1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The hotel is gorgeous. I went during the winter so the amusement park was closed and there wasn't much to do around other then just seeing the hotel. The decor, paintings, and theme is spot on. However for such fancy hotel, the water pressure was really weak for the showers and they have no showerheads, only the ones screwed to the ceiling. Also it was really hot as the heat was cranked up, the thermostat on my room said 30degrees celcius the whole time. I called many times for them to lower the heat and I opened the windows to the bathroom and the room but they said heating was controlled centrally and could not be turned down. Even though the place was beautiful, the stay was quite uncomfortable, would not stay there another night. The hotel is also a little bit further from the city so it took a while to call a cab there for pick up.
