A few members of staff are able to speak fluent English. Vending machine available on the ground floor. 15 mins walk to Blagnac commercial centre where you can find supermarket and restaurants. A bit off from transport links towards city centre but it’s only 20 mins walk from the airport. Room is clean in general while you can spot limescale around the tap. Basic kitchen utensils are available but no condiments.

The bed in the standard room is wide enough for a family of three. It is very convenient to go to Capitol Square. There is free mineral water in the room. Overall, it is not bad. The disadvantage is that it is a bit old and the corridor smells a bit musty.
Nice quiet serviced apartment tucked by the beach.
Their swimming pool is ace and their service always warm and welcoming!
The beach is conveniently a few steps away.
Definitely a home away from home.
Para la Calidad/precio está fenomenal. Cuenta con aparcamiento para clientes y tiene una buena ubicación.
Buena atención. Te dejan un botecito de gel/champú+ jabón de manos. Que siempre es un detalle.
Fantastic: very clean and with a nice terrace for lunch and breakfast; the smell of tobacco and smoke rose up in the air. The elevators are impossible to take, and planes fly by, so you can high-five your passengers.
Great for a stopover on the way to your destination.
We'll be back.

Excellent place, near the canal du midi, less than 15 min walk to the city centre, 25 to La Daurade, 20 to Place St-Pierre. Really clean, everything in the kitchenette to cook.
The hotel is clean, well equipped, spacious and convenient. No extra bed, Sunday lunch, the staff here is very warm and patient, and can't speak French in English.
A supermarket and a cinema are five minutes away.
There is an airport nearby, but there is no noise from planes, but the road nearby can be disturbing because of the noise of passing motorcycles.
There is a charger for electric cars.
The entrance gates close at 9 p.m.
The choice for breakfast is not large
The garbage from the bins on the hotel grounds was not removed in 24 hours, although the hotel positions itself as caring for the environment

Very well placed in a quiet area, located just behind the Compans Caffarelli park and the Japanese garden. Toures amenities close to the hotel on foot: metro 5 minutes walk, shopping center, bus, Canal du Midi a few minutes away and if you come via the ring road it's a few minutes drive from the ring road exit.
The hotel is very clean, the room too. The staff is very friendly and smiling, especially the front-of-house manager of the hotel restaurant.
Restaurant: it’s a shame that the choice on the menu doesn’t change more often. Sinn good fresh produce, and hearty dishes. The huge Caesar salad, magnificent, excellent and very well presented.
Excellent bedding
And no noise from the hallway or from the bedrooms
A small downside with the TV channels: no access to all the channels when we were there and as it was the weekend the person who takes care of it was not present
JJacquelineThe hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient, just near the train station, within walking distance, and convenient for eating. The surrounding environment is a bit messy, but the hotel's internal environment is great, and it is pet-friendly. They also prepared a dog bowl for my dog

GGuest UserWe will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it.
It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.
Ggregory clayThis is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.
Ffluffy pancakesIt was a pretty pleasant experience in general. Even though we stayed only for a night, facilities are great, clean, good breakfast and the view😍, bed is comfortable, spa with sauna and that massage pool was warm and relaxing and it was only like 13 euros per person 🤩. Had dinner at M restaurant by the beach and you can rent sunbeds there or also there are other places to choose from aswell . The place is a little bit far compared to other beaches but in my opinion is what makes it more special. Even like that you can find everything you need within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, beautiful clean beach🤩🤩😍)
10 out of 10 would recommend.
I wish had more time to stay more days 😄😉
Sstar097The location should be good, there is a big park next to it, not far from the city center (maybe because the city is also relatively small) staff service is very friendly, the room is very clean, the breakfast is also good (just no Dishes 😂)
GGuest UserNothing to complain about, it's true that the accommodation is too small compared to the photos, but generally it's clean, the welcome is friendly, especially the ladies in the kitchen who prepare breakfast and who are very helpful. I'll be back 😉
SSophia HackerI stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality.
On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.
GGuest UserVery well especially the sports room and the top roof and the pool against us were at the first floor room 1011 and at each closet of the entrance door at the reception our bed trembled thanks to check because we thought there was a Tremblement de terre et d'ailleurs nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil
