Stayed 4 nights. Great hotel. Perfect location. Right by Republic Square. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooms, always very clean. Amazing SPA complex (open from 6.30 to 23.30) included in the price of the room. Large pool, jacuzzi and different saunas. Wifi works well throughout the hotel. We didn't take breakfast. Would come back again.
The most important advantage is the location, right in the center. Everything is nearby. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is new, you can feel it, everything is very neat.
But when booking, pay attention to the size of the room. If this is important to you, then it is better to know in advance that the rooms are generally very small.
Good hotel, good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with daily variations. Location is nice and close to the city centre.
We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia.
The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it.
There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting.
Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery.
Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park
Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park
Incredibly friendly staff! We were given a late check-out free of charge and without our requests, which greatly simplified our transfer in Yerevan - special thanks for this! The rooms are clean and spacious. The food in room service is delicious. The hotel is located right on one of the main streets of Yerevan - we had time to sleep and walk around the center during our visit. Happy with the accommodation!
As soon as I got off the taxi, I took all my luggage and moved to the reception.
Check-in was also earlier than scheduled.
And he moved all his luggage to my room! There's a lot of flight time left.
It was really perfect to the luggage storage service.
I have to comment on this. I saw someone comment before booking that the room was not what I wanted. So I bought cancellation insurance for 60 yuan. After arriving, I insisted on looking at the room first. The room 308 on the third floor that I was taken to see was simply uninhabitable. The window was blocked by a building next door. I told the front desk that someone had complained before that they spent money on a high-end hotel but were given a room that was not what they wanted. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and then I was asked to see room 810 on the 8th floor facing the opera house. It was really refreshing, with windows facing the city and Yerevan steps. But the shower in the bath was not working properly, the water was small and sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
Conclusion, the location of the entire hotel is impeccable, and free parking is also available, but the premise is that the room type is worth the price! If you feel that the room types given by this platform are targeted at guests in a specific area, don't book it, and please remove it from Ctrip.

Very Good
EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
GGuest UserArmenia, Land of Eternal Flame
Beneath the shadow of Ararat’s crest,
Where eagles soar and spirits rest,
A land of stories, old yet strong,
Armenia sings its timeless song.
Through valleys green and mountains high,
Her churches pierce the cobalt sky.
Each stone, a prayer, each peak, a psalm,
A witness to her steadfast calm.
The whispers of her ancient kings
Resound in rivers’ gentle rings.
Her wine-stained hills, her pomegranate trees,
Hold secrets borne by autumn’s breeze.
She cradles scars yet stands so proud,
Her voice, a hymn, her heart unbowed.
For though the tempest tried her soul,
It could not break her gilded whole.
Her alphabet, a sacred thread,
Woven through the lives she's led.
A tapestry of loss and grace,
A testament to time’s embrace.
Oh, Armenia, cradle of light,
You rise again through endless night.
Your spirit burns, an eternal flame,
A beacon borne of your storied name.
Let winds of hope through you still soar,
For you are timeless, forevermore.
EErmolaevaChoosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!
GGuest UserLocated between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.
AAlexandre L.Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.
TTheAlexThe bed was broken luckily I stayed there only couple of days. Stuff was very friendly and helping. And if you’re staying at this hotel take your toothpaste and toothbrush because hotel doesn’t provide one.

GGuest UserThe hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.
GGuest UserThe rooms are large and spacious. The price of the room includes good breakfasts, sauna, swimming pool, fitness room. At the reception (located in the Valencia Hotel) works a nice, welcoming and very friendly girl Ani, who promptly and professionally provides assistance on any issues that arise (familiarization with the hotel infrastructure, taxi ordering, recommendations on attractions, buying Armenian sweets and delicacies). In terms of price-quality, the hotel exceeds all expectations!!!
