The resort is exceptional, beautiful, very well decorated and the service is of the first place. After staying in Vivá, we went to Maragogi and hosted a very famous resort there (and even with propaganda of being one of the best in the world) and it was a disappointment, we just didn't return to Vivá because it didn't even have to cancel the other's reservation in We find the living much better, more beautiful, more comfortable, cleaner and cheaper than the famous resort of Maragogi.

The hotel is a very good infrastructure, with clean and organized locations. In my case, my daughter did not use the monitor because she was very small, so I can't comment on it. Food and care is reasonable, not exceptional, but we have been very well treated and the cost/benefit needs to be taken into account and I therefore recommend the location.

The location is 5 kilometers from the city center. Simple coffee, some fruits, bread, two kinds of cakes. Someone made cassava and omelet on site. The swimming pool is well structured and has a jacuzzi, but it is forbidden.
The bar service at the pool is slow, I don’t know if they are new employees, but they don’t know anything about the menu and take time to get the food.
The beach by the sea is not a calm swimming pool, but.

GGuest UserUpon arriving at the resort we received a room upgrade to a bungalow and had an incredible experience, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, the drinks were delicious. All requests were promptly responded to. Definitely one of the best places I've ever visited!! I would come back a thousand times.
