The hotel is not bad, the location is convenient, there are fast food restaurants, supermarkets around, and it is close to the beach. The bed is small, but the room size is OK. Breakfast is relatively rich.

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

房間乾淨，很新，比較舒適。服務很好，冬天人不多，滿清靜的。距離海邊很近，200米內，早上晚上海邊散步很合適。海很漂亮！

The geographical environment is good, three minutes from the seaside. Very suitable for running, breakfast is relatively simple.

Minha experiência foi decepcionante .....aluguei um quarto onde o anúncio mostrava uma banheira redonda no quarto e foi um quadrado de mármore com um chuveiro..........tem piscina coberta com jacuzzi onde é proibido a entrada de crianças bem desagradável ....... a comida deixa muito a desejar buffet fraco ....carne ao molho madeira temperada com amaciante ....molhos do macarao industrializados .... pouca opção para as crianças.....arroz e macarrão duros........o café da manhã é da tarde bem simples poucas opções.......não tem muito o que fazer poucas atividades e algumas são pagas a parte .......esperava muito mais de um hotel plaza.....

The room was clean and spacious, and the twin room had less sunny sides. Because it was winter, after communicating with the front desk, they found a way to change to the sunny room. All the big bed rooms can be split into two small beds. The service is very good. Suitable for business trips, you need to go to the hotel by the sea if you travel.

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

On arrival, car drop off and check in was hassle free and good. The Rooftop pool was just spectacular and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good, lots of options and the staff were helpful. One thing that really bothered me was that having booked 3 days in advance and asking for a good view we received a very disappointing room. When asking reception to move room she said all the better rooms at the rate we paid for had been booked THAT day? Another bad point was the bathroom door was extremely noisy when opening and closing. Initial thoughts on hotel/service were bad but soon changed after we visited the pool which is the star attraction.
