Service: We had a stroke of luck and received a complimentary upgrade, moving from our originally booked Zone B to Zone A. Additionally, it was pouring rain on Mount Huangshan that afternoon, and we arrived at the hotel completely soaked. The butler was incredibly helpful, arranging a shoe dryer for us, and by the next morning, our shoes and socks were perfectly dry – a real lifesaver. The butler also provided comprehensive information, covering everything from hotel facilities and services to details about the next day's sunrise. Facilities: This is a five-star hotel, and its facilities have a classic and well-maintained feel. The bathroom even featured a drying rack, which was incredibly convenient. Environment: Located halfway up the mountain, the hotel offers a wonderfully quiet and serene environment. It's also conveniently close to the Danxia Peak sunrise viewing spot. What's more, guests might even get to witness the breathtaking 'sea of clouds' phenomenon right outside the hotel entrance.

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

The hotel front desk personnel were very friendly and kind. The hotel was centrally located on Tunxi Ancient Street and was easy to find. The express bus to the high speed train station (Huangshan North station) is across the street from the hotel and costs 5 rmb and takes about 40 minutes, so very convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. For this price, it’s a very good deal.

The hotel service is so nice. The room condition is also good. But, internet access (WIFI) is very low. The historic places and big shopping mall (Wanda Plaza) are convieniently located nearby.

This was our first time staying at an IHG property and boy were we impressed! The check in staff gave us a surprise room upgrade and a cake for my birthday staycation. The corner room #1501, with a 180 degree view of the Swan Lake, have birthday signages by the headboard and on the tv, a birthday song playing on loop, and amusing swan towels on the bed. Nice and thoughtful touches! The Club Intercontinental lounge provided a generous selection of afternoon tea snacks and light dinner spread. However, we gave a low grade on the drinks selection, the wine and liquor choices were fairly limited. But the lovely staff made up for it with their excellent and attentive service. I had a relaxing massage at the Yixi Spa, but take note that the pricing is on the high side. The indoor pool was nice and clean, manned by an attentive lifeguard. Breakfast variety was pretty good, delicately balanced between local fares and Western comfort food. It was a wonderful birthday weekend from start to finish, definitely coming back here for another stay! 🌟

Definitely one of the most impressive homestays I’ve stayed in China - it actually looked better in real life than in photos, which is quite rare. The homestay offers 24 concierge and free pick up from huangshan north station, which was very helpful. I managed to get to know 胡师傅from there who subsequently became my driver for the next few days as I toured around huangshan. 胡师傅 is very helpful and even bought some better known烧饼as a treat for us. He was very responsive over WeChat. The interior of the homestay is super impressive! Love the modern and antiquated touch. The hotel is housed in the old street but the interior is so tastefully decorated with a modern touch with high quality appliances. The hair dryer was so powerful it could serve as an iron for my wet clothes. The amenities provided were also of high quality, the internal built - like the taps, shower etc were also good brands and of good quality. Classy. Breakfast was served down the road and the food was decent. Staffs were also very helpful and offered to take photos for us in the hotel. We also got free tickets for 齐云山 as part of our stay. Location was superb and smacked in the middle of the old town. Highly recommended!

The hotel's facilities clearly indicate it's an established property with an old-world charm, and the lobby is quite grand. Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly. We were even offered complimentary show tickets and dinner vouchers, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to use them. For a hotel of this size and caliber, one would naturally expect comprehensive, attentive, and personalized service. However, several aspects left us feeling quite dissatisfied. Firstly, while laundry service was available, it came with an exorbitant extra charge. 30 RMB for a single T-shirt truly shocked me! I've stayed in countless hotels of varying standards, and typically, the higher the star rating, the more inclusive the services – especially considering the non-budget price. To charge for laundry here felt utterly bizarre! Secondly, the elevators could be accessed by anyone without needing a room key, which felt very insecure and simply doesn't justify the price. Thirdly, for the buffet dinner, children were charged the same as adults. I was speechless – does a 7-year-old really eat as much as an adult? On a positive note, breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of options, and plates were cleared promptly. The service was excellent and truly commendable.

On this trip with friends, choosing this hotel was absolutely spot on! It truly deserves a five-star rating. The front desk service was a major highlight. Upon learning my friends and I were looking for a place to unwind in the evening, they immediately recommended the hotel's own bar, suggesting its ambiance was perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. They even thoughtfully highlighted the bar's signature cocktails. We hadn't expected much, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery – the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish. This stellar recommendation from the front desk truly added an unexpected, delightful surprise to our trip. Our room experience was equally impressive. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly designed. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details, like the complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. It was lovely sharing it and chatting with my friends. Each time we returned, our room had been tidied up perfectly. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive! All in all, this was a perfect stay. Herbert's thoughtful recommendations at the front desk and the comfortable details in our room made both my friends and me feel incredibly pleased and well-cared for. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

I am very satisfied with my one-and-a-half-day trip to Wuhu 👍. The lobby of the hotel is very grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a large terrace. The breakfast is very good. The service staff in the restaurant this morning are very good. They immediately replaced the food tongs that fell. Clean and very service minded. It is recommended to book a room with a joint ticket in Jiuzi Ancient Town and Ocean Park, which is more cost-effective! All in all, five-star praise 👍
