This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for accommodation close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus service to the airport, but you need to book it in advance. However, don't expect too much from the rooms, as I encountered cockroaches and sugar ants during my stay. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful.

Had to say they fulfilled my requirement of getting a room on the top floor of the building, which was a nice touch of nature, and you will get a wake-up call from birds Singing every morning outside of the balcony. It is not the biggest accommodation in the area, but you will enjoy a nice view of the city, including friendly service, the room is very clean and comfortable. Room is pretty good, clean, and spacious. I booked including breakfast (service 6:00-10:00). The food has not much variety but tastes great. however, I went there around 9:00. 20% of the food was out, but the hotel did not refill it. Location is quite far from the BTS station.

When I stayed in this hotel, it was raining or cool season in Thailand. This hotel is considerate about the guests. Each mosquito-repellent container can be seen placed along the corridor to repel the mosquitoes, hence ensuring safety and well-being of guests. There is also the business centre to print black and white documents. When staying in this hotel, do not forget to taste its restaurant's delicious Pineapple Fried Rice during dinner and learn new skill in eating Thai food. The hotel is the perfect place for plane-spotting. On its rooftop swimming pool area, its fitness centre, room bathroom and along the corridors, plane-spotters can appreciate and hone their skill in spotting aircraft landing and taking off in different directions from 7 am to 7 pm daily. Overall, it is a learning experience for me and I will stay here again.

The hotel room rate has recently increased because expensive toiletries are now used in all rooms and I observe that the hotel is selling souvenirs and local products at the lobby. I am grateful to Siam Mandarina Hotel for allowing me to carry out plane-spotting from 10 am to 5 pm on its terrace garden, which opens from 6 am to 8 pm. I like the room allocated to me as there is the panoramic view of Suvarnabhumi's runway and I am very happy when I see an aircraft arriving on the runway. To see aircraft taking off to the sky during winter, stand at the Terrace Garden ideally. I will stay here again if necessary for plane-spotting purpose.

Easy to reach by car, then take Bolt or Grab if we want to pop out for a drink. Rapid check in and check out. Clean simple room design. Ample safe parking. 7-11 next door. Quiet area, just off the main road heading East. We drove on to Pattaya after a social call to meet friends in the area. Keep coming back.

The Amaranth is about 15mins away from the main BKK airport, so it’s away from Bangkok city, but perfect for a layover. I was very impressed with the kind service from reception and the concierge, the cleanliness of the room and facilities, and lovely resort-like layout of the hotel and its gardens. I certainly slept very well in the room, as the bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, thanks to the black-out curtains. The food at breakfast had a buffet selection of Asian and Western dishes, including fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, pancake station, noodles, fried rice, coffee/tea, etc. For a hotel, I found the food very satisfactory. In the afternoon, I visited the Ma Spa for a 60min oil massage. It was absolutely glorious and worth every bit of the TBH 1720 (incl. tax).

I booked this establishment for 1 night by booking.com when i arrived they told me that they was fullybooked and surprisingly they didn’t work with Booking.com, i had my reservation confirmed and told me that i had to cancel it. It was 1 am, they didn’t give me any solution and charged me the advance. Nowadays they haven’t return me the money and I still waiting for a solution and explanations due to i was like a homeless trying to find another establishment in a street plenty of angry dogs which tried to attack me. An horrible experience that maybe could ruin your holidays. Receptionist literally was good-for-nothing people and their english level was really poor. 0 decisive and 0 professionals. SHAME.

Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .

I recently stayed at Marigold Hotel Bangkok, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. We love the cosy ambience of Koon Hotel. We travelled in a big group of 14 and they accommodated our request to stay on the same floor. The room was comfortable and nice, bathroom was small but sufficient. We love the cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Pool and fitness gym was rather small but good enough for a quick workout. Only thing is you will need to arrange for a cab to bring you to places, as the BTS station is not within walking distance. But there is a 7-11 convenience store beside the hotel, useful for getting your supplies and snacks. Highly recommended, hope to return again in future. Absolutely great. I try to help by giving useful feedback but for CLEF HOTEL, I could not think of a single material suggestion because management and staff do everything exceptionally well. I was very impressed. ROOM Large w lazy chair vault & bathtub. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Empty space for luggage too. Room & bath are spacious. Even has balcony. Large king sized bed. BREAKFAST - must get, don't miss out Has Thai w soup & western entrées. Salad bread cereal drinks fruit. Attentive & pleasant staff always replenished so food never runs low. Rather embarrassing to say that I looked forward to the breakfast every morning. LOCATION Close to Bearing BTS, imperial world, TonSai night market, several buffets, lots of shops lining the sidewalk, street food at night, easy Songtæw & buses. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We’d booked this cozy resort for a business trip, and we couldn’t enjoy their facilities. That said, the staff were very service oriented; I forget my shaving kit and phoned the reception requesting for one, but it wasn’t available. However, the receptionist made it happen by asking his colleagues on the way to the hotel to purchase one and had it delivered to my room just before the morning meeting. We highly recommend this resort for business and leisure travelers, and we won’t hesitate to stay with you again in the near future. Keep it up! 👍

