This is my second time staying here, and this time I was given an even lower-floor room than last time. The soundproofing from the windows is really poor. I hope they can improve in all aspects.

J NoThe room was perfectly clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel is very pretty, although it did feel like a ghost town place. Honestly everything was really nice except for these few things:
1. The courtyard view looks like a creepy 20 floor dungeon there's no natural light whatsoever. There's basically no difference between this and staying in a windowless room.
2. The breakfast has basically no vegan options, the only vegetarian option everyday morning was a fried egg, bread and fruit. Bread was stale.
3. The pool is only clean in the center, the sides of the pool are completely mildew filled. That being said, before I realized this, I had an amazing evening swim in the pool.
4. After 1230 they charge you almost $12 usd for late check out. I think it's just ridiculous. That's about half the price of another night and just one 1hr late checkout, even as a diamond member on trip.com, they nickel and dime you. This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth because the whole time I'm at this hotel, I don't even see more than 1 other person staying in the hotel. And rooms were still available. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
5. The shower leaks because the water sprays everywhere I almost slipped and .... You know. Good thing I'm okay.
Otherwise, it was comfortable place, soft big bed, relatively good wifi, the staff are kind. There's a very convenient restaurant on the top floor, but again very few vegetarian options. But the prices are still good. I can't give it 5 stars.

Resort_travelerWe arrived by taxi about 30 minutes from Quy Nhon city. It's quite a large resort hotel, and the front desk staff spoke English. The view from the room was incredibly beautiful, and we were very satisfied. We also used the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, and tried their à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. We stayed in Quy Nhon for a month and tried buffets and restaurants at other hotels, but this hotel's restaurant was the best! The beach was right in front, just a one-minute walk away, and it was a comfortable private beach with few people. We walked to the pier and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from above. All the staff were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. This time we only stayed for two nights, but next time we come to Quy Nhon, we'd love to stay for about a week.

Guest UserI ended up staying twice as long as planned, a total of 6 nights! I originally booked for 4 nights, but fell in love with Sala Hotel and extended my stay. The location, friendliness, and service are all top-notch. I'm planning another trip to Quy Nhon this November, and Sala Hotel will definitely be my accommodation of choice.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel has many floors, but there aren't enough elevators, so there was always a long wait. During peak hours, they were often full, which made getting in and out quite inconvenient. Breakfast also got very crowded, and the layout wasn't great, affecting the dining experience.
However, the room itself was comfortable, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the sea view from the balcony was beautiful. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, making it very convenient. Overall, it has clear pros and cons. I hope the hotel can improve the elevator situation and breakfast arrangements during peak times in the future.

The room was spacious with a partial sea view, but some walls looked old, and the sofa was quite dirty with what seemed like food stains. The blanket also looked a bit worn. Service was okay, but it was inconvenient when checking in or requesting extra towels; I had to call, and messages sent via Trip.com went unanswered.

Guest UserDecent place, the interior was quite nice but i feel like there were things that still needed maintenance (peeling floor, the walls with dirty marks,…) Overall a good place for the price.

Very clean, a great hotel with delicious breakfasts and wonderful staff. The only thing is there might be a disco outside the window until 12 AM, but it didn't bother us. The pool, restaurant, and spa are top-notch.

We stayed at FLC Sea Tower for 3 nights and it was a refreshing change from typical hotel stays. Instead of a small room, we had a modern, fully furnished apartment—with a kitchen, washing machine, spacious living area, and a sea-facing balcony. It gave us the freedom to cook meals, do laundry, and enjoy breakfast with an ocean view. The apartment felt clean and cozy, and the location is unbeatable—right across the beach, and surrounded by local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It’s perfect for families or long-term travelers. One downside is the parking—there’s no basement parking like hotels, and you need to pay for a nearby lot. Also, there’s no front-desk service like in hotels. But if you’re looking for space, independence, and a local-living vibe, FLC Sea Tower offers much more than just a bed. It’s not just accommodation—it’s your home by the beach.

Anonymous UserI was a bit worried after reading some reviews about outdated interiors, but my family booked 4 rooms and we found them to be new and clean. The mattresses were soft but not saggy, which was great for the elderly. The rooms weren't overly decorated but still lovely. Breakfast was also decent. In my opinion, the only downsides were that the lobby lighting wasn't ideal for photos if you're looking to check in, and the pool was pretty standard and a bit crowded if you prefer a quieter experience. Also, at other beachside hotels I've stayed at, they usually have sun loungers provided by the hotel, but this one didn't! Nevertheless, I slept very well and had no inconveniences.
