Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

我從來是不評論的，包括希爾頓我也不評論。 我一般都是在**訂酒店，這次2025年的清明節之前，我計劃來秦皇島，看了**很多的酒店，要麼就是貴要麼就是地理位置不好，再就是不太乾淨，而且開業時間長。 經過在小紅書的搜尋，偶然在評論區看到了，靜湖酒店的一條評論“請問大家新酒店該如何宣傳才能獲客？”報着試試看的心態我搜了一下**，居然沒有門店。我私信了靜湖的小紅書，説是3月份新開業的，並且價格我看才250多。於是我順藤摸瓜摸到了靜湖酒店的微信視頻號，非常的乾淨，藝術。 到這大廳以後，非常的別緻。很乾凈，很雅。 進入房間後，也是非常乾淨。我住的是8402哈，有幾個亮點: 1、有一個大浴缸還附帶玫瑰花瓣 2、房間很大，分區很多，還有個小茶歇的地方類似於陽台 3、智能馬桶 4、投影如圖 5、床墊很舒服 6、洗衣房有烘乾機，很不錯，推薦大家洗洗衣服並且烘乾，很棒 7、洗手枱，毛巾，淋浴，吹風機使用都很棒 當然也有一點點瑕疵，可以考慮改進: 1、智能系統交互不太智能 2、睡覺時隔音不太好（好像牆外在洗澡，有水流聲，但是不影響睡覺，做不到0分貝，可能有個30分貝左右。8402是這樣，建議晚上去聽聽看）

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

We very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi. The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in the beautiful city of Shijiazhuang for three nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, clean, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and luxury. But what truly made my stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, and eager to help. A special thanks to Vivian, the staff member who attended to me during my stay. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Intercontinental Hotel Shijiazhuang to anyone visiting the city. It’s a perfect blend of elegance and genuine hospitality.

It’s the first time I came to Zhuozheng International Hotel. The hotel called in the morning and confirmed the pick-up time with the hotel. This is really convenient. Normally, if you take a taxi by yourself, you can’t find the driver and get lost easily, but the hotel driver Wang The master is waiting from the exit, which is really convenient and skilled in driving. Other service staff in the hotel are also very professional, it is a very good five-star hotel

Nice stay for 1 night in Chengde. Great service, free parking lots, friendly and helpful staff. Room, very clean, bright with a grand view to the river. Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.

High grade, extremely cost-effective, one bedroom and one living room, equivalent to a suite!

During the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked. Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room. Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy. Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap. Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home! Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.
