Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. The room was beautiful (although it can help having a little refurbishment, especially the bathroom). The staff is incredible, nice friendly and always trying to help and even if they don't speak English the communication was so easy with everyone. They gave us a room with a beautiful balcony with view and recommendations on restaurants in the area. Highly recommend it

Wow. What an incredible place. This stay here was truly wonderful. I am especially grateful for the best service I’ve had at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were always so attentive and accommodating, and always offered solutions to any issue I had. A few examples of how the service impressed me: - we needed to check out later than planned due to the kids feeling ill, and they let us pay a nominal fee to extend the whole afternoon. - we received daily breakfast coupons but could use as many as we wanted on any of the days we stayed there / this helped a lot as we had five people and three breakfast coupons, so we pooled them together to eat as a whole family several days. - once we needed some bowls to eat takeout and after sending a message to the staff on WeChat they deliver the bowls to our door in just a few minutes. - the cleaning staff were super friendly and always worked with our schedule to clean the rooms. When we need extra towels or toiletries they were quick to respond. - the kids play area was even fun for my 10-12 year olds - the breakfast buffet was really tasty and I highly recommend the vegetarian mifen (local rice noodles) that are made to order, and the “oil tea” - a local Guangxi specialty. - coffee in the room was a plus, and the tea pot and unlimited hot or cold drinking water. - the pool was warm and ideal for young kids - the shower and all bathroom facilities were 5 star - we loved the high tech experience of automated lights, AC, shades, etc. - a welcome gift and a parting gift - such generosity and attentiveness We enjoyed a terrific stay and are already missing this special hotel. Rong Hu is such a pretty part of Guilin. The quiet lakeside is a perfect location for any family who wants a nice place close to the city but on a very quiet street. Thank you for all the care! We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, with a nice mix of both Chinese and Western options. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. When I first arrived, the hotel kindly provided fresh fruits while I waited for my room to be cleaned—a thoughtful gesture. The only downside was that the view from our room window was of an old hospital, but the location itself was very convenient. Right across the hotel, there was a bike rental offering day rentals, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel boasts a truly exceptional location, directly facing the Li River, with easy access to the riverbank just across the street. The three-story building is beautifully designed. Its layout features sections with around forty rooms arranged in a U-shape surrounding a central garden. The corridors, with one side overlooking this garden, are particularly striking, adorned with artistic paintwork and original, handcrafted paintings by the same artist, not mass-produced prints. The rooms show signs of heavy use, which likely means the hotel is almost always fully booked. The complimentary local snacks were a nice touch. The fourth floor boasts a bar with a terrace, and the fifth floor houses a laundry room and a basic gym. My child even spent some time playing up there. The entire property is adorned with thoughtfully arranged and beautifully maintained plants, and the gardens are also impeccably cared for. I went up to the rooftop at 6 AM, hoping to catch the sunrise, but it was unfortunately obstructed by the mountains, though I could still appreciate the early morning light and view. Overall, I'd give this hotel an 8.8 out of 10. While breakfast was average, the design is fantastic, the soft furnishings are nice, and the greenery is exceptionally well done. The physical facilities, however, are quite standard. I made two requests regarding the room and hope they can be updated by my next visit. The hotel is consistently popular and often fully booked, so make sure to reserve well in advance.

Crowne Plaza Nanning will always be my first choice whenever I return to this beautiful city. From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff at the lobby went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel truly valued. Our room was spacious and comfortable — it felt just like home. What touched me most were the thoughtful, handwritten notes from our housekeeper, a personal touch that added warmth to our stay. Being a solo female traveler can be a little daunting sometimes but the service provided at the hotel made it feel like I was warmly welcomed into Yangshuo. They assisted with finding guides for various activities and even went as far as trying to accommodate a late spa booking. The room had a beautiful bathtub in the middle of the sunroom and a lovely view of the mountains. The booking of the room came with unlimited coffee, 50 yuan off the spa and Thai tea. It was one of my best solo adventures. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Yangshuo!

This has been my absolute go-to hotel every time I visit Nanning for the past four years! I highly recommend it. It's perfectly located right next to Exit A of Vientiane City Station (Wanxiangcheng Metro Station), just a short two-minute walk away. The environment is spacious and features a strong sense of design. The buffet breakfast is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. During check-out, I encountered a bit of a rush hour at the elevators due to a large conference group. After waiting for quite some time without an elevator, and needing to check out quickly to catch a train, I decided to take the stairs down to the ground floor lobby with my two children and a suitcase. As I entered the stairwell, I luckily bumped into a hotel staff member. She informed me that those particular stairs wouldn't lead directly to the main lobby. Feeling quite anxious, I explained to her that I was in a hurry to make my train. This wonderful lady immediately stepped in, helped me with my luggage, and quickly guided us to an alternative stairwell, allowing us to get downstairs swiftly and complete our check-out. My sincere thanks to her! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will definitely continue to stay here on my future visits.

The ambiance is truly wonderful. It was incredibly relaxing to spend our vacation amidst the stunning mountains and rivers, and the resort itself boasts a fantastic, stylish design. Right after booking, a dedicated butler connected with us on WeChat. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which was truly excellent. The hotel offers a fantastic array of activities. It's incredibly convenient that you can even go bamboo rafting right on the premises! Our children also loved making jam and lollipops. Our only regret is that we only stayed for two days this time. We'll definitely return to Tangshe on our next visit to Yangshuo to experience all the other activities! While the breakfast selection wasn't overly extensive, the beef noodles, beef vermicelli, and spicy peppercorn noodles were absolutely delicious! The children especially loved the sugar art available in the mornings. Similarly, the dinner menu wasn't particularly extensive, but the dishes we ordered were superb. The braised beef ribs were delicious, and the spicy chicken was excellent too. The fried rice was perfectly cooked with distinct grains – truly tasty! And the prices were quite reasonable.

Tasteful design a with fantastic view on Li River. Our room is spacious room with plenty of benches for putting things. Excellent sound proof. Free snacks and drinks with refills. Breakfasts were very good. Staff at reception and breakfast restaurant were friendly and efficient. Location is a short taxi ride from shopping and fooding in the center, which we preferred…less chaotic and more relaxed. Good value for money.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location. You can go out and have fun. There are authentic local food nearby, which saves a lot of travel time. The hotel has an elegant environment and complete facilities. It is especially friendly to special forces like us who walk all day.
