We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the rooms are spacious, and the hot spring facilities are well maintained. We had a great time renting a boat and playing tennis. A special thank you to 任之琛 (Eleven) for making our weekend truly memorable. He was incredibly helpful and considerate with all our requests, and he definitely elevated our experience.

Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇

We had the best weekend getaway at Hyatt Regency in Zhuhai! It was our first time visiting this new location, and we chose the hotel because it seemed like the perfect option for family travel. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the hotel had everything we needed for a great time. The activities and facilities for kids were incredible: a kids club, indoor playroom, outdoor playroom, indoor kids' pool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our children had a blast! The food was spectacular, with a range of flavors and high-quality dishes. Selina from the Food & Beverage team was a miracle worker for us. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience above and beyond, especially with two little ones in tow. She resolved any issues we had and helped coordinate our meal times, navigating the language barrier like a pro. A huge shoutout to Selina and her team for making our dining experience so enjoyable! We also took advantage of the spa services. The spa is quite comfortable and spacious. I had a regular massage treatment, which was good. While I’ve had better massages, it was still relaxing. I specified that I wanted a full head, neck, and back massage, but due to the language barrier, it wasn’t fully understood. This is an area for improvement to ensure clients leave 100% satisfied. However, the pre- and post-service experience was impeccable. The Front Desk staff, especially Filbo, made our arrival smooth and welcoming. We received a room upgrade for both families and were greeted in a fantastic manner. After a long journey, especially with tired kids, it was a relief to have everything ready for us. Filbo extended a warm welcome on behalf of the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, including special treats for the children. Since the weather wasn't great, we decided to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom to wrap up our trip. The hotel informed us about their shuttle service to Chimelong, which was great. They even extended our check-out time so we could get the kids cleaned up and ready for our journey home. Overall, our stay was spectacular! Every detail was thought out for families, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the kids. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Zhuhai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together!

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. It made my stay truly memorable. Please extend my gratitude to 小余. We look forward to returning. Best regards Simon and Helen

We’re truly grateful to the Ms. Kingsley on her service. The hotel room was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s location is outstanding is just a short walk to the vibrant Dongmen food 東门老街 and others shopping mall street, making it a perfect base for dining and exploring the area. A special thanks to Mr. William, the restaurant manager, whose exceptional hospitality and attentive service added a wonderful touch to our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

My family and I had an unforgettable wonderful vacation. Got great and helpful service from everyone of you, especially Mr Jim Tam, Mr Yeung, TC, 泰偉, Joker (breakfast), Andy (in Lounge & Bar), servers in Chinese restaurant, Janitor Li Yi Fei. A great variety of food is provided in the buffet breakfast. Personally love healthy fruit, grains and vegetables.

Excellent services and great facilities. Front desk manager Ms. Yan did a fabulous job to meet our needs by having an engineer to solve the voltage conversion problem, she recommended room change for the best view, and offered us various dining options with great deal. Our first stay for about a week. The guest relationship offered us a free upgrade for our second stay (for about two weeks), which made us very happy and feeling warm. The concierge and the restaurant personnels are very professional and polite, the food is super delicious! We are truly very satisfied with our stay in white swan hotel. Definitely we will recommend it to all friends and will stay again in white swan hotel in near future.

Old hotel with lacking internet. Updated rooms. Expensive international restaurant on 58 th floor, mostly almost empty. Other option is to eat buffet in the night. Same area as breakfast. This area is lacking atmosphere, service and quality in food. Not 5 star service en general. Especially reception employees are lacking service standards. Location is very convenient for furniture sourcing. Exemption in services are bellboys. They are exceeding expectations ! Functional hotel for furniture sourcing but not more than that. Review written by 5 star hotel owner.  So maybe my opinion is more critical than general guest.

One of the best hotel’s we have been to so far. The staff was very approachable and willing to help. They helped us extend our check out time. The executive lounge was great and the dinner buffet was awesome with loads of seafood choices. We wish that the swimming pool could have been bigger and there were more malls near the hotel. Overall a very pleasant and unforgettable stay.

We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI
