This is a good place to stay with your family. The bed is spacious and you can rest comfortably. There are many food facilities around, so I traveled comfortably.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The staff are friendly, and upon check-in, they offer a welcome drink and a coconut dessert, with fruit placed in the room. The room itself is comfortable, featuring an armchair, a chair, a large bed, and a balcony with a partial sea view. The main downside is the bathroom; the showerhead is set very low, making it awkward to shower as you bump your head, and water splashes everywhere. The rooftop pool is nice and has seating areas. We requested a quiet room, but our neighbors were Vietnamese guests who started making noise from 5:30 AM, talking loudly in the hallway, moving between rooms, and leaving their doors open. Breakfast is a 4 out of 5; sometimes there were no vegetables or bacon, and dirty plates weren't cleared from tables quickly. The hotel's location isn't ideal, as there aren't many decent cafes nearby.

1. Location: City center, the very heart of the city. Convenient transportation, but there are no 7-Elevens or similar supermarkets within 500 meters, which is slightly inconvenient. 2. Room: Very clean, with a more business-oriented style. 3. Facilities: Relatively old, but no ants or mosquitoes. No dampness either. Average. The only downside is the limited number of wall outlets, which are a bit far from the bed. 4. Meals: Breakfast is a mix of Chinese, Western, and Vietnamese dishes, not very plentiful. Fruit is included. Dinner is à la carte; seeing various fried rice dishes on the menu made me less interested.

We stayed at FLC Sea Tower for 3 nights and it was a refreshing change from typical hotel stays. Instead of a small room, we had a modern, fully furnished apartment—with a kitchen, washing machine, spacious living area, and a sea-facing balcony. It gave us the freedom to cook meals, do laundry, and enjoy breakfast with an ocean view. The apartment felt clean and cozy, and the location is unbeatable—right across the beach, and surrounded by local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. It’s perfect for families or long-term travelers. One downside is the parking—there’s no basement parking like hotels, and you need to pay for a nearby lot. Also, there’s no front-desk service like in hotels. But if you’re looking for space, independence, and a local-living vibe, FLC Sea Tower offers much more than just a bed. It’s not just accommodation—it’s your home by the beach.

The apartment was clean, with a few minor imperfections, but nothing critical. The kitchenware was good: pots and pans were decent, and the plates were sturdy plastic. (The dish soap was excellent quality, by the way.) The bed linen was clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The balcony offered views of the sea, city, and mountains. There's a washing machine and detergent on the balcony, and they actually clean the floors there, which is a rare find! The bathroom was standard: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and toothbrushes were provided. There were only two bath towels (which weren't particularly large), but I'm sure if you ask, they'd provide more. The manager, Nam, was kind enough to give us a higher floor than initially booked. The beach is just a 3-4 minute walk away. I really liked this apartment and its location. If I can get a high floor confirmed for September, I'll definitely be back.

It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable. Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean. Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess. Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time. It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.

Brand new hotel in the heart of Quy Nhon. Was one of the best hotels ever, I stayed in VN with its amazing price. I am so delighted to find this hotel in Quy Nhon. It is a really beautiful hotel. I loved everything, the hardware in the spotless room, as well as the service. I appreciate the receptionists so kind and helped me out when I needed. They really made my stay lovely. Xin Cam on.

I've stayed at this hotel for a long time. The young team of staff is wonderful and helped me with everything! Thank you very much! The breakfasts are delicious, and the rice flour dumplings are simply amazing! The fruits are incredibly sweet and ripe; I haven't encountered such good fruit in any other Vietnamese hotels. The hotel is well-located, with the GO supermarket, cafes, restaurants, the sea, and a promenade for walks nearby. However, it can be noisy in the evenings due to the disco at the restaurant across the street. I recommend this hotel! Thanks for having me!

The hotel is beach front, and surround by many food choices of local foods, seafoods, surf bar. The service is deserved for 5*. The staffs are very helpful and well trained. We tried their spa service, it’s good too. The breakfast is variety of international and local foods, however, there is room to improve the taste.
