Because we lost our passport, the hotel reception is very nice!
They willing to help us pass the stored luggage to our arrange courier , would have been needing to take 14 hours flight if they didn’t help. Very appreciated for their service to hotel guests!
The place is nice, across there is a cafe.
Close to rai.
Their service is excellent. Appreciated that for the last bit !
The room was a bit small, but the hygiene and environment were good, which is quite fair for the price.
Although it's a bit far from the city center, there's a bus stop right outside, making transportation quite convenient.
The room facilities are relatively new, and the service was attentive. A good experience overall.

The check-in process was straightforward. The staff at the front desk were polite and professional, though not particularly warm or enthusiastic. They handled everything efficiently, but there wasn’t much personal engagement or effort to make the stay feel special.
The room was clean enough and of a reasonable size. The furniture was a bit dated but functional, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The air conditioning worked, and the bathroom had all the basic amenities — soap, shampoo, towels — though none of it felt premium. Everything was maintained decently, though some areas, like the corners of the carpet and bathroom grout, could use a deeper clean.
The Wi-Fi worked most of the time, though it did slow down occasionally. Not ideal if you’re working remotely, but fine for casual browsing or streaming. The TV had a fair selection of channels, though picture quality wasn’t the best.
I tried the breakfast buffet one morning. It was… fine. Standard fare: eggs, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee. Nothing tasted bad, but nothing tasted particularly fresh or memorable either. The dining area was tidy but a bit uninspired — think cafeteria rather than café.
The location of the hotel is reasonably convenient, depending on what you need. It’s not right in the center, but it’s within a short drive or a manageable walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was available and easy to access, which I appreciated.
Noise levels were acceptable. I could hear the occasional footsteps in the hallway and faint sounds from nearby rooms, but it wasn’t disruptive enough to cause any issues.
Overall, I’d describe my stay as completely satisfactory. The hotel met the minimum expectations in every category: cleanliness, comfort, service, and convenience. It’s not the kind of place you’ll rave about afterward, but it’s also not one you’ll regret booking.
We loved the hotel, the common areas are very beautiful, the staff is very professional and willing to help. They even allowed us to check in almost two hours early. The room was incredible, as well as the view. Everything was very clean. We would definitely return!
Very prime location with just less than a minute's walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. Facilities are in good shape, staff are friendly, however, one of the two lifts at the annex building of the hotel was out of order during my stay, leaving crowds to wait for the only lift for 5-10 mins during rush hours was definitely not the experience that I was expecting given the price tag of the hotel room. Would suggest the staff to open the staircase for customers who don't mind walking up/down a floor or two for an alternative option instead of fighting for the only lift with other hotel guests with luggages.
This is my second time staying in Inntel. They are really in a good location. Here are my reviews according to the good and bad.
Positive:
1. The location is perfect. Located at the Station Zaandam. Walkable distance. There are many shops nearby, like Albert Heijn etc.
2. The view from the hotel was very nice too.
3. Super friendly staff from the front desk.
Negative:
1. Probably not hotel responsibility. But the escalator and elevator which access the hotel (outside the hotel) have not functioned for quite some time. As a tourist, mostly carried with heavy luggage, which caused inconvenience.
2. The design from the room and bathroom. There is a glass, so if someone goes to the toilet and turns on the light in the middle of the night. It was quite disturbing. If there was just a dim light it would be much appreciated.
3. The water power from the shower was quite weak. So kind of disappointed.
But overall we still enjoyed a pleasant stay in Inntel this time.
The room was so beautiful, clean and welcoming
The bed and pillow 😻
The staff were amazing, courteous and super helpful
The service was amazing but the food could be more to be fair but I will give an 8.5/10 ❤️

Have a stay of one night at Corendon Urban Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel for a quick stopover. The free shuttle bus from Schiphol Airport made getting there hassle-free. Now under Marriott, members can earn points and enjoy perks like a welcome drink.
The hotel has an apartment-style setup, making it feel more spacious and home-like. My room was comfortable and well-equipped for a short stay. There’s also an indoor swimming pool, laundry facilities, a mini-mart, and vending machines for added convenience. If you’re driving, the hotel offers parking and EV chargers.
Overall, a great option for a short airport stay with excellent facilities—wish I had more time to enjoy them!
Lovely day at the Spa. Enjoyed it. The massages were lovely and the Spa is great!
Too bad you can't take your food outside on a cardboard plate or something like that when the weather is nice. Maybe something to think about.
Hotel room and breakfast are good.

ZZhaozaidadaoshangz16The location of the hotel is absolutely in the city center. The room is spacious and beautiful. It is a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the canal. The service is superb. The old doorman is a gentleman, and the receptionist is very polite. The bathroom is large, and the bedding in the room is superb, very comfortable. It gets dark at half past ten in the summer here, and the beautiful bells echo in the night sky. Special reminder: This hotel can check out at 4 pm.
HHypnoseWaldorf Amsterdam. The location has nothing to say, just by the Gentleman's Canal, an old European house.1.2-1.5 kilometers from several major museums, within 20 minutes walk (the three-story canal and each few steps have a cute bridge and a small house like chocolate on the shore make the journey shorter). First-class service, breakfast is very good, smoked salmon and ham are made by themselves, the taste is very good, but the room meal is difficult to say 😭; Room hygiene is also an absolute standard. The floor of the light white bathroom, bathtub, shower, countertop, and anywhere can not find a trace of uncleanness. The cleaning waiter is still so haunted (like the high-end hotels in Hong Kong and Tokyo); The bath is a full set of large bottles of Aesop, put it directly; basically, except for the expensive, there is nothing wrong with ~ I will consider living in Amsterdam next time.
MMPK44This hotel is new and well-maintained. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes by tram from the train station and 30 minutes from the main museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there were a few minor issues. The door to our room was extremely heavy, making it difficult for some guests to open. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a cleaning sound during the night, which was disruptive to our sleep. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and I would recommend it to others.

AAnonymous UserFor a W hotel, the experience was not as good as it is in other locations
The location is ok , but the tram passing by and the noisy bars might be noisy especially when you are on lower floors
The room is OK , nothing really special about it, and feel soulless with kitchy decorations and wall paintings
Breakfast is not bad as well
Cleaning is ok but i found a silverfish on the room… not to mention as well that some amenities are not replaced if used… unless ordered
Most of the staff were really helpful and nice , except a very rude one on the bank checkin counter that should change jobs if it’s annoying her that much
The pool , spa and lounge and gym are really amazing but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we wanted because of the weather and time constraints
Overall , i would say it’s a good value for money but there are better options in Amsterdam!
