This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app.
I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.
The hotel was quite comfortable, staff were also quite educated, the cost-benefit ratio was very good, considering the hotel prices in the region of Balneário Camború.
Hotel service is very good, the front desk staff are very responsible, tell shopping mall how to go, help Uber call the car to the airport, Uber is cheaper than the fight, the breakfast cake is delicious. There is a river behind the hotel, the environment is OK, there are birds in the morning to knock on the window. The hotel is not very good, the big bed is big, but the sheets are not so good. The hotel in the small city is OK.
Rare local hotel, good location, hotel environment and restaurant dishes are very good, the decoration style is very fashionable, if you go nearby, this hotel is recommended within an hour by car

Chuveiro estava com a agua muito fria, a cama tamanho King e o cobertor de casal tamanho casal, um pouco desconfortavel, poderia melhorar.

Ssss_Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable.
The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

Aandyni991The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and stays for convenient transportation. In front of the hotel is the seaside and the scenery is very good. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like domestic ones, so you have to bring your own. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, no Chinese food, but the fruit is good.
GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.
