We had a bit of a mishap. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, only to be told they had no rooms available, even though we had booked ours half a month in advance. I immediately contacted Trip.com, and they responded very quickly, transferring me to their overseas department. The customer service agent was incredibly helpful; she immediately called the hotel to find out what was going on. It turned out the hotel saw we hadn't arrived by midnight and, since Las Vegas was hosting a popular convention, they assumed we weren't coming and sold our room. We were staying for four days, why would we not show up? I really don't understand what the hotel was thinking. Trip.com was amazing, helping us negotiate and simultaneously looking for available rooms at nearby hotels. Everything was so booked up; we waited a long time with no news. Then, suddenly, the hotel said they had a room after all! Apparently, the hotel manager gave up their own suite for us. I'm really grateful for Trip.com's coordination and also thankful to that hotel manager. Even though they didn't hold our room and left us waiting in the cold for an hour (after a ten-plus hour flight, rushing straight to the hotel, only to be hit with this bombshell), thankfully it all got resolved in the end. I'm still very appreciative of Trip.com's quick response and assistance.

Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food.

I recently stayed at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and had a great overall experience. The property is huge, lively, and perfectly located on the Strip. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great view from the room, and despite the crowds, everything was well managed considering it was Christmas holidays . we stayed in the suite room in MGM tower.! A special mention to the help desk staff—they were extremely cooperative, polite, and genuinely accommodating. Overall, a classic Vegas hotel with great energy, good service, and professional staff. Would happily stay here again.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the entire lobby was gorgeous. The Chinese restaurant downstairs was also delicious. The bed was so soft that I ended up soaking in the tub for two days straight, and the bathtub itself was quite comfortable. The price wasn't too high either. Their convention center is super convenient and comfortable. Staying here for the Global Consumer Electronics Show was really practical.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient! Our family of four booked two rooms, which turned out to be two separate one-bedroom, one-living room, one-kitchen, and one-bathroom suites, all behind a single main door. This setup was so practical! We cooked instant noodles and even made pork rib soup for the kids. We stayed for three nights, and what's even better is that each suite came with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. So convenient! We'll definitely be back!

The place was kind of loud.  Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com

This hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.

GGuest UserExcellent stay! They offer free luggage storage, and it's quite convenient to get there from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, there's a restaurant and convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

YYerJoshAmazing experience in The Venetian, it was our first time and you have to consider some great points to know why is the best hotel to stay in Las Vegas: 1. Amazing location 2. Direct Access to The Sphere concerts and Events 3. The Parking lot is easy to access in and out 4. Access to the Rooms are very close to the parking so you don’t need to walk too much 5. Access to food court are really close to the access to the rooms and that is amazing! 6. The Venetian gondolas attraction are really good and the whole decoration around is simply amazing! 7. The Rooms are recently renovated and the Deluxe Kings rooms have the option to see the Sphere and the rooms in the opposite side will see The Strip! So everyone will have a really nice view! 8. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip Boulevard! 9. If you are planning to attend the CES, the largest technology event in the world you will have access to the Venetian Expo! So is the best place to stay during that event

GGuest UserThe room extremely clean and spacious. I was happy the shower had superb water pressure. Hotel staff were all cheerful and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Fremont Experience Canopy which is such a fun street to check out! Don’t forget to admire the charming victorian architecture of the hotel and casino and look for the antiques and slab of the Berlin Wall!

GGuest UserThe Westgate is a tired, old hotel a with high “resort” fee for nothing more than a pool. When you first walk in you are hit with a strong floral scent to mask the decades of cigarette smoke that clings to everything. Food options are minimal. No free in room coffee. Found dead bugs in the bathtub. I stayed at the Westgate because my son had a sporting event in the hotel’s convention area, next time I’ll stay at the hotel across the street.

GGuest User- check in and check out Q was so long. - room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA. - the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower, room 6235. - staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly. - choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.

Cchenchen TaipeiWe stayed for three nights, paying $2773 per night. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was huge as well. The shower only had a rain showerhead, and turning it on was quite unusual; you had to pull it out firmly. The hot and cold water came from the same source, and at first, I thought it was broken and there was no water. My husband, somehow inspired, gave it a strong pull, saving me from calling the front desk to change rooms. My only minor disappointment was being assigned a room facing the parking lot with no view, but overall, at this price, there's nothing to complain about. The location is excellent. You can walk south to New York-New York and north to The Venetian. There's a connected walkway to Paris and Horseshoe. Horseshoe is usually the pick-up point for Grand Canyon day tours, and staying in the Bordeaux Tower, we could leisurely walk to the pick-up point in a maximum of 15 minutes. There are many great eateries near the hotel. We tried Taco Bell, Dirt Dog, Giordano's, and Panda Express (I personally love Panda Express and ate there twice!). I originally wanted to visit many casinos, but then I realized that the casino interiors on the Strip are mostly similar, essentially shopping malls, with the grander facades only at the entrance: ☑️ Flamingo Hotel: I'm utterly fascinated by Bugsy Siegel's story. The hotel is filled with flamingos and pink everywhere. Every flamingo image made me a little sad, thinking about Bugsy Siegel being murdered by his own people and how desperate his girlfriend must have been to lose him. ☑️ The Venetian: The main entrance replicates Venice's St. Mark's Square. We had just returned from Italy, and the recreation was quite accurate. There's even a small canal in the shopping area where you can take a gondola ride. ☑️ Caesars Palace: You must see the three-story spiral escalator. Riding down from the top, facing the statues, gives you an immersive feeling of traveling through ancient Rome. My husband said it felt like facing a final boss in a video game. February 2026
