Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the spa, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciated the views of the mountains and ocean from the balcony.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The staff are friendly, and upon check-in, they offer a welcome drink and a coconut dessert, with fruit placed in the room. The room itself is comfortable, featuring an armchair, a chair, a large bed, and a balcony with a partial sea view. The main downside is the bathroom; the showerhead is set very low, making it awkward to shower as you bump your head, and water splashes everywhere. The rooftop pool is nice and has seating areas. We requested a quiet room, but our neighbors were Vietnamese guests who started making noise from 5:30 AM, talking loudly in the hallway, moving between rooms, and leaving their doors open. Breakfast is a 4 out of 5; sometimes there were no vegetables or bacon, and dirty plates weren't cleared from tables quickly. The hotel's location isn't ideal, as there aren't many decent cafes nearby.

1. Location: City center, the very heart of the city. Convenient transportation, but there are no 7-Elevens or similar supermarkets within 500 meters, which is slightly inconvenient. 2. Room: Very clean, with a more business-oriented style. 3. Facilities: Relatively old, but no ants or mosquitoes. No dampness either. Average. The only downside is the limited number of wall outlets, which are a bit far from the bed. 4. Meals: Breakfast is a mix of Chinese, Western, and Vietnamese dishes, not very plentiful. Fruit is included. Dinner is à la carte; seeing various fried rice dishes on the menu made me less interested.

We stayed at FLC Sea Tower for 3 nights and it was a refreshing change from typical hotel stays. Instead of a small room, we had a modern, fully furnished apartment—with a kitchen, washing machine, spacious living area, and a sea-facing balcony. It gave us the freedom to cook meals, do laundry, and enjoy breakfast with an ocean view. The apartment felt clean and cozy, and the location is unbeatable—right across the beach, and surrounded by local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It’s perfect for families or long-term travelers. One downside is the parking—there’s no basement parking like hotels, and you need to pay for a nearby lot. Also, there’s no front-desk service like in hotels. But if you’re looking for space, independence, and a local-living vibe, FLC Sea Tower offers much more than just a bed. It’s not just accommodation—it’s your home by the beach.

The apartment was clean, with a few minor imperfections, but nothing critical. The kitchenware was good: pots and pans were decent, and the plates were sturdy plastic. (The dish soap was excellent quality, by the way.) The bed linen was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The balcony offered views of the sea, city, and mountains. There's a washing machine and detergent on the balcony, and they actually clean the floors there, which is a rare find! The bathroom was standard: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and toothbrushes were provided. There were only two bath towels (which weren't particularly large), but I'm sure if you ask, they'd provide more. The manager, Nam, was kind enough to give us a higher floor than initially booked. The beach is just a 3-4 minute walk away. I really liked this apartment and its location. If I can get a high floor confirmed for September, I'll definitely be back.

Have to say simply 10/10. There is a caveat but given you accept the caveat, this place is a true gem. I would call it very affordable luxury. Rooms, beaches, food and service are all amazing. You get so much more than you pay for. Huge room with gorgeous views and a large comfortable balcony. Very comfy bed. Great couches and chairs. The restaurants are all very good. A little expensive but, to me very fair. The night beach seafood buffet was fabulous. Loved it so much. So now the caveat. You are stranded a little. Although Co Ky is very convenient, other points of interest involve an expensive taxi to get to. Quy Nhon itself is a fun day, the champa towers are spread around and are also good to see. However, you are sort of trapped on the property. Plan what you want to do. There is great golfing in the property, but unless your bring your golf clubs and balls it's just too expensive. I can get golf at one quarter the cost in Canada. Shame as the course is so underutilized. I would have loved to have played. There is a little safari close by, I found that fun enough for an hour. Eo Gio is good but only if you hike off the back, as the formal site is tiny. Loved that hike though but nobody else does that sort of thing but me, so I had it to myself. My pics are if that.

Very deserving of its 4 star status. A brand new hotel with everything you need and then some. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The pool was smaller than I expected, but it’s understandable due to the available space. Right in the center of Quy Nhon making it convenient. Stay here if you can!

I've stayed at this hotel for a long time. The young team of staff is wonderful and helped me with everything! Thank you very much! The breakfasts are delicious, and the rice flour dumplings are simply amazing! The fruits are incredibly sweet and ripe; I haven't encountered such good fruit in any other Vietnamese hotels. The hotel is well-located, with the GO supermarket, cafes, restaurants, the sea, and a promenade for walks nearby. However, it can be noisy in the evenings due to the disco at the restaurant across the street. I recommend this hotel! Thanks for having me!

The hotel location is at the center, and opposite to the beach. Very convenient to go every where. The receptionist staff are helpful and friendly, especially, Ms Tham. Her customer service is very professional. The room new, clean and the bed is comfortable.

JJ NoThe room was perfectly clean and comfortable to stay in. The hotel is very pretty, although it did feel like a ghost town place. Honestly everything was really nice except for these few things: 1. The courtyard view looks like a creepy 20 floor dungeon there's no natural light whatsoever. There's basically no difference between this and staying in a windowless room. 2. The breakfast has basically no vegan options, the only vegetarian option everyday morning was a fried egg, bread and fruit. Bread was stale. 3. The pool is only clean in the center, the sides of the pool are completely mildew filled. That being said, before I realized this, I had an amazing evening swim in the pool. 4. After 1230 they charge you almost $12 usd for late check out. I think it's just ridiculous. That's about half the price of another night and just one 1hr late checkout, even as a diamond member on trip.com, they nickel and dime you. This kind of left a bad taste in my mouth because the whole time I'm at this hotel, I don't even see more than 1 other person staying in the hotel. And rooms were still available. It left a bad taste in my mouth. 5. The shower leaks because the water sprays everywhere I almost slipped and .... You know. Good thing I'm okay. Otherwise, it was comfortable place, soft big bed, relatively good wifi, the staff are kind. There's a very convenient restaurant on the top floor, but again very few vegetarian options. But the prices are still good. I can't give it 5 stars.

AAnnie1811The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a lovely view. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout our stay. The hotel is in a central location, convenient for getting around and very close to the beach. Other facilities were also great; the spa was relaxing, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of good options. Overall, it was definitely worth the money, and I would come back again.

RRamazan_AvsarThe hotel boasts a fantastic location with breathtaking balcony views! However, the reception staff could be a bit more tactful in their communication. Additionally, the furniture in the room is quite outdated, which detracts from the overall experience.

AAnikeluotongThe room was very spacious, and our sea view room boasted a fantastic view along with a private balcony. The hotel is brand new, and the cleanliness is impeccable. GGuest UserAs a newly built hotel, the facilities are clean and good. Most of the rooms are pool villas, so the main pool is a bit small, but it's okay. The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but the rice noodles, bread, and coffee provided at the espresso bar were delicious, so it was good. The location is far from the city center, but there are many seafood restaurants nearby, 2 km from the hotel, and free delivery and pick-up/drop-off were provided, so I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days without any inconvenience. It was disappointing that there was no wine opener in the room, and although you can rent one in the lobby, there were very few prepared. I wish the hotel had at least a wine opener on hand.
