First off, the location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway, with direct lines to South Station, Harvard, and MIT. The Star Market supermarket, just an 8-minute walk away, is huge and has delicious fruit. You can even buy fresh lobsters there – two large ones for just over $20 – and they'll steam them for you to take home. Behind the hotel, there's a beach, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a relaxing sea breeze.
Secondly, the service is also excellent. It offers a warm, personal touch, quite like hotels back home. They provide complimentary airport pickup, fresh chocolate chip cookies are provided daily, and refreshing lemonade is always available. Housekeeping is also daily; compared to the last hotel I stayed at near Niagara Falls, where they only cleaned every three days, the service here is far superior!
While it's a little far from downtown, a taxi ride is only around $10-$15, so I still feel it offers good value for money.
Suitable for self-driving friends, the price is higher in comparison
Facilities: Configuration of hotel chain
Hygiene: clean
Environment: The location is a bit far from the airport, no car is inconvenient
Service: OK
The room is big, the breakfast is quite rich, of course it is American style, parking is free, it is convenient to go to the city center, and it is within walking distance to the subway station next to it
It is a 5-minute walk from the Red Line subway Andrew station, with convenient transportation, very clean and comfortable, providing drinks and fruits, and the boss is a foreigner and very friendly. It’s will be my first choice next time.

I left my necklace that means a lot to me in the bathroom before checking out, the hotel housekeeper would definitely see it but obviously took it. I rushed back to hotel front desk to hoping that I would get it back but nope , very disappointing and heartbroken cos the necklace means so much to me regardless its money value( Tiffany ) .
The hotel is newer, but it has a taste of decoration, so it needs to keep the cold air conditioner on. 10 minutes drive from wranthem premium outlet, double the price on Friday/Sixth. Laundry 3.5 knife, drying 0.25 knife/20 minutes, conscience price!
The room was clean and the overall cleanliness was very up-to-date. It is very close to the Green Line of the subway and convenient to various attractions. It's just inconvenient to use the iPad to operate the room, especially the TV and air conditioner. I would rather use the remote control directly. Although the room felt a bit small, it was probably reasonable considering the room rates in Boston.
The room was nice but the service was terrible. There was only one shuttle. I had to wait for an hour to get on the plane that arrived at 8pm. The Comfort Inn next door had three shuttles passing by. The Indian manager at the front desk didn't even apologize and tried to get away with it by telling jokes. The management was very chaotic. The next morning, they dropped me off at the wrong place and tried to ask for a tip. I will definitely not book again.
We love all Boston’s areas . This hotel very nice and clean, very nice breakfast. Great location. We always staying in this place, my kids have 3-4 competitions in a year there. Highly recommended

GGIULIANOWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
GGuantashenmeshenghuoThe hotel is very comfortable, the service is very good, and the location is also in the safe and quiet Dedham. It is convenient to travel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere. The swimming pool and gym are well-equipped
WwyJJMomThe lobby has a fireplace and plenty of sofas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was bright and clean. The 24-hour fitness room is small but well-equipped. I feel that Hotel Hilton's hotels are generally very good and I will choose more of their hotels in the future.
11381089****The hotel's location is excellent! It's very close to Amtrak's Boston South Station, a walkable 16-minute distance if you don't have much luggage. The hotel is situated right next to and across from a large hospital. The subway station is just 50 meters to your left when you exit the hotel. Just a bit further past that is Chinatown, and Boston Common is about a ten-minute walk away.
Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel is remarkably quiet at night, which is a rare find.
There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and when I asked the front desk, they couldn't provide any. Disposable toiletries were also missing. The 'breakfast included' option turned out to be an $18 breakfast credit. If you choose just one breakfast item and one coffee, with taxes, you've already exceeded the credit. The allowance wasn't quite enough, but the food itself tasted good.
DDarburaPros:
New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers.
Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore.
When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel.
This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends)
The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too.
Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn.
The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.
에에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^
GGuest UserLocated right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.
GGachonkiJust for a transit spending one night.
Plus: room was wide and comfortable. bathroom also wide, with enough towels. Coffee bag was provided, maybe free of charge. Breakfast starts from 6am, which was actual not so bad. Location a bit far from airport but 10 minutes or so drive.
Minus: bar on the day arrived closed at 9pm (information said it is open till 10pm). No bar and restaurant nearby the hotel. there was a pantry but just selling crisp (at 5 US dollars!) and detergent only.
AC was old fashioned.
