The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

It was a 12-15 minute walk from the bus terminal, and quite easy to find. There was a convenience store, souvenir shop, and buggy rental shop on the way. There was a cat that happened to greet us. Maybe it's a family-run business, but all the staff were very kind. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. It's a buffet. The room was clean, with a large kitchen and cooking utensils and appliances, and it seemed like a good place for a long-term family stay. There was a balcony and a place to hang out the laundry, but it seemed like there were baby birds living there, so they were noisy and there was a bit of a feces smell. It wasn't a problem if you kept the windows closed. The room was on the second floor and the windows had automatic shutters. There were also security cameras on the premises outside, so it was guarded. Although it was a short stay, it was a very relaxing time.

The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

Staff at ambience suites were responsive and pleasant. Breakfast was provided and it was a decent spread. However, location was ~20mins walk from Fira main bus station (it says 10mins on gmaps but its uphill + we were carrying our luggages) so it was slightly inconvenient. Slightly noisy at night as well and the room does not use blackout curtains so the sun shines into the room at 6+ in the morning.

Caldera Premium Villa is located in the center of Oia, overlooking the volcano. It offers a swimming pool and accommodation with Cycladic décor. Room balconies offer Caldera and Aegean Sea views. The accommodation and views are great. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast provided by the hotel was outstanding. My only complaint is that the location of the hotel is halfway up the cliff, which requires a lot of stairs before you get there. Staff will greet you on arrival and take your luggage, but you may find it difficult to navigate if you have bad knees etc. Other than that, an amazing place in the world.

Opposite the hotel is the Blue Church, and you can watch the sunset in one minute. If you are obsessed with sunrise and sunset, you must book this hotel. You can watch the sunrise from most rooms and by the pool. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended that those who are physically fit can complete the 10-kilometer hike from Fira to Oia. There are beautiful scenery along the way. It is recommended to start walking slowly after lunch, and you can have a drink and watch the sunset when you arrive in Oia.

The room is great. Living in this area is not as lively as Oia and Fira. We stayed in 104 and the view is also very good. If you want to watch the sunset, it is not recommended to stay here. The water in the pool is always warm.

The room is large. The equipment is generally not equipped with a socket. The tap water is salty and has a relationship with the whole island. There are only blankets for quilts that no one likes. Overall it is recommended to stay.

Lovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast. The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them. The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email. Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear. The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs! Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located just one minute from the main street in Oia, so I was grateful that I could return to the hotel for a short rest when I got tired. I was also very impressed with the female staff member who assisted me at check-in and check-out, who was very friendly and helpful. As you can see from the photo, the room was elegant and clean like an urban hotel, and I really liked it. The breakfast was just as satisfying as the luxury hotel I stayed at the previous night, with a larger selection than I expected, and everything was delicious. Opposite of hotel is sea view. Very nice view and location is very near to the town. Walking distance to the town and port. Restaurant just beside the hotel. Nice !

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The Greek yogurt is very good. The orange juice is freshly squeezed by a large machine. The dinner is also very exquisite, but the price is not cheap. It is a bit troublesome to go to the Center. The taxi costs about 30 euros in cash.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was big, there was a terrace and a small fridge. Apart from the room there is a main house with the reception, the pool and the breakfast room. You can get everything you need in the supermarket around the corner, aswell as the restaurant. The old town is only four minutes away with the car.

The hotel upgraded our room for free. The room was tidy and clean. Because it was the off-peak tourist season, most of the restaurants on the island were closed. We ordered food at the hotel in the evening. The food tasted really good, especially the yogurt. We left the next day. The hotel also specially arranged free airport drop-off service. The service was in place and I was satisfied!

Hotel is at a amazing location, the staff is really friendly and they explained us all important things we needed to know, on arrival. I would love to stay again in future.

I had a great stay. Staff are so accommodating. Location is convenient to all port. Airport and town center. Amazing view once your outside of your room. This hotel was very good, the views from the pool area were excellent and the sunset was amazing - would recommend although the steps and the walk from the town centre could be challenging for some - got used to it after a couple of days though.

The location of the hotel is excellent, not far from the central intersection of the town, there are supermarkets, restaurants, car rental points nearby, all available, very convenient. On the balcony of the room, you can see the sea view, windmill, town view, charming scenery. The hotel is also very clean, cleaned on time every day, the pool is small but exquisite, the breakfast style is not too much but the taste is good, not very salty, suitable for our taste. You can ask the hotel to help you arrange a car transfer to the airport or port, not free, but cheaper than taking a taxi. However, the water in the hotel room is free on the first day, plus a fee.

There is a suite with jacuzzi which is super new. The interior is very attractive. Two TVs with great mattresses. It blows out great In the old town of Mykonos. Men have a lot of privacy. The swimming pool is also great. Small drawbacks I found that the front desk is not very competent, and the breakfast is also very standard. But no beautiful place is better than long equipment Have fun, William

The hotel has a free airport shuttle, and the location is very close to the city center. The hotel's public facilities are ok, but my own room is very small. There is no place for about two small luggages. It costs about 900 per day. Personally I think the price is very low, the staff is average, and there is no special enthusiasm. Those who can not say hello are as low as possible and do not look at you, nothing else, except the geographical location is not good

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

The food options are limited, despite being all inclusive, the lobby bar is charged after 10pm, even the water in the minibar was not replenished, they cancelled our door cards at 9am on the check out day and we could not enter after breakfast, the receptionist explained that the system was automatically closed because we were leaving today. My 6 year old child was stuck in the room. There were small ants in the room. The only good thing was that it was two separate rooms. There was almost the same menu for every meal for three days. There was no fish on an island like Rhodes. They said that if you buy tap water it is free and if you buy it from the lobby bar it is 1 euro. The location of the hotel was good.

We stayed at the Acadia Hotel for 2 weeks in September, what a beautiful hotel, and all the staff are a credit to the hotel,absolutely immaculate and excellent COVID safety👏🏽 I worked in hotels for 34 years and I know hotels inside out, this hotel is absolutely beautiful with fabulous staff and everyone of them wanting you to have the best time.. the 2 girls at breakfast so lovely especially Despina nothing was to much trouble, Micheal the bar man has a fab personality the receptionist Visilius in the evening is a lovely gentleman advising us we’re to go and nothing at all was too much trouble for him, also Mica was fabulous, always greeting us with a smile and a chat.. Thank you so much everybody it was a pleasure to stay at your beautiful hotel and will make sure to be back next year.. Karen & Terry..

This was such a stunning hotel. It has recently been renovated and the decor is just beautiful. They have live entertainment on a Monday. The breakfast is immaculate and had so much variety. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Any queries we had they could help. The location is perfect! Only a short walk to the harbour. Room was spacious and lovely!

The hotel is located in the old city, and close to all the attractions and the seaside. The only downside is that you cannot park at the hotel, but there is a parking lot about 300 meters away, which is fairly convenient. The overall conditions of the hotel are not bad.

They were very interested, we had a great time. We were very pleased.
