotel is a little far from the downtown area, so there are no convenience stores. The room facilities are sufficient and the price was great. However, perhaps because it was the off-season, the breakfast buffet on the second day was extremely poor. However, the eel soup was unusual and delicious. Tours, taxis, and other services were also well-maintained.

The hotel recommended by a Vietnamese friend, super good hotel, exceeded expectations, close to the beach, but unfortunately it was raining, and I ate seafood nearby at night. Plan to take the family to travel next time.

As the original hotel was cancelled for no reason, this hotel was temporarily booked. The front desk service of the hotel is good, the room is clean, but some facilities are broken and not repaired, and there are some insect pupae hanging on the wall. When I left the house the next morning, I had hung up the card please clean the room, but when I returned to the hotel at 6 pm, I found that the room was not cleaned. Other residents on the same floor have to ring the wrong doorbell from time to time.
