Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

Very nice big room..nice new hotels with good facilities...But the service and the staffs guest relation skills to be standardize. Not try the breakfast, but indeed the buffet dinner far below the IHG even the National 4 start standards.

Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see. The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels. The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

Fantastic hotel , lovely modern rooms, great bed , great bathroom and nice hot power shower . Super friendly and efficient staff. All in all a very enjoyable stay , I will return The only negative was the massage at the spa . That was the worst of my life , terrible masseuse, she went out for a food break , then a toilet break , was constantly on her phone . Stay here but don’t get a massage !!

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

Good hotel, huge parking lot. Clean bedroom. Close to mini market.

Is a nice place to stay, really a comfort and spacious room. Really closed to the city. The ambience is really cool. In the lobby have a board game for kids.

Was told that non-smoking rooms were unavailable for the day. However, when we mentioned about allergy to smoke, it was available. Kind of strange but won't wanna probe further. Bed and pilows were great. No road noise, gym was good. Connection to the mall was excellent. Likely to stay again if visiting Lampung

It's the number of times to stay here. All facilities are complete, but I suggest you have a musholla so you don't have to find a musholla outside for those who don't bring you, so it's a bit difficult. The rest is okay, clean and friendly service. Top

Happy with the location as it close to a supermarket, a cafe and not too far from our place of work. Did not like the quality of the water from the taps but was super happy that fresh water was provided at the lift landing for guests. The high tech control panel and the bathroom mirror was a level above other hotels.
