Facilities: We were upgraded from Block B to Block A, and the facilities were excellent. There's a dryer, which was a lifesaver! My waterproof jacket was really stuffy, so I dried it right after checking in, which made hiking later much more comfortable. The shower pressure was better than expected; the water flow was strong, which I wasn't anticipating. Toiletries, including toothbrushes and combs, were all provided, even though the booking page said they weren't, so we brought our own unnecessarily. Service: After checking in, a concierge added me on WeChat and sent important notices, including sunrise and sunset times. However, watching the sunset from Danxia Peak wasn't great; I climbed up with a lot of effort and waited for half an hour, only to see a tiny silhouette.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right by the road, making parking a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even offered a free room upgrade. The room was spotless. The owner was also very friendly and took the time to explain everything we needed to know for our trip to Huangshan the next day. The 'Lao Xu's Family-style Dishes' restaurant next door, which I'm not sure if it's affiliated, offered delicious food at a really affordable price. Great value for money!

As soon as we arrived, a few ladies from the front desk came out to help us with our luggage and carefully assisted my mother up the steps; they were so gentle and thoughtful (and this was consistent every day). The gentleman at the front desk was also incredibly patient, helping us adjust the TV signal in our room without a hint of annoyance. Yesterday, when we wanted to go to the further Liyang Old Street (which was beyond their usual shuttle range), he proactively drove us to the entrance. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Old Street, and every round trip was perfectly arranged. Sometimes we felt bad bothering them again, but they always said, ”It's our pleasure,” just wanting us to have a comfortable stay. Over these past few days, from getting in and out of the car to daily outings, their proactive service and meticulous care really made us feel so warm. Their professionalism truly shines through in these little details. Many thanks! The environment has a Mediterranean style, which is very photogenic, and the whole place is clean and hygienic. Overall, this was a heartwarming and comfortable travel experience. I've already recommended it to my relatives and friends who are coming to Huangshan. For anyone planning a trip, just book this hotel – you won't regret it!

The Shilin Hotel is close to the back mountain, which is convenient for those coming from Yun Valley and touring the area. It's very near sights like Monkey Watching the Sea and Shixin Peak. The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beds are soft and comfortable. The rooms are a decent size and come with electric heaters. The shower and toilet are separate, and it's even a smart toilet. Despite being on the mountain, all kinds of amenities in the room are well-stocked. The staff members are all very friendly and accommodating, readily fulfilling several requests we made. The rooms also provide down jackets, which are great for staying warm while watching the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is 15 per person, which is excellent value and quality for a mountaintop location. Overall, it was a great stay.

Stayed one night at Paiyun Hotel and it exceeded my expectations! The facilities were complete and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom amenities were thoughtful. The butler service was absolutely perfect, with attentive arrangements from check-in to check-out. They proactively helped with luggage, recommended routes, and even thoughtfully prepared warm tea and snacks. Butler Weiwei was especially warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. Although it was only one night, the beautiful scenery and excellent service have left a lasting impression. I will definitely be back to stay here on my next trip to Huangshan! Highly recommend!

Because I forgot to bring the power cord, I borrowed it from the front desk. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She searched inside and outside for a long time and found one for me. Thank you very much. It is very close to Wanda Plaza. There are also many places to eat around. The breakfast is very rich. Take-out can be delivered to the door of the room. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Hefei, Hefei in the future.

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

It was estimated that there was no spare time for maintenance and upgrades due to the large flow of customers. The soft furnishings on the wall were shaking and protruding after I checked in. The bathroom and entrance tiles were broken. I thought the floor was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked the front desk. The cleaning staff came and explained that it was because the tiles were falling off. After mopping twice, it was still the same. I applied for a room change and was told that the next door was worse. But the children were tired and hungry and needed to eat first, so I accepted it. As a result, when I came back to wash at night, the shower head in the shower room could not be fixed at all and fell down. It was broken and could not be used. I hit my foot. Fortunately, it was not serious. I went to the bathtub to wash, but there was no water at all. I was depressed. Finally, I used the shower head to brush my teeth in the shower room without a shower head and a small shower head. I found that there was only an empty shower cap in the box. There was nothing else. I called the front desk again and sent toiletries. This is really a bit speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel. What is worth praising is the swimming pool🏊♀️The children like it But the kids and teachers who were in swimming class in the morning didn't care about the kids who were staying there. They splashed around in the water. The breakfast was very rich in variety, including drinks, pastries, etc. It felt much worse than the last time I stayed there. I don't believe that it's a little worse than Sheraton now. I still feel that I was quite satisfied with my first stay in Chuzhou. I was a little disappointed this time.