You don't expect to find such a classy hotel in this non-touristy area. The reception, lobby and breakfast area have a luxurious, stylish look, the spaces are very well decorated. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast is served in buffet style, with a variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, vegetables and pastry. The rooms are soberly furnished, but spacious and clean. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including a toothbrush with toothpaste. We have stayed here several times and will continue to return.

The staff speaks English at the reception, and are definitely helpful. The room are still in good shape but the cleaning in the bathroom might be improved. The 2 aspects that are impacting negatively my review are the following: - free mini-bar for the first night, just check-out the photo, it's a fake promotion - the breakfast is at this moment a pure scam as well. Probably due to covid, they can't make a buffet and it is fully understandable, but the customer should informed up front what it will be: a plate and a all-in-one dehydrated coffee. If I knew, I'll not include it. Anyway...

This hotel has great facilities. It just needs some love and attention. The pool was great, the gym was excellent, and quite spacious. There was no drinking water available at the gym, though. The A/C was switched off and hence, it was super hot when I entered the gym. The location of the hotel was the biggest problem. There were no shops or restaurants close by. It's far from the city and closer to the airport which we knew. The reception was very difficult to reach and had to inform them or call them several times to get things done. Even though, they say it's a free shuttle. it's quite hard to get any communication from the reservations for pickup from the airport. Then, the breakfast, it was quite average and there were just too many bugs are worms crushed to death by the customers walking around. it was quite disgusting. The fruit section was completely left open and bugs and fruit flies were lying on it. All they had to do was just cover them. Hopefully, they take this feedback constructively and improve.

I will be totally honest here. My 2nd visit as I needed to be close to BKK airport. The hotel is brand new. Very clean, great rooms, nice showers, amazing beds, and pillows. If you don't need anything you will be fine. If you need to order, have any questions, Food delivery, grocery delivery, or anything g related that needs speaking English, you're in trouble So positives, very clean, brand new and close to the airport. Also the pool looked great. The issues: Huge teething issues No staff training or even the right staff. 90% of visitors are foreign as you would imagine. Noone speaks any English. No Google translate. Checking is painful, checkout even more painful. If you call from the room its impossible. Now I'm no diva, just calling reception to ask for our luggage or if grab delivery has arrived. Mission impossible. No AC around hotel. So it really humid. AC in rooms left off so takes 1 hour to cool. Unbelievably hot. I landed at midnight so arrived at 1am. My booking on Agoda was confirmed for my days but they had wrong days. So I had to pay again. Just don't need this afte travel. So after checking in at 1am I left at 13:00 the next day. Instead if telling me or calling when I checked out they chatged me the full rate whole day for 1 hour. To me that's pretty bad in a hotel that's empty, brand new and looking at customer happiness. So all the rest you can live with it's OK. The last part on check out for me was u real. This is a guy who is President for the 3rd largest hotel group in the world. Poor standards in my opinion. You just don't do that without notice or confirmation. So just be aware. A comfortable stay for sure. But has its issues on customer service. Its just not there. I'm sure the staff have never worked in a hotel or hospitality before. Maybe a recruiting competency is hospitality exposure and speak some English

For business trips, there is a small supermarket downstairs of the hotel which is very convenient. There are many taxis in front of the hotel, and the drivers don't know how to charge you. There are many small restaurants about 200 meters straight from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is cooked to order, and the breakfast guy's attitude is very, very good.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service brother is very warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is in line with the Chinese taste, very good experience, not far from the airport, next time you have the opportunity to choose to live here! highly recommended
