I love this hotel, as this hotel is located in the city center. Good access to shops and supermarket. Even there are some night markets outside the hotel in some special day. Therefore, I do love the location. For the room, the room is so cozy and good! Although I don't like that there are no window in my room. However, I do love that the room is real big and comfortable. Also, there is receptionist from Hong Kong who has helped me a lot! Good!

The hotel is easy to find. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is about $ 30. The little girl at the front desk is Malay but speaks Chinese very well. It helped me a lot. I recommended Chinese restaurants and lots of fun places. Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

Hotel location is good, service is good, but the equipment is outdated, the elevator tastes great There are ants in the room

The location is very good, looking west to see the most beautiful sunset and sunset in Darwin, the facilities are complete, **, Italian, Chinese, swimming pool..., the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, facing the lagoon pool, the indoor area is big enough. The hotel is located in the safe area of Alice Springs. It is an integrated hotel with a casino and a conference center. A typical Western breakfast, but it is satisfying to have such a good breakfast in a desert environment. The bed in the room is large, quiet, and soundproof.

The location is perfect but this place do not have a daily cleaning and no restaurant on site.  The staff are very friendly and helpful though The aircon brokedown for a night and it was really hot.  Bins inside the room are too small given that the cleaning doesnt come everyday. They said it's every 7th day. We stayed for 4 nights by the way. Will definitely have to ask this everytime I book Mantra hotels
