Front desk service is very professional and excellent. As this is our first stay in this hotel, we also get to have free room upgrade. The room is clean and tidy. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We have order many parcels and the staff are very helpful in finding our orders and send to our room. The hotel breakfast contain different varieties and able to cater to all customers of different nationalities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to stay in it again.

Stayed for 5 days at this hotel and I really had a wonderful experience. Pros - convenient location. near Xiaobei metro exit B, near halal restaurants - staffs are very friendly, helpful - room will be cleaned everyday, got free water daily - room is very warm, got bidet too - hotel located right beside a flyover highway (when raining, you can still wait for taxi/didi outside the hotel) - available self service washing machine, steam iron Cons - you will hear loud honking even late at night or early morning (im at 11th floor but still hear the noise)

I made a mistake when booking this hotel, as I was under the impression it included a sauna. However, it turned out to be just a basic room, with absolutely no sauna facilities. This was incredibly disappointing and quite frustrating. Please, clearly state on your booking page whether sauna services are included, as otherwise, guests will genuinely feel misled.

What a gem of a hotel! Enthusiast, helpful staff from front desk to maids in the hallway to the breakfast chef and servers to the amazing massage therapist Miss Poon in the spa! I was tired and ragged when I arrived late at night, but woke the next day to a delicious and nourishing breakfast, and then received a two-hour massage that completely revived and energized me. At check-out, I redeemed my free coffee coupon in their beautiful coffee bar for a delicious iced latte, and it was the perfect touch to a wonderful five-star stay. Thank you so much!!! 💐💐💐👏👏

The subway station is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and the surrounding area is packed with great food and attractions – it's incredibly convenient! The bed was perfectly comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the night view from the floor-to-ceiling window was wonderfully therapeutic. The front desk staff handled check-in quickly, and check-out was just as swift. The service was impeccable. This place truly offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Foshan.

The hotel room was cozy and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. I really liked the modern touch: an AI assistant that helps you switch off/on the lights at night and even notifies you when your food delivery has arrived at your doorstep. Such a smart and convenient feature! Once you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted by a soothing tea-scented fragrance — it instantly makes you feel calm and refreshed. The shower and toilet were separated, which made the layout more practical and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and overall, the room had a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were polite and helpful and I appreciated that the hotel can assist in receiving Taobao parcels ”a thoughtful convenience for guests who shop online.” The only small downside is that the hotel isn’t directly next to a metro station, about a 7–10 minute walk away. But on the bright side, there’s a super delicious dim sum restaurant right beside the hotel. Highly recommend going early — the queue forms fast!

St Regis SZ is a fantastic spot, really great atmosphere, beautiful views, and great decor & rooms. The lift going straight from the 1st floor to 96th is fun, and then views from the lobby area are gorgeous. The bar is also pretty good, I'd recommend sitting at the bar which I think is more fun than the tables which people try and wait for the views; often you'll have people walking in and around to try and get photos which can be annoying. The rooms are really nice and comfy, and the bathroom is fantastic. One suggestion I'd have is to give bubble bath along with the bath salts.
