Perfect location! Everything you need is right outside the door. This hotel location is unbeatable. It is right at the famous road and situated right opposite Shilla Duty Free, which made shopping so convenient. The street itself is lively, with plenty of nice eatery and gift shopsvalong the street. I also loved that there is a E-mart near the black pork restaurant, making it a very good place to buy grocery, fruits and snacks to bring back as souvenirs. Highly recommended for the convenience. There are a few shops that we enjoyed, serving great food at reasonable prices.

Located near Hamdeok Beach, the off-season price was great. The hotel is tucked away in an alley and has a parking tower, but there aren't many flat parking spaces and they're hard to get. There's a free public parking lot not too far away. The front desk staff were very friendly and explained how to use the parking facilities. The breakfast was a highlight – clean, hygienic, and with a diverse selection. Even though there was only one person working in the restaurant during the off-season, she was always smiling, which brightened my mood! The room was large, but the design lacked a bit of privacy (perhaps suitable for couples). The toilet area with a clear glass partition was a bit awkward. There were no hangers provided in the room, and the power outlets were strangely placed and blocked by furniture. The sink was designed too low – I don't know who designed it, but they should be fired. Overall, staff/breakfast get 5 stars, location 4, and room amenities/design 3. It would still be a good choice if visiting in the summer.

Shop till you drop and easily stash your haul in your room. - Plenty of dining options nearby, including Paris Baguette, 7-Eleven, CU, and various international restaurants – perfect for a late-night snack. Clean, Comfortable, Thoughtful Amenities: - Rooms are new, spotless, and odor-free. Some room types are quite spacious by Korean standards. - Equipped with Chinese plugs/sockets, so no adapter needed. - Separate wet/dry areas in the bathroom, with a bidet, and comfortable bedding. - Some sea-view rooms offer a dual view of the airport planes and the ocean. Excellent Service, Flexible & Convenient: - Front desk staff offer Chinese language service, making communication a breeze. - Early check-in is available if rooms are free, and check-out is quick. - Staff actively assist with taxi bookings and shuttle arrangements, and luggage storage is convenient. - Housekeeping is thorough, and drinking water is replenished daily.

Room was clean The location of the hotel was good. The balcony was small, but it was still big enough to enjoy breakfast during warm weather, and the view was very beautiful. However, I should mention something for people who are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping. The hotel is close to the airport, which makes transportation very convenient, but you may hear airplanes at night while sleeping. There is also a large square in front of the hotel where people walk, ride bicycles, walk their pets, and sometimes gather to sing songs together. It’s actually a nice and lively activity, but again, people who are sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind. Personally, I am not very sensitive to noise, so although I heard the sounds, I was still able to sleep comfortably. Since we were traveling with a baby and using a stroller, the room felt a bit small for us, so I wanted to mention that as well. Overall, the room was clean. However, the hotel no longer provides the complimentary personal care kits (like toothbrush and toothpaste) that used to be common in hotels, so it’s better to bring your own. The shampoo provided was also not very good and there was no separate conditioner, so I ended up buying my own. On the positive side, there are markets right behind and next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The gym was quite small, probably suitable for about five people. There was also a parking issue. The hotel’s own parking area is very small for such a large hotel, so we were directed to park on the street in front of the hotel. It was free, but it may still be inconvenient for families with children. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful.

It's about a ten-minute taxi ride from the city center, and also about ten minutes to the airport. If you have an early morning flight, it might be hard to hail a taxi, but you can ask the front desk to help you call one if you don't have a local SIM card. The rooms offer ocean views, and you can take a walk to the lighthouse. There's an Emart nearby, though smaller than the one in the city center. You can see many planes taking off and landing. The hotel front desk staff speak English. It's very close to Chilseong-ro street and there's also a McDonald's. The hotel has a BBQ restaurant on the ground floor that offers room service, and a BHC chicken place is just a few minutes' walk away.

Looking for a healing getaway with my husband, choosing a place to stay in Jeju was a big decision. Hygge turned out to be perfect! The location is great, and being able to watch the sunrise and see Hyungje Island right from our room was truly the best part. The owner was also very kind, and the hotel's interior, decorated in a charming, cozy style, was wonderful. It’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again on our next trip.

## Amenities: The room was quite spacious, which was a plus, and I particularly appreciated the smart toilet. Otherwise, everything else met the standards of a five-star hotel, so there's not much else to add. ## Environment: The hotel is directly connected to an outlet mall, where I even bought a piece of clothing. There are also several restaurants nearby, though I didn't get a chance to try them, so I can't comment. One floor down, there's a rather large area with mid-range brands. ## Service: The service was excellent. As soon as I arrived, a very handsome, K-pop-esque bellhop helped open the car door and with my luggage. The front desk service was also top-notch, as expected from a five-star hotel. ## Location: I need to specifically address the location. When I booked, I didn't closely examine the map of Jeju Island, so upon arrival, I realized it's quite far from the city center. If you're planning to rent a car or book a day tour, this hotel generally isn't within the pickup/drop-off range, which is something to consider. However, it does have some advantage for visiting attractions in the southern Seogwipo area, like the Jusangjeolli Cliff. But ultimately, that's a matter of personal perspective.

The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport and is quite large, divided into two buildings. There's a supermarket on the fourth floor, but everything I wanted was sold out, probably because there were too many guests. Luckily, there are two GS25 convenience stores downstairs. If you go out the back door and turn left, you'll find a BHC fried chicken place – their fried chicken definitely beats BBQ! Oh, and I was shocked when I called room service for ice and was told there was a charge for it. The room itself was really good, very spacious, and they even provided an extra bed for the child for free.

I personally like the location. Near to airport. Taxi fare less than 6500won. Bus Stop just outside of the hotel. 7-11 next door too. Didn't try out the breakfast, gym and swimming pool so no comments on that. Understood that 2000won is needed for towel fee if you choose to swim. You can find their 2 wasing machines and 2 dryers at B2. 5000won for washing and 5000won for drying. 500won for a small pack of powder detergent. Thank you to the ajummas that did room cleaning, they were friendly and well mannered. Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff instead, they weren't as friendly as I would hope them to be. The front staff just asked us for our name and the number of luggage and gave as a tag which we need to tag it on our luggage ourselves. and also, the luggage we would have to leave them at the ba Luggage area and collect ourselves once we were done. This can be better managed by the hotel front desk staff than the hotel guests instead. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

The hotel is right on Olle Trail 7, and the room faces the sea, which was much better than I expected. The only downside is that transportation is quite inconvenient; you have to walk about ten minutes to the bus stop.
