I loved my stay, even if it was just one day. The room was clean with new furniture and the bathroom was clean. The service was great, always ready to help and quick. I just thought it was strange that the 17th floor had a ramp up from the elevator to the rooms. Whoever designed it deserves a 0.

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

We have had a wonderful stay in this hotel resort! Although the facilities are old, they are extremely cosy and very well careful, ensuring comfort and perfect cleaning. The wide variety of foods has been positively surprised, with delicious options for all tastes.The swimming pools are amazing, perfect for relaxing and fun, and the leisure and recreation areas offer various activities for all ages. It was a nice experience and we will certainly be back soon!
