Everything is fine. There is a sauna, gym and swimming pool. But, a deposit of 200 euros is required by card. Like a security deposit for equipment, since it is an apart-hotel. They do not take cash. Only a card. Without a card, they do not give a room.

В пяти минах езды супермаркет и кинотеатр. Рядом аэропорт но шума самолетов нет, но вот дорога рядом может беспокоить из-за шума проезжающих мотоциклов. Есть зарядка для электромобилей. Ворота на въезд закрываются в 9 вечера Выбор на завтрак не большой Мусор из урн на территории отеля за сутки не убрали, хотя позиционирует себя с заботой об экологии

MMorris Enroute* If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.

GGuest UserWe will definitely come back 😍♥️ we loved it. It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

Ggregory clayThis is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back.

Ffluffy pancakesIt was a pretty pleasant experience in general. Even though we stayed only for a night, facilities are great, clean, good breakfast and the view😍, bed is comfortable, spa with sauna and that massage pool was warm and relaxing and it was only like 13 euros per person 🤩. Had dinner at M restaurant by the beach and you can rent sunbeds there or also there are other places to choose from aswell . The place is a little bit far compared to other beaches but in my opinion is what makes it more special. Even like that you can find everything you need within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, beautiful clean beach🤩🤩😍) 10 out of 10 would recommend. I wish had more time to stay more days 😄😉

GGuest UserThis was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.
