Halfboard menu was normal in terms of flavour. The grilled trout tasted much better than the other pork option. No aircon in the rooms but surrounding temperature was luckily not too hot during our stay. Jacuzzi was amazing with views of the mountains (but facing the breakfast location) and suitable temperature, even provided us with comfortable slippers. Check in was smooth and staff were more than willing to offer help.

After dinner at the hotel, I returned to my room. There was a brief sun shower, and to my astonishment, I witnessed the rare spectacle of sun-drenched golden peaks and a beautiful rainbow after the rain. All the fatigue from the journey melted away; it was absolutely worth it. I'm extremely pleased with this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the location is convenient, and the service is outstanding. They also offer train station pick-up and drop-off arrangements at any time.

There is no electric kettle, and it is necessary to rely on the Delong coffee machine to boil hot water, but our room is also bad. Overall, the price of about 3,000 is understandable for the hilltop town, but the facilities can be better.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

The couple who own and rent the chalet are amazing. Really handful and happy people. I really felt at home as it is a little house guest. Great views and very close to the town! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it!!!

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. Nice location beautiful view over the town, staff was super friendly and kind , breakfast was one of the best I had in Switzerland. The room was warm and cozy. great place to stay👍🏻

2nd time to come here. First time with family and although we had to stay in 2 rooms, it was fun to compare each others rooms and layout. Breakfast is expansive (eggs looked a little old), but great selection of breads, deli items and so many jams to choose from. Cold dishes had a much higher quality than warm dishes. As it’s buffet style, it can be difficult to keep a sense of cleanliness, but they try hard. Dream hotel at night as you can see great views. Front desk staff is super helpful and remember me from my first stay. I would like to return again in the future.
