I think the air conditioner is also set to warm, otherwise an electric heater would not be hot in every corner. The room is spacious, bright, has a good view, is clean and tidy, and is very comfortable to live in. It is a hotel that I will never forget after leaving the hotel. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The customer service is amazing, almost all staff we have encountered with are friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in and also helped us with our luggage. The hotel is tastefully decorated with quality materials. The breakfast was very delicious with many selections. Areas needed to improve are 1)The hot water pressure is very weak for the bathtub in our room. 2) The plastic cover for the bathtub was nice thought but not practical.

Quanyun Mountain Residence is in a great location. There is a place to take bamboo rafts right at the door. Turn right and walk for a few minutes to reach the back door of the scenic area. The essence of Equan is near the back door. The room was clean and comfortable, very quiet, and the price was reasonable for the off-season. There is an elevator, which is more convenient for the elderly. I booked a river view room. In fact, this place is not near the river, so the view room is not very meaningful, and other room types may be more cost-effective. The store clerk service was good. The breakfast noodles are delicious.

The nearby villa is very close to eating, within walking distance, good products, and very clean and affordable. When ordering food, Miss Sister reminded me that group purchase is enough. The hotel 🏨 has a warm service. Before checking in, please contact us if you want to choose a non-smoking room or if you have any special requirements. The afternoon tea is very rich and the children's toiletries are thoughtfully prepared. There are also scented tea and fruits prepared at the front desk. If you come again next time, please Xiang, will definitely stay here again. The Vietnamese restaurant recommended by the beautiful woman at the front desk was very good.

The hotel is very stunning. It is a stunning beauty that cannot be truly reflected by the official photos of Ctrip and the photos of guests. The mountain scenery of Guangxi needs to be seen with the naked eye. The mobile phone cannot capture the grandeur of the scene. The hotel housekeeper Jane is a model of hard work. Whether it is 5 am or 11 pm, she will reply quickly. We are surprised! The hotel restaurant is also very amazing and reasonably priced. Special mention should be made of Dongmei from the Ritz-Carlton Tea House. She is warm and thoughtful, and the photos are amazing. The one-to-one tour guide Xiaoliang is also dedicated and responsible. Make our journey efficient and unique. The package of Ritz-Carlton provides an extraordinary experience. You must try it if you have the opportunity. It is a completely different travel experience from buying tickets by yourself. Finally, there are some shortcomings. The bamboo rafting project is relatively cost-effective. The afternoon tea is exposed to the sun outdoors and the taste is completely unpalatable. This project can be re-evaluated.

We spent three weeks travelling around China in early April and this was probably my favourite destination. The hotel staff were genuinely SO friendly and helpful, as were all of the locals in the area. We had the hotel driver pick us up from the airport for ¥300 which was a 2.5 hour drive - 谢谢司机🙏🏼 When we got there, we met the receptionist who turned out to be one of the kindest people we met the whole trip! He was not only the receptionist but also helped out in the kitchen, and was willing to drive guests to / from places around the village. He lives on-site and has a little translation device if you don’t speak Mandarin 😊 We had two dinners in the hotel which were both amazing, we received complimentary tea and rice wine!! The view from the balcony was incredible. The village has three main viewpoints and the hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from one of them so we heard so many tourists walk by talking about how they wish they would have booked to stay in this hotel! Overall, I would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back in the future but probably in September time as this is when the rice is in full harvest!

Very friendly family ran hotel. The greatest advantage is its location, which is only a few mins walk from one of the viewing platforms. The room are well maintained and clean. We booked the sunrise view room and the balcony looked like a painting. Logistically, you need to take the village tourist shuttle to get here from the Ping’an Village parking lot because it’s located within the protected area. You must let the ticket vendor know the name of your hotel so they drop you off at the right one (there are multiple hotels inside the protected area) This hotel is also about a 30 min walk from another viewing platform, which I would recommend doing if you have the time, as the walk was mostly flat and the scenery along the way was very nice as well. Breakfast is quite typical of the area and the dinner was also quite nice. Overall would stay here again!
