After reading so many bad reviews about the hotel i didnt expect much. But exactly the opposite happened. Checkin went fast, room was big and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The location and view from the top floor exceptional. You cross the street and you are on the beach where they provide complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. On our last day Vitoria allowed us to keep our room until evening at no extra cost, bcs our plane didnt leave until eight oclock. We definitely will be back on our next trip to Rio.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nacional in Rio. The location is unbeatable — right on São Conrado beach with incredible views and great beach service. While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. As a constructive note, Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in some areas of the hotel. That said, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel, spacious, clean, airy room, with a balcony facing the street, very attractive, super comfortable beds, super cold air conditioning, strong and warm shower, bedspreads available, TOP pool, large and beautiful on the terrace with a super cool view, and super plentiful and delicious breakfast, I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

Bom Dia! The reception of the Cayo and Jonatas is excellent! BY THE OTHER FIRST OFFENSES! We suggested tomorrow's coffee time, because it was late at 8:00 p.m., we said that the ideal would be at least the beginning at 7:00 p.m. The towels at the arrival ( only one, I had to pick another and had no face, they gave a bath in the place ) regular, main palm in the exchange, placed a few well-destroyed towels, no bathing tape, We had to walk on the ground with wet feet. It's not the first time I stayed in that hotel, this time I booked for my daily trip was with the wrong date. The hotel, the manager, the reception, the chef of the kitchen... the general team. The whole situation was amenable and welcomed by them, once again I felt perfectly welcomed by their hospitality. It doesn't make much sense for me to come to Buzios and not pass through the Greek! The hotel view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great. However, the room was small, and the facilities were quite old. The public restroom in the lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were people smoking on the way to the hotel, which was a bit off-putting. For breakfast, the cups provided looked like they had been used by others, so I'd recommend bringing your own sanitizing wipes. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and even when I asked for it, they wouldn't give me any, which was really strange. The staff, including the front desk and lobby concierge, weren't very polite.

Otim estrututa, pessoal atencioso e cordial. Serviço adequado e de qualidade no cuidado com os hospedes! Piscina, sauna, cachoeira de qualidade e adequados. Unicaressalva é a estrada de acesso que precisa de manutenção!
